One star is too much to give. Lemme explain, I purchased a print signed by Patrick Pedraza back in January and Streamily sended the package in the beggining of February. Everything seemed fine until month later when the package was returned from my country for wrong adress. This was ridicilous because i purchase stuff from international sites for years now and i never had such situation. I immidietly contacted their support and they told me that it will take a while till they resent it, now its June and nothing has happened. I asked for a refund and they told me to give them a screenshot of the email from my local posts that the package is indeed not in their possesion and i did it, but i was totally ignored after that. I've sended bunch of emails after that and the only respose i get is to check the tracking. The tracking tho, clearly shows that the print is somewhere in the Netherlands after being returned from my country (Bulgaria). I ask them what do I do and I get only the response to check the tracking and refuse to help in any way as it seems. My only mistake was to purchase from them and now i have no print and no money. This is just sad because the print was ment for a birthday present this April which has already past and there is no use of it anymore. All i want is to at least get my money back

I purchased an authentic autograph of talent on May 23. Basically, it’s artwork of The Owl House. I got it signed by Sarah-Nicole Robles, the voice actor of Luz Noceda, on May 28. She’s on top of things so make sure to choose a voice actor that signs things frequently. Then she sent it to the warehouse for processing. The shipping label was created on May 31. I received it on June 6, which was faster than I expected. Part of me was disheartened reading the bad reviews because so many customers were left in the dark and/or scammed. I’m glad I took a chance on Streamily.

Edited to update my experience:
I was originally sent another person's customized order. I worked with Streamily to send that order back and they sent me my correct order after a period of time. While it took me much longer to receive my order than expected, I'm happy they worked with me to deliver the correct item.

I had read the reviews and was quite dubious, but was pleasantly surprised. Couldn't pass up the opportunity for a custom Ray Chase signed print, so I went for it. It arrived a lot sooner than I thought it would to the UK and very safely packaged. It was a particularly bad day for me when it arrived, so thanks for cheering me up Stramily!

I was so happy that Kristin Fairlie signed an autograph that I ordered!! I appreciate that Streamily company did a good job shipping my order with frame amd certificate of authenticity into my right location. I thank Streamily company for their hospitality, conciseness, accuracy, and excellent customer service. I thought they might scammed my order but they honestly ship my order right away into my right location. I appreciate Streamily Company for shipping my order quickly and honestly into our right location woth guarantee. She signed an autograph streamily on May 10th and then Streamily company shipped my order quickly into our right location till July 8th 2024. Shipping was a bit slow and it arrived my order on time without delays.

I wish I would have read the reviews on this company before I made a purchase. In March of this year I ordered a signed print with certificate of authentication as well as a streamily family membership so the print would be signed on livestream as a gift for my husband's birthday. The livestream was supposed to occur at the end of April. The week of the livestream it was rescheduled to the first week of May. Then later that week it was rescheduled to the end of May. The day of the livestream came and went and the livestream never occurred. There have been no updates regarding the livestream since then. I emailed customer service the day of the livestream to see if it was rescheduled and received no answer. The following day I followed up because I still received no update. To my disappointment I received an email from their customer service asking me to stop sending multiple emails because it messes with the queue. I totally understand that they would not want me to send multiple emails. However, if they had kept me updated I wouldn't have had to follow up. Also, they were quite rude in their response. I am justifiably upset that I have been paying for a streamily subscription for 3 months and have yet to receive my autograph or livestream. I'm left with such a sour taste in my mouth that I would prefer a full refund at this point. I don't even want to wait for the talent to sign my print anymore. The way streamily has handled this is too upsetting for me to want to do business with them any longer. I don't blame the talent at all, it is totally Streamily's fault for poor communication and customer service.

I had a request put in to a Steamily signer. The price of the print went up so I did not know if changing anything on it would increase the price. The content creator did part of the request. I messaged the content creator which she told me to contact streamily directly. Streamily said that she saw my instructions. It still remains a mistery if the quote was put on there.

Honestly, Streamily is a mixed bag. The idea of giving a chance to get signed autographs directly from celebrities js a good idea, but the execution is mixed at best. The site is glitchy and consistently brings me back to the home page when selecting a guest. The autographs are usually cost more before you get to the fees. The COA are $6, which isn't bad for a COA, but its a Streamily branded one. If I had the choice, I would prefer it was done by JSA, Beckett, PSA, or AutographCOA even if it were more as they are well known names and would help with legitimizing the item more than Streamily's own COA which maybe viewed by some as worthless. Then you add the service fee and the shipping fee. Streamily Family you think would give you free shipping, but its only for the first order where you are paying for the Streamily Family membership anyway during the same order, so why even bother with the membership?
Then you get to the service itself. You have to wait for the celebrity to send it from their location to Streamily, then Streamily sends it to your place. This causes a major delay in how long it takes to arrive. Worse, the packaging is cheap. For the service fee and shipping fee, the packing material should be the besy it can be. Its not. It's a photo in a cardboard sleeve. Theres barely any protection and no top loader at all. I've seen reports of several autographs getting damaged due to the poor packaging.
Ultimately, Streamily is disappointing. What should be an easy way to get real autographs is a costly, time consuming, and protential wasteful way to get a potentially damaged autograph of a celebrity you like.
The market is so big with already down autographs and cosignments that go to conventions and are often cheaper that Streamily needs to improve to keep up. I would try to make sure the guest's pricing is similar or a tiny bit more than convention pricing while lower the shipping, even make it free with the membership. In exchange, you keep the service fee (its normal as even cosignments charge a fee for their services), but use it to improve packaging. So the $10 or so service fee goes to better packaging for the autographs with protentially a toploader and better protection. The membership needs to be improved on to make it worthwhile paying month to month. A spot get something signed live is mostly useless to most people and would be better off with more worthwhile benefits (Free shipping on signings, ability to hold signed prints for a certain period of time, ability to combine prints into a shipment, exclusive prints, signings only for Streamily Family members?) I would also look into other COA options and work on improving the site (Make it less buggy, have a mobile version, add a cart function + combine shipping, better layout, and better home page with a list of people you previous got signstures from and followed guests), and shipping process to show where the item is and allow for a better customer experience.

I am still watiting on an item I ordered months ago. i am not sure if the actor is going to actually sign it or not. I do not recived updates other then a few months apart. I would like a little more information on my order if it is going to be fullfilled.

I purchased a signed autograph with Benson Mokhtar 2/15/2024. He sent photos to you & you said it was a problem. I explained what Benson said he had already told you. You guys still didnt send photos. Then you emailed saying you didn't get the photos from Benson, that you were still waiting. The whole time I was in communication with Benson. You guys were just saying whatever you thought was good while I was without something I paid for. I received emailing that order arrived at warehouse after sending text that I needed my money back on 4/24/2024. Then at the end of April the photos finally arrived. All the emailing back and forth getting nothing solved. To you guys saying you didn't get order. Benson telling me he sent them, you have it & he didn't understand what you guys were doing & why. I will never use this company again. Not a great experience for somethhing so simple. My daughter shouldn't have had to wait that long to get her birthday gift.

Never had any issues - ordered 4 prints got 3 very quick. One I had to wait longer for but the talent was on vacation. Customer services excellent with me as I ordered a few more prints but the talents had to rearrange and I got refunds on those ones.

Prices with shipping & handling are high. Having a shopping basket so you can combine orders would help cut down in the customers costs.
I doubt that the artist is making very much from these transactions.

I placed an order on October 29th 2023. For months and months, the status of the order has been stuck on "Waiting To Receive Order From [Talent]". I asked multiple times about this. At first I only got standard responses of "be patient, it will be here soon, surely". Then, I contacted "Nathalia" (as all those copy-paste responses on Trustpilot point out; I assume it is their codeword for "vocally unsatisfied customer" and expected them to actually do something this time). They answered on April 11th, refunded me $20 of the $120 paid and assured me they will receive my print "in the next few days". Surely. Two weeks later, and to no one's surprise, the months-long-missing print did not suddenly appear. The order status is the same it has always been.
They keep stringing me along, they have been giving me empty promises for HALF A YEAR now and simply won't admit the print is lost and refund me. I want my money back. A lost shipment would have been sad either way, but this? This customer "service" is unacceptable.
Heed all the negative reviews on here and stay AWAY from Streamily, because they will NOT help you once anything goes awry with your order.
/EDIT May 4th: They told me to "contact them" below. I have been contacting them, THEY are ghosting ME. They claim to respond within 24 hours during weekdays, yeah, I'm not seeing any of that. They informed me that there was an error trying to refund me. And now - nothing again for the last couple days.
/EDIT: I stumbled upon this review by chance (May 29h 2025). Just so you know, they DID eventually refund me in full, after pestering them about it. The autographs never showed up.

Before placing an order I specifically looked up if product can be shipped to my location and it was there. So I placed it and all was well for streamily as far as it concerned billing me. There was no communication during two months till my order was fulfilled, but when it was time to ship it instead I was contatced by support and asked to come up with a new shipment address in another country(as if it's a trivial thing) since they won't ship to the address I left during the order creation. Because of that I had to bother a colleague and waste their time asking to receive shipment in my stead and then spend extra money so they could resend it to me directly. I can only wonder what would have happend if I couldn't find another address to ship to. The order itself arrived after all, but I can't attest to it's quality/integrity because I obviously didn't see it. It's been more than a month since my exchange with support and me suggesting to remove countries they are unwilling to ship to from the list so it won't be falsly advertised, but they are still present there. Make of it what you will.
