Francesca at the Reading store created an amazing experience when selecting my engagement ring. Nothing was too much trouble and she took the time to help me find something I liked. Great customer service and pleasant staff.

I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience with Pravins in Reading, and especially Emma.

I was looking for something really special for my wife Emily for our 10th wedding anniversary and Emma was brilliant from start to finish. She helped me choose a beautiful 1.50ct oval Tsavorite ring with diamond surround, along with an 18ct yellow gold diamond half-eternity band to go with it.

I’d originally been considering an emerald, but Emma recommended the Tsavorite and I’m so glad she did. The green absolutely pops, especially in the light, and with the diamonds surrounding it and the diamond band alongside it, it looks incredible.

Emma even managed to work out Emily’s ring size from a photo I showed her 😂. I was slightly nervous about that one, but when I gave Emily the rings in Italy they fitted perfectly!

Most importantly, Emily absolutely loves them. She keeps catching herself staring at the ring throughout the day 😂 and has already had so many compliments on it.

Emma was patient, knowledgeable and genuinely seemed to care about helping me find the right rings rather than just making a sale. She helped make our 10th anniversary that little bit more special.

I’ve already recommended Emma and Pravins to my friends, and I’ll definitely be back.

We purchased 2 wedding rings and the entire process about the selection for a men's ring was explained making the choice so easy. They took all the stress away and gave my engagement ring a quick clean too

I decided to surprise my wife with an eternity ring, service was great and the item was in stock. We were offered drinks.
My only gripe was that it would have been nice to be given one of the bottles of fizz as a thank you, unless they are fake 🤥
