Had 6 windows replaced by Strathclyde Windows. After a few quotes, it was clear they were the solid choice with their professional approach and ability to point out practical solutions (that no others did!). Good fair price for excellent quality service and products. Efficient process from quote to fitting and after sales queries. Friendly fitting team who were very clean and tidy. Really happy with the service and the windows. Would highly recommend Strathclyde Windows and I would use them again.

I saw Strathclyde Windows replacing a neighbour's windows and approached Alan for quote for mine. When he came out to see us he listened to what we wanted and gave us good advise. No sales talk either just straightforward information. We were not disappointed. Scott the joiner worked hard and did an excellent job as he had to overcome some unexpected challenges after taking out the old windows and front door. He was very efficient and kept me up to date and has done a great job. I would definitely recommend Strathclyde Windows. Thank you. The windows look great.

Excellent company. Supplied with detailed written competitive quote for 12 replacement windows. No slick fast talking salesman offering initial costing then phoning boss and getting supposedly large discount to give a price which was still well in excess of Strathclyde Windows quote.
Alan keeps his clients well informed regards what would be best and the manufacture and installation progress. Installers were very good and overall I appear to have a quality final product. No complaints at all throughout the whole process would not hesitate to offer this company the chance to quote for any future business.

Wow, an honest double glazing company….this is a conversation I will remember! The owner was very honest and discussed many aspects of what would be involved in the replacement of my existing timber casement windows. The property is on the 3rd floor above shops, various regs would have to be satisfied and scaffolding would be needed. Therefore, it would make no financial sense changing the windows and I would be better spending my money elsewhere in the property. This is clearly a company that puts people and their situation at the forefront of their business. Extremely rare! When I next consider double glazing, I will definitely come to this company. After much research we decided on strathclyde windows we had a new composite door fitted.There are cheaper alternatives out there, but thats what they are, cheap!.the door itself is beautifully made and of a very high standard Both joiners worked hard, pleasant and courteous men, a pleasure having them around.whole job was completed in half a day and all questions answered honestly.A great product and service.dibt look any further

I found Strathclyde Windows after checking out multiple double glazing company reviews and got 3 different company quotes. From the start, Alan listened to what I needed and suggested options on what I could have to meet those needs. I went with the company that I felt I could trust and at a very competitive price. No hard sell, and no flashy salesmen talking me into something I really didn’t want.

On the day, the fitting team were brilliant. I decanted myself for the morning so I could leave them to it and when I got the call to come back, the fitting was complete, everything cleared, and the house was vacuumed and spotless. Can’t praise the guys enough.

The windows are perfect, look great and I would have no hesitation to recommend Strathclyde Windows to anyone looking to fit new double glazing.

Delighted to be able to make a 5 Star review - they are all too rare these days. Alan pulled out all the stops, without a moments hesitation, to help us with a difficult problem. We were completely new customers and you would not normally expect a supplier to drop everything to help you, but that is what they did. We will never look further Strathclyde Windows and can thoroughly recommend.

Before approaching Strathclyde Windows I did a lot of research and met with several reps from various companies but alas, as was often the case, salesmen wanted to spend an inordinate period of time in my home, giving me the hard sell, ‘calling their bosses’ outwith my presence, in order to ‘get me the best quote possible’.
Meeting with Alan from Strathclyde Windows was such a refreshing change. He was very helpful and took on board all of my very specific requirements. This was going to be a big job, a considerable financial outlay for me and I really needed it to be perfect. I wanted to have exterior black sills and frames with white windows in order to maintain the existing, original appearance of my home. Alan openly and honestly admitted that the company had never installed windows to that specification before but was confident that they could accommodate my request. He satisfactorily answered my many questions and never once made me feel under any pressure to place an order. He left me feeling reassured that this was a company I could trust and I was not disappointed.
Scott visited me soon after, to measure my 15 windows, further gaining my trust, with his professionalism and efficient manner.
On day one of the installation Scott, Derek and Gary arrived promptly and worked relentlessly. They were in my house for a whole week but at no point did I find that overly intrusive. The guys were courteous and polite, friendly and approachable and on time every morning. My old property presented more than a few challenges to the installation team and where required, they involved me in any small changes they felt were needed, going above and beyond to ensure that I was satisfied with their work. At the end of every day they cleared up and even vacuumed my carpets! I cannot praise these guys highly enough. Super efficient. Throughout the week Alan kept in touch with me, by phone and by visiting the job, adding to my positive impression of this company. He made me fully aware of the post installation service and encouraged me to call if there was anything at all that concerned me, moving forward.
I am truly delighted with the completed work, which turned out even better than I had dared imagine and I would have no hesitation in recommending Strathclyde Windows to others.

Excellent sevice all round. Quick estimate service with no hard sell. Price was extremely competitive, Windows arrived and were installed exactly at the time promised. This impressed me as neighbours had to wait an additional 3 months for their new windows to be installed given global supply chain issues.

The 2 installers did an excellent job installing the windows going the extra mile and handling some tricky problems during the process. Blinds had to be moved for 1 window installation which they did neatly. As an unnecessary apology, I was given a signed Aberdeen FC strip (I am a Don!) fot this 'inconvenience'. This is not something you'd see from CR Smith I suspect.

I cannot recommend Strathclyde Windows highly enough. 6* out of 5 from me.

An excellent company….from ordering new windows and doors right through to their installation. Very professional service from Scott and Derek who take great care and pride in their work….perfectionists!
