Ordered on 27th November product still not been delivered and no response from Stanley after 5 times trying to get in touch.
Goede ervaring
Apart om te zien dat zo veel mensen een slechte ervaring met deze webwinkel hebben. Ik heb een Stanley besteld en het is gewoon snel en intact aangekomen en heb nu een mooie Stanley beker als kerst cadeau.
Geld kwijt
Het is dat ik niet minder dan 1 ster kan geven, want ze verdienen er nul.
Ik heb een beker besteld en daarbij keurig mijn volledige adres opgegeven. Stanley heeft bij het verzenden mijn huisnummer niet doorgegeven aan DHL, waardoor mijn pakket nu in niemandsland in beland en uiteindelijk teruggestuurd zal worden naar Stanley. Ondanks herhaaldelijke pogingen reageert er niemand op mijn mails en ingevulde contactformulieren.
Het telefoonnummer van de klantenservice werkt ook niet.
Kortom, fles besteld en geld weg. Heel slechte zaak!
Inmiddels probeer ik via mijn creditcard het geld terug te halen.
Oplichters, of hun zaken ontzettend slecht voor elkaar!

Ordered 3 products on Dec 1. Finally chatted with someone and got a tracking number. Kept checking the tracking and it just sat there, never picked up by UPS. Chatted again only for the customer support to lie and say the courier picked it up and they have no idea where it is. Going back into tracking, the courier NEVER picked it up. Finally on Dec 17 th, they produce a refund because products are out of stock. Hhmm...were they out of stock or lost, not sure. Beware!!

Cheap products not Stanley. Dosent respond to questions just keeps sending tracking. Says products were delivered nothing was ever delivered. Ordered well over a month ago and got norhing.
Cancelled my customized order right before the holiday
On 11/22/24 I ordered 8 customized Stanley products for my children’s teachers. They guaranteed holiday delivery within 13-15 business days and my order was confirmed.
Just now on 12/12/24 I received an email canceling my order due to their engraving service being down with an apology promo code of 35% off. Their website is offering a holiday sale with 25% off. I am so upset-my children and I spent so much time on their website customizing these special gifts and a business such as Stanley should NOT be offering customization if they can not keep up with the orders. Will never buy a Stanley again and will be telling all friends and family about our experience.

If I could give them negative stars I would!!! Placed an order and ask to cancel the order within a couple of hours and they said it could not be cancelled because it was already fulfilled by the warehouse and the shipping label and been created. If the product hasn’t left the company then it should be able to be cancelled. After reading other reviews I know that if I return it once the cup arrives I wouldn’t get my money back anyway. This was my first time buying from them and it is most definitely my last!!!! Buyer beware DO NOT DO BUSINESS with this company!!!!! SCAM!!!!!

My brother bought me the Stanley Quencher H2.O Flowstate 1.2 ltr for Christmas 2023 at a coast of 49.99 plus postage. It lasted 10 months. The handle came away from the cup. Contacted Stanley with photographs the reply was the handle is not covered under the lifetime guarantee 😡 after complaining they said to send evidence of purchase which I did but no reply from them since except email saying Ticket Resolved it certainly hasn’t been resolved. After reading reviews on this product I find it’s a common problem. For the price I would of expected it to last a lifetime

Waardeloos. Een aantal bekers besteld voor een kerstpakket. Na bestelling krijg ik gelijk een email dat de order gevancelled is. Nu twee weken verder geen bekers, geen geld terug en geen contact.
Finger weg! Man verliert Geld
Ich habe einen personalisierten Quencher bestellt, der komplett ohne Umverpackung, einfach nur in einen Pappkarton geschmissen, verschickt wurde. Natürlich hatte der Becher dann jede Menge Kratzer, was bei einem Becher dieser Preisklasse nicht sein darf.
Den "Kundendienst" kann man vergessen. Es gab keine Antwort. Ich habe dann einen Paypal-Käuferschutzfall aufgemacht, muss den Becher aber auf meine Kosten ins EU-Ausland zurückschicken. Ich habe also 20 Euro für nichts gezahlt.

Trash. Added LSFxStanley to my cart at 1100 in line for checkout & page auto-updating every minute until 1108 it said less than 1 minute to checkout. It’s now 1155 & screen still stuck on less than 1 minute to checkout. HORRIBLE SERVER. You know the demand & have pisspoor service. Disappointing. Will never shop your piece of crap site again.

Stay away
Stay away from this company. 60 days later, no item received. They say tracking will start once received by distribution centre, but it’s been 60days…. Nothing. They have emailed ‘no refunds as it’s in transit’ but cannot provide any tracking. Kids you money goodbye as this is a scam for sure….
Worst ever customer service!
Do not buy a bottle from this Stanley EU directly because if you want to send it back for whatever reason they take 2 months to get back to you and then it will be outside of their return window which makes it virtually impossible to return. I have replied to X10 emails and I keep getting the same answer. I am probably "speaking" to a robot! The worst customer service I have had in a very long time! Funnily enough their US counterpart was very receptive but unfortunately they could not help me as it's EU.
The customer service is appalling
The customer service is appalling. I will never purchase anything from this company again. It took a month to get a refund, which is ridiculous, but the worst part was calling and being continually lied to about it being processed. The customer service agents need more training. It’s just awful!!! Unless you want a huge headache don’t do business with this company!!

I returned a cup the day after I received it because I didn’t care for the color. I got an email saying they received my return two days later. It has been two weeks and I’ve messaged and called customer service three times and still haven’t got my refund. They say they will bump me to the highest priority and run the refund asap bla bla and then they don’t do anything. Beware if you decide to send something back you are more likely to get your money back by selling it on your own then getting any help from Stanley!!! I’m still out my money and they have their cup back, probably already resold it!!
