RIP off company took 7.00 off me they mis lead you say they will loan 84.00 and take 7.00 per month but you don’t see anything of the 84.00 so your paying 7.00 a month for nothing use bits they are a lot better

Terrible company with no customer service.
Terrible, Terrible service.
I have been with SteadyPay for years and never had an issue. I was offered a £50 early top up advance which I accepted last Friday 20th March, these are usually paid the same day or next but I still have not received the funds and its now been almost a week even though it shows in my top history that the funds were "released on the 20th" - Apparently not!! I am happy to provide bank statements to show I still have not received a thing.
I have tried to reach out to customer services multiple times but never get a response (Its been over 48 hours and not even an acknowledgement) from customer support.
I will be cancelling my account as soon as possible and seeking legal advice as I feel SO let down by this awful company and appalling service - Quite frankly as a customer who has been with you for years, I deserve a heck of a lot better.
Do better, sort it out and work on your customer service. AI is a problem, not a fix.
