I ordered at the end of May for a 10 June delivery.
On the 10th I was emailed that their were some issues causing delivery delays but, that someone would phone me personally that day to re arrange a delivery date.
I did not receive promised phone call. I tried to phone but Both contact numbers were said to be a Wrong Number & the best way forward was to email. I have emailed for clarity on the situation but have received no reply.
So to date, zero communication. No phone number to speak with anyone.
I don’t mind my order being Late if there is an issue but I do expect to kept informed. If this cannot be done I expect an immediate Full Refund.
I certainly didn’t expect to see Stilton Butchers all over social medial with various offers & are still taking orders - that they are Clearly not able to fulfill.
I do not appreciate being stolen from. Right now, Stilton Butchers have my money for an order they are not able to send me. That to me is Theft !!
I have used Stilton Butchers previously without issue. This situation is beyond disappointing.

I am still waiting for my order which I have paid for, no communication from the company, and their phone line doesn’t work, I wish I had done a little more research before placing my order as there are many many people who also haven’t received their orders and been totally let down.
I suggest anyone who hasn’t received their orders, report this cowboy company to trading standards.

Order not delivered at all, cannot get in touch, phone number says no connection ???
sent email, no reply, trying to get my money back, will never be placing an order with this company again, only gave them one star because i had to.

I ordered my meat on 25/5/2026 and money was taken . My order was due to be delivered on 5/6/2026. I have not received my order and not had any communication from the company. The telephone line is not working and I have had no replies to my e mails.
Not good service.

I have used Stilton for a while now and have always received great personal customer service. Nothing has been too much trouble. Once my order was Misdelivered by dpd and went bad in the sun, Stilton sent my order again no questions asked. A great family run business im proud to support! Keep up the good work!

Placed an order January 28 never delivered after numerous messages promising delivery and still no refund.
Over using again

Ordered stuff on offer the order came up with half the items not available after I had paid..
Tried to make contact by several emails coming back as unknown address..
Tried to cancel heard nothing from them..
Hopeless..

I placed an order which was due for delivery on 27th May 2026. I then received an email stating that the delivery would be delayed due to the bank holiday (I guess that must have come as a surprise to them) and moving offices. I was then advised by email that delivery would be 2nd June, and then 3rd June. It is now 4th June - no delivery and no replies to my emails and WhatsApp messages. I am about to begin the process of recovering my payment through my bank. One previous order went without a hitch, so either I was lucky on that occasion or something drastic has occurred with this company.

DO NOT ORDER anything from this company.

Yet another problem with availability/order completion/delivery.
Promises to get back in touch/resolve issue are not kept - 7 weeks after placing order.
No issues with products, just the customer service from Stilton.

Very poor- they have no customer contact. Don’t answer emails, phone not working and delivery dates just ignored. Claimed my refund through my own bank and it was refunded immediately which means they have had problems before with them. Sad that’s how this company treats their loyal customers I won’t be using them again

If its possible to give 0 stars i would, my advice to anybody reading this is that you please dont order anything from here, something happened to this business recently and the owners lost the plot, hes running a full con taking money from orders that he wont deliver on, if you have placed an order you will need to raise a dispute with your bank, its the only way get the money back,…coincidentally the owner sent an email out to everyone on his mail lost saying to not raise a dispute with an excuse about delaying refunds, which he has no intention of refunding, he will fob you off for as long as possible,

Whilst I have had many excellent deliveries and products from Stilton this latest order had a 2 week delivery slot. Despite marketing emails stating all was well, no response to follow up messages and no delivery. Very disappointed

placed order on 23/04/26 order #178933 received an email to say cannot fulfill order will receive refund do not contact payment source as will delay refund ? 30/04/26
replied i would await refund but no refund was processed after a fortnight
also they cannot fulfill orders but where still sending many marketing emails had my money over a month no
reply when contacted opened a dispute with visa
beware these crooks

Have reported them to trading standards as I have not received my order or credit as promised various times. AVOID AT ALL COST!

Awful, disreputable company. Placed a large order and it never arrived. No replies to emails, phone calls or WhatsApps and now their number shows as unavailable and no longer able to ring at all! Taken my money and run! Now I see all the other customers who have been scammed like me. Please avoid like the plague.

Owner James Morgan is a convicted thief and fraudster and has done big prison time before, I expect he’ll be back there again soon due to defrauding so many hardworking honest people!

I have had a mixed experience with this company regarding delivery. Ordered in excess of £120 produce in April. I have received no contact and no delivery. No response to my email requesting a refund and their telephone number is unobtainable. Now recovering my money via Barclaycard chargeback. I will not use this company again.
