Delivery and temperature control was fine.
However, the Steak cut was not fine.
First, because they sell based on weight, depends on the surface area of the Steak, even you buy a nearly 10oz piece, the thickness is still less than 2cm. A good steak (for me) needs to be at least 2.5 - 3cm.
Second, another bigger problem is the uneven cut. I got 6 pcs this time. 3 pcs were heavily uneven. Thickness varies from 1.8cm to 3.2cm.
If they call themselves "Steak King" I expect them to give a professional cut.
Also, when I requested for an exchange, the shop refused. While their CS will reply nicely, but the fact is that once the items are sold, they do not take up any responsibility or make an effort to fix it for you. What you get might be based on your luck.
Lastly, I called the hotline and left my number, but no one calls back.

Great price for good quality
Everything from delivery, price and product quality was perfect. I ordered the smoke salmon, sausages, hanger steak, diced wagyu beef cube and lamb rack. All of them were in good quality and delicious. The only downside was that I have to spend some time on trimming the thick fat from the lamb racks.
