Stephen Einhorn is a British family business, founded in 1995 by Stephen Einhorn and Jane Best, with an aim to create truly individual, luxurious jewellery designs handmade by skilled craftspeople in their London workshop. They strive to run a business that they love, where everyone is valued, and where they provide the best customer service possible. The business has gone from strength to strength and their bespoke jewellery client list now includes Disney, Warner Bros, Netflix, Paul Smith and A Bathing Ape amongst many others. Co-Founders Stephen Einhorn and Jane Best's business is a labour of love, they are passionate about craft and skill and continue to train the next generation of makers. They care about sustainability, the ethical and environmental provenance of every material they use; and the culture of work and care within their organisation.

Friendly and professional service
Having lost a lot of weight due to illness, my wedding ring was far too loose and in danger of slipping off my finger. The ring was bought from Stephen Einhorn in 2007 and I wanted to know if the original maker could help. I contacted by email and Lorenzo, the Retail Manager got back in touch quickly and arranged for me to come in. In-store he was friendly and helpful and explained the options. The ring was taken in for resizing and within just a couple of days I got the email confirming it was ready for collection. They had also cleaned and polished the ring, and offered to do the same (for free) to my husband's ring. Overall I found the whole team at Stephen Einhorn very easy to deal with (I had been worried given their upmarket image that they might be a bit standoffish, not at all). In fact, my husband and I enjoyed the experience so much that we are now talking about eternity rings...

Every single member of the team works really hard to make sure experiences like this are possible, from the sales team in the showroom to the jewellers in the workshop, via the design, production, marketing and admin teams. We have been able to build a name for ourselves by working like this since day one, in 1995, which has enabled us to now be a well known and established fine jewellery brand, but we never changed our approach to customer service as we value it as much as the quality of the jewellery we make.

A good experience repurposing jewellery
My late father’s wedding ring was beautifully repurposed into two pendants. Lorenzo understood what I wanted immediately and was so kind and easy to talk to.

I ordered a bespoke engagement ring to be made. The team made my fiancee and I feel welcomed and cared for. They handled the design stage well, accomodating and knowlegable all throughout.

superb quality and service
I contacted Einhorn on Islington Upper street after my husband's passing to make a memorial ring. From the very first interaction, the store manager (Lorenzo) has been extremely efficient, very professional and in the meantime very sensitive to the circumstances. He's been very patient with me, helpful, not at all pushy. I was kept very well informed during the process, and really happy with the result. I sincerely recommend them to anyone.

Delightfully thoughtful
The website does a great job at showcasing without exaggerating. The quality and size of the earrings is exactly as I had imagined from seeing them on the site (something that can’t be taken for granted).

Repaired engagement ring
Great service from all involved at Stephen Einhorn. They repaired my wife's engagement ring matching the stone perfectly. They cleaned and repolished the whole ring so now it looks like new.
