Such an easy process- would highly recommend and give money to people with free parking spaces rather than councils with car parks

Brilliant customer service from Mae. After 3 years of renting a space unfortunately our host cancelled, but Mae really went out of her way proactively to make sure we were looked after. Thanks

Space has never been at such a premium, and we live in an era where people have more belongings than ever before. Stashbee aims to reinvent the way we store stuff for the sharing economy generation. Our easy-to-use platform connects individuals & businesses who have spare space (garages, spare rooms, parking spaces, warehouses and self-storage) with those who need it (private and business storage, parking, warehousing). Think of it as Airbnb for storage. For our Guests, we offer secure, vetted, local spaces at affordable prices. Meanwhile we empower our Hosts with an easy way to earn additional income. Our world-class website automates the end-to-end booking process, seamlessly processes payments, and offers a powerful and easy-to-use dashboard for Guests and Hosts to interact and manage bookings. We make the process safe and secure by running ID checks. We also provide insurance, which is powered by Guardhog and underwritten by Hiscox and is specifically designed for peer-to-peer storage, to cover people's stored items.

Disastrous Experience
Your host did not turn up with the fob so I could not access the parking space. Also his phone number was barred so I could not discuss arrangements with him. The chat line was purely automatic and did not give replies to my messages. I was told by the Concierge at Fraser Place that it was illegal for an individual to sell this parking space. There was no indication on the Stashbee website of a telephone number which I could call and the Reception staff at the hotel, who also tried the host's number with no success, declared that the whole thing looked like a scam. If it were possible to give you zero points that is what I would do. I want my money refunded.

Hello JR,
Thank you for sharing your experience, we apologise for the inconvenience caused!
Your Host has had successful bookings in the past, but unfortunately, there was an issue with the fob due to the previous Renter not returning it in time. We understand how frustrating this must have been.
Given these circumstances we were able to fully refund you and if you need to reach out to us we're able to assist by emailing us at 'support@stashbee.com'.
