Steak King Anmeldelser 

I ordered the taster box on the 30th of July for delivery on the 6th of August (today). At 5:30 this morning, they sent an email to say that part of the taster box (the most important one - the fillet steaks) won't be arriving and they're giving me £26 credit to my store account (so not even a refund).

There has not been any dispatch notification as yet, so there is no chance this arrives today, regardless. I will be flagging this with my bank since they clearly aren't honoring their service and don't care about repeat business.

Update from later in the day on 6 August: they now said they won’t deliver today (again, surely this is something they’d have known yesterday, but ok), and offered to have a delivery next week or a refund. At no point have they actually replied to my email, so I won’t be taking delivery and asked for a full refund. Disgraceful service.

I've ordered from Steak King a few times since March 2025. Compared to other online chilled/frozen meat competitors I've used, Steak King is my prime choice. What I like: consistent quality products that are as advertised, kind and responsive customer/delivery service (shout out to Kitty and Meera!), and their Meat Emporium sales. Up until now, I have no beef with Steak King.

Reliable, consistent and great quality meats in Hong Kong, and an easy process to order.

Used to use Steak king quite a lot, very upset and disappointed regarding last weeks delivery.. 9 cuts of meat.. Quality has dropped, The T bone steaks had gone green along the thin fatty tissue along the bone.. customer service informed me this is normal.. and caused by vacuum sealing.. the steaks are sealed but not under any vacuum.. to me it looks like the steak was not stored at the correct temperature during transportation. Would have never purchased or eat steaks in this condition.. Made me rethink purchasing meat and fish online..

First order worth £140 - Delivery date was missed - Half the order was off and had to be binned, not fit for consumption, rest of the parcel found the meat quality not matching the price, quality on the low side vs price. Customer service reply, sorry to hear that better luck next time. Wouldn't refer them to friends and family. Anyway good luck with your purchase i ended up £100 out of pocket and very average expensive meat.

Great quality products, professional service. Convenient location in Wong Chuk Han to pick up. Miss the USDA prime steak which I bought the first time. When will it be back?

Great place to get meat from, especially when they have their promotions. It is always great quality and I regularly purchase steaks and salmon from Steak King. I appreciate the option to pickup my order from a Flat Iron shop as it gives me some flexibility. One request I would have is to have the option to have the steaks vacuum sealed separately, especially when buying 1kg of meat separated into 2 or 3 steaks, as I can't eat all of that at once.

Experience was great, however I bought the mascarpone and when I realized the expiry date was really close to my buying date which is not very nice I had to rush to use it and turned bad pretty quickly

Quality of product is great , price very fair and delivery is on time.
The rewards points scheme offers a decent cash coupon option that kicks in after just a few orders.

Igorned my request to deliver 1kg in thick and 1kg in thin cut.

I did there referal program to get a free knife / drink / steaks
But they are claiming I didnt actually get any even tho there own site proves I have 50+ invites and are now ignoring my emails

Good and I am satisfied with the meat that I have ordered.

I ordered ribeye steak and beef fillet. The meat delivered was very prefect quality and the knife which was a gift from Steak King was also amazing. It was such fun to cut the loaf of meat with a very sharp edged knife. Will order again.

M3/4 quality poor than before 1 bought . this time I paid for M3/4price， but quality is M2/3 may be M1/2. Extremely disappointed & dissatisfied.

The ordering system is easy and delivery on time is reliable.
The quality of beef never disappoints me.
