Quality is good even Wagyu M3,4 is perfect, my son is not a meat lover but he likes it very much, for me, I would like Wagyu M9+ T-bone, yummy yummy. Price is reasonable, some products are cheaper than you buy in Australia 😉 . Everything is good, service, delivery, products, good 👍

Extremely disappointed with the purchase of the so called 'steak box'. The steaks I received is normal packed ones instead of the premium pack shown in the product images online. The photos on the website are highly misleading.

In last 2 years, this is the third time I order 'steak box'. First time I receive exactly the one shown in product image, and the quality is pretty good. Second time is normal pack and quality is average. So when I order this time, I wrote an email to remind them and got a reply which ensure me I will receive the one shown in product image. But turns out it is not.

The chilled Wagyu M4-5 T-Bone is wonderful. The cut is excellent, very juicy and tender! We ordered 2Kg for 5 people. Good deal! Will order again next time.

Quality of the steaks and chicken thighs are great
However, the ice packs inside the packages have almost all melted. The frozen chicken thighs are quite melted and the steaks have become quite soft
When the temperature becomes so high now, I think you must pack with more ice packs to maintain the temperature
And I am not sure whether the delivery guy is having properly insulated containers to protect the packages too
Please review the packing method as necessary

Rib-eye not worthy of dog food

We have before bought meat and been happy. This time we bought some South African rib-eye. We just tried to eat them and they we so chewy and rubbery that we all four family members gave up. They were not worthy of dog food and also had a funny taste. I was disappointed that Steak King deleted my feedback on Facebook.
We have also written to Steak King. They responded by saying they took feedback very seriously. However in reality they do not at all. After many many chasers from us and lots of holding up responses from them, they have provided us a hkd 100 voucher. So basically acknowledging the problem but only covering a fraction of the losses we have had. You judge yourself.
