Strathclyde Windows Anmeldelser

Alan at Strathclyde Windows was very professional and got the job done within the time frame provided. The windows look great and my tenant is also happy with them.

I approached Strathclyde Windows in search of a specific solution. Alan responded immediately by email, explaining how and why they could not do the job in this particular instance, and gave me details on how to approach the solution. This kind response underpins the care and professional efficiency that Strathclyde Windows deliver, despite them not getting the business. They would certainly be my first port of call for any future jobs.

We chose Strathclyde Windows after Alan came out to provide a quote. He explained things clearly, brought samples and seemed really well organised and prepared. There was no pushy sales patter and the price was fair. We wanted to reinstate our windows back to their original style and Alan was really great. He spoke with a neighbour and got measurements from their original style windows. Our windows were fitted over the course of two days. The guys who fitted the windows did a great job and we are really pleased with the finished product. Gordon made a follow up call a few days later to check that we were happy with the job. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Alan was brilliant from the start, no pushy sales tactics... just real honest work. The quote was reasonable and work has been completed to a high standard. Would 10/10 recommend.

Very pleased with the finish of my new windows.
Would highly recommend.

Strathclyde Windows were fantastic from start to finish There was no hard sell like the other companies that quoted us, and the windows and door were fitted within the timescale quoted and at a reasonable price.

There was a minor issue with one of the windows which was dealt with immediately.

I would definitely recommend Strathclyde Windows to friends

I had all my windows in my flat in Shawlands replaced by Strathclyde Windows. Alan and Gordon were so helpful and kept me updated throughout the process.
Scott the fitter and his assistant were excellent.

Strathclyde Windows are a breath of fresh air when compared to other window companies. There was no hard sell and i even had my windows installed sooner than expected. Like most installations, there have been some minor snags and the true testament of a company is how they deal with things when they don't go as planned. They have all been dealt with and i'd highly recommend Strathclyde Windows to a friend

Great service helped out greatly with price and guidance .

We contacted Strathclyde Windows after I had visited a friend's house and complimented them on the sound proofing and design of their replacement windows. They said they'd had a great experience with Strathclyde Windows and felt the price they'd paid was really competitive. Alan came to visit the house, do an initial measurement and then emailed a really comprehensive quote. We were very pleased with the price and decided to go ahead. Alan returned to confirm the details of the windows, collect the deposit and get the contract signed. He gave us a good estimate of the likely timescale for installation and arranged for the fitter to come round to take more exact measurements. The windows were actually available a little earlier than anticipated, although the fitting had to be completed with a bit of a gap between dates, due to extremely high winds. Our fitter was very pleasant and friendly and we are very pleased with all the windows. There was a slight issue with some dust from the old windows getting through dust sheets on to a carpet and despite his best efforts, the fitter couldn't get the stain out. Accidents happen, and the fitter and the firm did absolutely everything they could to resolve the situation, which we did successfully. I was very pleased and relieved that they were so open to taking ownership of the issue - I had half expected that we would be facing a battle to get the carpet fixed, but Gordon from Strathclyde Windows was really proactive, helpful, fair and generous about it. I felt the way they dealt with the issue was an example of first class customer service and as a result, I'm very happy to give them a 5 star rating. The new windows look great and we have definitely noticed an improvement in sound proofing and a reduction in draughts.

You can always tell how good a company is by how they react to a problem.
There was a issue with my sash window but Strathclyde progressed with the supplier until the issue was resolved and only then was payment required.
For this I’m giving them full marks.
