Steak King - don't look elsewhere for your steaks!
Overall a fabulous experience with Steak King from the time I started interacting via email with my questions to purchasing the steaks from the store at Vita Tower in Wong Chuk Hang.
The team were extremely prompt to respond to my questions, and did so in great detail offering me much clarity and comfort. It is almost as if the team is operating round the clock and ready to answer immediately!
When I went to the store to pick up the steaks I had in mind, the store staff were super, offering me advice and guidance, and then cutting the steaks to the thickness I wanted without any complaint whatsoever (which is not the case in some other butchers/shops where I am met with groans or just extremely poor customer service).
The quality of the M3-M4 Australian Wagyu Ribeye that I picked up was stunning, and even though it was heavily discounted (75% off, making it real value for money), the steaks were perfect.
I highly recommend Steak King to anybody who wants quality, service and great value for money!

High quality meat
The meat and seafood are of great quality. Package came in frozen and intact. The skirt steak we ordered last time was very tender and meaty! We have high expectations on the lobster tail we ordered this time.

Great products, fantastic service
been using them since they started great service fantastic products any issues always resolved never any problems. I’ve dealt with a customer service guy once he was fantastic with my order when I created some mistakes.

The meat this company imports have a really unique flavour that is so pleasing on your palate. The staff is helpful, so I don’t know where in HK now you can find both of these good points put into one company. I have been ordering products from this company since 2024/2025. Service was an absolute 12/10
Service was an absolute 12/10, felt like I was actually speaking to a human rather than some trained robot, I was served by Bush (I’m hoping I spelled his name correctly), he was super patient and helpful throughout the experience, and helped me with some last minute changes with no complications.
Meat wise, honestly incredible, food was delicious.

Thank you for your feedback! By default, we pack 2 steaks per bag as it’s both practical and more environmentally friendly. If you’d like individual vacuum packs, we do offer this as an add-on service for $150 per order, though we generally don’t recommend it unless really necessary.
The steak remains high quality
The steak remains high quality, but this time I tried the frozen lobster, which was a very bad experience. The lobster had a strong and unpleasant smell after opening the package, and the smell was still there after trying to cook it. The texture of the food was also very bad. It felt like the lobster had been thawed and then frozen again. I will not try it again next time.

First Experience with steak king
, first time purchase the meat from online shop .
Reason i choose steak king the the variety of chill msteak and pretty good description of the meat i wouldnlike to purchase .
I brought two times , tomahawk , rack of lamb (frozen), rib eye and short rib
All meet expectation in Deliery on time , mowt important is quality of the meat is all good .
Lastly , price is about 30 percent lower than city super ,20 percent lower vs 360.
Beside , the respond from Steak King customer services is fast and good.
No hesitate recommend to my friend . Hope they will keep up this quality and services .
