Too chewy Wagyu
No really recommended. The steaks was too dry and too chewy. tough Wagyu !!

Disappointed with the US Prime…
Disappointed with the US Prime Striploin. We defrosted and cooked it medium rare. While the coloring was fine, it was ridiculously chewy and tough, and hard to eat. Didn't feel like a US Prime steak.
Contacted customer service which was actually an AI email response system that recommend us to cut the steak into thin strips and stir fry it.
We even tried to velvet it with baking soda and it was still tough.
Sorry, but I bought steak from you guys to eat it as steak, not stir fry!

Overall good quality meats & responsive customers service
I ordered fr Steak King for the first time & the experience was good.
On the day of the said delivery, I hvnt received it by 3-4pm so I appsed them to see when it is due to arrive as I need the meats for dinner. I got a respond quite quickly & said will try their best to deliver by 5pm & they did!
The rack of lamb was very good quality & tasted tender & juicy. My only complaint was there was a really thick layer of fat on top when it was supposed to be cap off so excess fat shud be trimmed (a thin cap is a acceptable but was really thick!)
Other than that the meats were good & excellent value for money especially when on sale.
Will buy fr them again!

Steak Set - Very good quality
Bought two sets with steak knives (free gift). Cooked two pieces of steak (wagyu and striploin) last night and kids said they were of very good quality. Will buy these two sets again in the future.

This would have been 5 stars but they missed one item in the first delivery so I had to get a 2nd delivery. The meat was great and the CS service to resolve the issue was fine.
