I recommended steak king to my colleagues. We enjoyed the good quality of beef together.
The customer service is very helpful to schedule goods delivery. I gave 5-star.

Overall, the products are good and reasonably priced. My issue is that you have items which I wanted to purchase but they are always out of stock. It would be an improvement that you allow customers to place order for such items and will deliver them once they are in stock. Charges would be made when you make the delivery.

Great products, Just need to work on website for delivery to DB pls. IT has stopped me from processing a few orders.

It was not easy navigating the website as there were quite a few hurdles before the free shipping tab came up. That was after several tries and I am sure the site could be simplified. Other than that, delivery was prompt and the purchase was, as in the past, of a high standard.

The promotion prices are very good, the quality of the meats is very good and the delivery was fast

I had been a loyal customer of steak king for about 3 years

Recently I found steak king cancelled some of my loyalty point because of their expiry. However, there was no expiry date shown or email notification to tell me my points were expiring.

Since the expiration was just 2 days ago, I sent an email to steak king customer service to request for recovering my loyalty point or give me a voucher that equal to my loyalty points, but they refused, even I pointed out there was no expiry policy in their website or any indicator about it.

Now, I am going to spend the rest of my loyalty point and not coming back to steak king because of the expiry disappointed experience.

My first experience with Steak King is really fabulous. As I was not familiar with the website and therefore nearly missed my expected delivery date, they really tried so hard to help out and got my purchase delivered in time. A big thanks to Joan !

I am a bit upset as I just bought a few Waygu M9 and the state weight is suppose to be 1.01kg and 1.032 kg but when we weigh it at home, it came out to be smaller at 969.9 g and 981.3 g, a loss of 4% and 5% of what it has been stated. Did not happen before
