I have been purchasing from this…
I have been purchasing from this company for over one year. As I am not professional in cooking western cuisine, I have tried a few successful dishes but also a few failures. I spent time to learn what grade / part of beef that need different time and method to cook. I finally found my favourite Pichana M9+ that everyone who has tried my cooking praise me like a super cook!!!! Still learning and I hope I can make the best out of the good quality meat. One thing to note, it will be better if the company help cut big portions into family size, e.g. cut foie gras into slices, or short ribs into halves. Sometimes I want to cook for two, but don't want to defrost the whole big piece, and finally give up.

Regarding portion sizes, thank you for the suggestion. Many of our items are sold as whole pieces to offer the best market price, but we do offer custom portioning for customers who prefer smaller at a cost except prepacked frozen items.

Customer service and food quality sucks
First time purchasing from this company and bought a buffalo mozzarella cheese. Turns out the cheese gone bad and it has a strong acidicity taste so I wrote an email to them to investigate. However I had to go back and forth with them because they insist their cheese has no issue and it’s normal. It is my first time and will be my last time buying from them.

Rump cap (Picanha) - Delicious
I bought the chilled Black Angus M3-4 rump cap (Picanha) and it was delicious. I used Shio-koji instead of salt and it turned out incredibly tender and juicy.

Additional packing charge
Asking for 8 pcs of steak to be individually packed your charge $110?
I order from feather and bone (without asking) all steaks are vacuum-packed individually which is a reasonable packaging for customers' storing and consuming.
Don't think packing is small matter, you are loosing client permanently by asking for additional packing charge!
Will not place order to steak king from now on! All go to feather and bone.

Thank you for your feedback. Our standard practice is to pack two steaks per vacuum bag as this helps us keep operations efficient while also reducing plastic use. For customers who prefer individual packaging, we do offer a custom portioning service at an additional charge, though we can provide this complimentary for retail pickup.
First online purchase
Bought 2x USDA Prime Ribeye, 2 Striploin and 4 Frozen Australian Lamb Shanks. The Lamb Shanks are very ok. However, one of the steak pieces has quite a big portion of fat (around 25% of the whole piece) which looks to be a bit too much.

Delivery issues - there was a miscommunication between the delivery person and our concierge leading to an additional HKD75 delivery fee for another day delivery. Even then, did not adhere to delivery time window.
