Very informative website, and extremely helpful staff when initial contact made.
Delivery spot on timewise and driver reasonably helpful. Would definitely recommend them to anyone thinking about installing a wood burner.

Excellent website with a wide range of wood burning and multi fuel stoves. All carefully described and very competitively priced. Easy to order and dispatched speedily. Took great care to match the pallet delivery vehicle to our declared restricted access, and their driver was very skilled and helpful.
Goods extremely well packaged and delivered to the door in perfect condition. Delighted with the quality of the chosen stove and strongly recommend this supplier.

Perfect customer service
I placed an order for a new stove, fittings and spares which were ready for dispatch the next day. I was kept informed at each stage, I changed my mind, worried about its installation, so I phoned Stove World the next morning to cancel. Despite being ready for collection by the courier Stove World refunded my money within 20 minutes.
