Excellent website with a wide range of wood burning and multi fuel stoves. All carefully described and very competitively priced. Easy to order and dispatched speedily. Took great care to match the pallet delivery vehicle to our declared restricted access, and their driver was very skilled and helpful.
Goods extremely well packaged and delivered to the door in perfect condition. Delighted with the quality of the chosen stove and strongly recommend this supplier.

Perfect customer service
I placed an order for a new stove, fittings and spares which were ready for dispatch the next day. I was kept informed at each stage, I changed my mind, worried about its installation, so I phoned Stove World the next morning to cancel. Despite being ready for collection by the courier Stove World refunded my money within 20 minutes.

Exellent service and communication
Exellent service and communication, very polite and helpful. The product (Wood burner) that I purchased, is realy well made and very good looking and real value for money. The only downside I have is the delivery cost (£250). I do live in Shetland and I expected the delivery to be more than the norm. I have had large heavy items delivered from England before but never as costly as this. Considering it is free delivery anywhere in UK mainland including up to Aberdeen.
Never the less we are very pleased with the product

We completely understand your frustration regarding the delivery cost to Shetland. Transporting heavy, palletised freight offshore comes with significant specialist courier fees—and while we do heavily subsidise all off-mainland shipping rates to keep them as fair as possible, we know it's still a noticeable extra expense. We really appreciate your understanding, and we hope the stove keeps you warm for years to come!
