Oplichting
Oplichting! Ze versturen iets (god weet wat) met een onvolledig adres. Zodat DHL het uiteindelijk gewoon weer retour opdrachtgever stuurt. Terwijl je het volledige adres hebt doorgegeven. DHL kan niet helpen, die hebben ook geen idee hoe ze een adres kunnen aanpassen.... zelfs na 3 keer contact met de klantenservice. Nu een maand later en meerdere nette mails naar Stanley, nog steeds geen antwoord en nog steeds €50,- lichter.
Ik denk dat ik er gewoon maar eentje ga jatten ergens. Niet netjes, maar ach... bij stanley zijn ze dat ook niet.

Alles is hier mis, 2 waterflessen zouden volgens DHL geleverd zijn noch ik, noch de buren hebben iets ontvangen. Reageren niet op mail, hoe dit op te lossen.
Uiteraard betaalt er daar kan ik naar fluiten. Dat het gerenomeerde merk Stanley hier niets aan doet is teleurstellend

Extremely slow for refunds
Sent an item back for a refund in early July and received an email on the 22/7 to say it was being processed and would take up to 10 days. Finally received my refund almost 2 months later on 12/9 after many messages back and fourth to their instagram page. I’d almost accepted at this point I would never see the money again. The responses from the customer service team via their website were useless but the only reason I’m giving a 2 star review instead of 1 star is based on the fact the customer service on their instagram page were fairly fast to respond and keep me updated.

They made a fuss about limited availability of a Olivia Rodrigo tumbler,my daughter got 3 of them..1 under my name,I returned it and 12 days after they received it I have yet to get my refund..they are terrible rip off company

Horrible, horrible, horrible company. Wanted to purchase 51 tumblers, they are refusing to let me so do. Want to speak to a manager, they are running me around in circles. If a company is not interested in $2200.00 in business...there is a SERIOUS problem here. DO NOT SUPPORT THIS COMPANY!!!
Such poor customer service
Such poor customer service. My issue want resolved and they took it as resolved. Will never ever make a purchase from this company again. Offering 20% coupon doesn’t solve the issue. Go have a better relationship with American Express might help you do more business and do not blame it on your customers when you have a faulty system.

26 Juni iets besteld. Ze hadden het adres verkeerd doorgegeven aan dhl en daardoor heb ik nu nog steeds mijn pakket niet. Twee keer gemaild en geen reactie gekregen. Ik ben bijna twee maanden verder en geen pakket, geen contact maar wel €50 kwijt.

They do not respond to emails and give refunds
They do not respond to emails and they do not refund when items are returned. I’ve been waiting 6 weeks now since they had my items back and still no refund. Do not buy via their website. If you want a cup, find a reputable wholesaler in the UK as you cannot rely on dealing direct.

Mijn bestelling is door dhl geretourneerd omdat het digitale afleveradres een ander adres was dan het adres op het pakje. Stanley antwoordt niet op mail.
Update 30 juli. Nog steeds NIETS van Stanley gehoord. Waardeloos.
Update 2 augustus. Een week geleden gemaild, nog steeds geen reactie alleen een ontvangst bevestiging.
Update 5 augustus: meerdere emails gestuurd via contactformulier. Geen enkele reactie. BESTEL HIER NIET. €35,- kwijt en NIETS ontvangen.

It is 2024 and Stanley’s website doesn’t have a ”Cancel Order” button. They made me open a ticket for cancellation. They sent me the product. And “they were glad to hear that my recent ticket 1270088 has been resolved!.”

Ich habe schon drei Tickets aufgemacht, da ich seit mehreren Wochen auf meine Rückzahlung warte. Ich habe keine Reaktion oder Rückmeldung von dem Kundenservice erhalten. Ich vermute fast, dass es diesen gar nicht gibt. Jetzt warte ich auf meine fast 100€ Und hoffe, dass ich sie irgendwann noch mal zurückbekommen werde. Es ist wirklich unmöglich und für so eine etablierte Marke einfach nur peinlich.
Ich werde dort definitiv nicht noch mal was bestellen.

I purchased the ice flow flip straw bottle from one of their resellers.
I asked them a specific product question as I was unsure whether the scuff mark on the inside of the bottle was an issue, they ignored my email once I told them I had purchased it from one of their authorised resellers.
I tried to assume a good opinion and told myself that my email may have gotten lost amongst their other emails, therefore I asked another question from their web form; this time they responded and said that because I had not purchased the bottle from their website that they couldn’t answer my question. I tried to explain that the question was about the product and I wasn’t asking to return the product to them or anything related to that, I just wanted to clarify if the scuff mark on my bottle would cause any lead to leak and hence be unsafe. They couldn’t answer such a simple question. Extremely poor customer service. I’m returning my bottle back to the reseller and asking for a refund, this company is a joke.
