Great customer service and experience
I experienced an issue where I was not receiving my cashwave funds after a few days of requesting it, and Maga was quick to identify that the issue was because my bank account connection had expired, she was extremely helpful and patient with me in reconnecting my account. Aswell as being very polite and professional she was pleasant and always came back to me with updates. Thank you again for the fantastic customer service and for resolving my issue so quickly.

Thank you for your feedback. We're sorry for the frustration caused by the payment being reflected on your credit file as a missed payment.
We understand why this may appear unexpected, particularly as the outstanding balance was settled shortly after the scheduled due date. In this case, the payment was due on 30 June and was received on 1 July. As the payment was received in the following calendar month, it was recorded as a missed payment for June when we reported the account information to the credit reference agencies.
As an FCA-regulated lender, we are required to report accurate account and payment information to the relevant credit reference agencies in accordance with our reporting obligations. This means that a payment made shortly after the due date can still be reflected as a missed payment where it falls into the following reporting period.
We appreciate that this can be frustrating, especially when the payment was only one day late, but we are required to report the account based on the applicable reporting criteria.

Our lending decisions are based on our eligibility and affordability criteria at the time of each application, which can include information from a customer's recent credit history.
We appreciate that the outcome may not have been what you were hoping for, but these checks are an important part of ensuring that credit is offered responsibly and is appropriate for each individual application. Having previously been eligible for credit, or having a positive credit history overall, does not necessarily mean that every future application will meet the criteria.

When a credit application is not accepted, the app may offer our Credit Builder product as an alternative. Credit Builder is a separate product and does not provide a loan. It is designed to help customers build their credit history through regular monthly payments, which are reported to the major credit reference agencies.
We can confirm that, in your case, the £7 payment was unsuccessful and no payment was actually collected, so there was no charge to refund. Your Credit Builder subscription has also since been cancelled.
We understand that the distinction between the two products may not have been clear, and we appreciate your feedback as we continue to work on making our product information as clear as possible.

For verification, we require a valid photo ID, a selfie holding the same ID, and a separate proof of address. These requirements are communicated to customers through the app and our chat support during the verification process, so that it is clear which documents are needed to complete the application. In this case, we received a selfie holding a proof of address, but not the required photo ID, so unfortunately we were unable to proceed with the verification.
We're also sorry that you had to wait for clarification from our team. We receive a high volume of enquiries, which can sometimes result in longer response times than we would like.
We appreciate your patience and hope that this explanation helps clarify what was needed to complete your application.

Steady debt
A company that do not reply ive asked for help financially as im struggling and yet no one has bothered to contact me. I've given my email address too . I want to start a payment plan to address my issue. But im just being ignored. I work full-time and live in shared accommodation. Im just seeking help from a business. But for that to happen I've got to poo in my hands and clap. They are really unprofessional. More information you ask for help with a payment plan and the company still try and take money that isn't there . You have to give a review to get a response. They used to be really good.
