Great door mat. Well made and tasteful design. Prompt delivery

Very prompt delivery. Product good quality. Very pleased

Thanks so much the rug you recommended worked perfectly.

This is a poor quality item - the rug is thin & has warped edges which will not settle . Also has some faults in the weave .

Extremely happy with the fast efficient service given by Stella Rugs supplying me with a their quality rugs that I ordered

So SO Happy with these guys When I received the rug, I was unhappy with my choice & I contacted customer service to return it & IT IS REVERSIBLE!! <3 I loved their service, delivery was quick & payment options were flexible and the customer service staff were prompt to reply and simply amazing 6 out 5 stars for this business

Great value for money and very speedy delivery!

Absolutely beautiful mat. I looked at a lot of other sites, but they all seemed to offer the same products and none of them were what I was after.
This mat is perfect! Sturdy for outside, but gorgeous. Perfect for our caravan, can’t wait to use it!

Fantastic rug, beautiful colours and very prompt delivery, many thanks!

My rug is beautiful and was delivered so fast. Im very happy with my purchase

Easy ordering, prompt delivery and product was exactly as advertised. Very happy with Stella Rugs.

All good thank you! Beautiful rugs.

Stella by name and stellar result. Rug was as described, was great quality, and was delivered very promptly.

Order never arrived. Don’t purchase from them. It’s a scam.

EDIT - the company called me to advise it was delivered and left in a safe place. This is not possible in my building as the only safe place would be inside the secure building. No slip was ever left advising where to pick it up.
The person that rang me was super rude, condescending and saying this was “great” in a sarcastic way. I advised her that it was not a “great” experience and was infact a very poor experience as I am out of pocket for a product I never received. Really disappointed to now see the response below which she assured me she would look into and get proof of delivery. The below is not proof. I also never received any tracking emails with tracking details at the time of delivery.

Remarkable delivery speed product is AWESOME

Product exactly as described. Delivery a bit slow but worth the wait

Very happy with service especially when I visited the warehouse.. Rae kept me up to date with the arrival of my rug & arranged delivery to my home herself. Would definately recommend Stella Rugs to anyone looking for good quality rugs.

I would always buy my floor rugs at Stella Rugs. The quality of the product is excellent, customer service is fantastic and the pricing is great.

This is such a beautiful, stylish and high quality rug and was delivered so quickly. I had some conversations with the team at Stella Rugs and they were super kind and helpful. Thank you for helping me give my space a little glow up!
