Ze hadden zogenaamd geen huisnummer toegevoegd. Oplichters zijn het.
Ze sturen wel iets, maar wat? Een leeg bierflesje of iets dergelijks? DHL niet (meer) telefonisch te bereiken. En Stanley ook niet. Oplichters hebben gewoon vrij spel hier in Nederland en de consument staat in de kou.

Alles ging er mis. Zoals bij bijna iedereen hier.. er word niks geleverd. Nu zeggen ze per mail we zien dat we vergeten zijn je huisnummer er op te zetten. Zijn echt oplichters. Ik heb er online aangifte van gedaan. Als iedereen dat nou doet miss helpt het.

Het bijzondere vind ik dat DHL wel een bezorgmoment heeft doorgegeven en dat de bestelling toen ook direct werd geannuleerd en retour verzender is gestuurd.. zeggen ze. DHL deed dezelfde dag een bezorgbevestiging op mijn adres en na heen en weer mailen zeggen zei dat dit de bezorgbevestiging bij de verstuurder zou zijn. Qua tijdsbestek klopt hier niets van. Ik heb ook de melding ontvangen dat er iemand bij DHL zou doorverkopen.. 85 euro armer, oplichting, nooit bestellen hier; slechte zaken!!

Unfortunately, the ordered product never arrived. The company enters its address in the recipient's address, which means that the order will never reach you. No response to the submitted inquiry regarding the order, zero contact. You can simply say that it is a scam
Awfully made
This is most stressful thing in my house. We can never open my daughters cup because the top is way to big and it creates a suction able to not open it. There is nothing to grab on to. Awful make for this cup. I’ll keep my Walmart artic cup that looks the same and stays cold just as good and I can actually open it up!
Never ordered through 1913 site, but they have stellar products.
Ive never ordered directly through the 1913 website, however I have several of their products from the thermos mine being from 1993 to my favorite of the quadvac mugs, the iceflow bottles and the quencher cups. I've not had a bad experience with any of them. Especially the mugs they are hands down the best spill proof insulated mug, threw my yetis and others away they didnt even compare in quality, had them for years with no degrading qualities and keeps coffee hot for what seems forever. Their warranty is un paralleled they will replace anything regardless of age at no cost and very quickly.
Do not order from this company
This is not actually the Stanley brand website. I placed an order 30/11/24, Amount showed on website in local currency, different amount charged on my bank. Description on bank TEMUFASION! I cancelled order they ignored my cancellation. They proceeded to send item which now shows delivered but I did not receive it. Tried to contact them they are full of excuses and mostly no response. After multiple emails requesting where item was delivered they responded by asking I check with neighbors. I raised it with my bank as fraudulent transaction and was refunded by my bank. Then they contacted me again to say they will follow up with courier. I advised that I resolved matter with my bank.

I ordered 3 cups for Christmas on November 26 and didn't receive them until December 27th. I have tried to contact customer service over and over then when I do get a call back I am told they will issue a refund. Then I get an email that a refund can't be issued because the order had been mailed (this was before the package was received) then I am told when the package comes to return it with a free return label and a link was given to me. I click on the link and it says a return can't be done on this item due to it hasn't shipped yet. Customer service is a joke!

Order shorted no resolution
I ordered 2 Stanley Cups from Stanley1913 on Dec 2, paid that day.
I received 1 of the items on Dec 16, the tracking showed both were delivered. I immediately contacted Stanley1913 via their website. I was contacted back on Dec 30 with a screen shot from UPS showing the items were delivered and the claim was resolved, both items were NOT delivered. 1 box with 1 cup, I am still missing the Red Tinsel mug.
I will not order from here again. Customer Service is lacking, I do understand the holiday season, thats why I ordered them!
Overpriced heavy dinosaurs
I would give a zero for customer service and overpriced product
I register a new customer they send me a code for 20% discount which is never worked. I reach out to customer service multiple times weeks after I received the message that the discount has multiple exclusion however, whoever answered that my email never explained what exclusions are on the new customer promotion code .
Think for yourself probably ever think it’s excluded scammers
after that I receive another email saying that we are so happy that your issue was resolved, which is never was. I hope this overpriced scammers will go out of the business soon bottles are horrible. They’re a bunch of brands more affordable much lighter with new technology not like these dinosaurs. IT LEAKS. A thermos that leaks is like a car with no wheels—it’s beyond pointless. Water spills everywhere like a broken fountain. What is this? A practical joke?
The design is an insult to humanity. It’s so unergonomic it feels like it was made to punish anyone who dared use it. It’s as if they purposely tried to make it the most uncomfortable product in existence.
LEAD. Yes, actual TOXIC LEAD is used in its production. Do they want you to get poisoned? This thermos might as well come with a health warning.
The straw is repulsive. Drinking from it feels like gnawing on plastic garbage. Imagine chewing on a cheap toy from the dollar store.
The handle? It’s ridiculous. It’s so absurdly huge you’d think it was stolen off a medieval castle door. Are we supposed to carry this thing or use it to barricade our homes?
The lid is laughably terrible. Why even include a lid when the thing leaks like a sieve? The lid serves no purpose other than to mock you while your drink pours out.
This is the WORST PRODUCT IN THE HISTORY OF PRODUCTS.
I would rather drink from a rusty tin can than ever use this monstrosity again. We made the mistake of buying one for the whole family, and now everyone hates it. It’s a curse disguised as a thermos.
DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT. Burn your money instead—it’ll be a better investment.
Don’t give these people your business
Item sat in a warehouse from December 6 to the 23rd. I tried messaging them via phone, chat, and email. No reply. Since it was the only gift I had for my daughter for Christmas and since I didn’t know when it would be delivered, I finally went to a store in my area (which I should have done instead in of ordering from these clowns), and found the item. There is no way to cancel an order once it is put in with them. They sent an email about some bull crap with “delayed shipments” and overnighted it to me. Now I have 2 cups. I will NEVER order from this business again. They should be paying ME for the amount of time I put in trying to figure out where my order was and when it would arriving. I am astounded at how they stay in business with customer service being so abysmal.
Avoid and read the reviews first
Wish I'd looked at the reviews first, paid for next day delivery got it 3days later and the wrong colour, I tried telling them that they confirmed the wrong colour in the order within minutes but the customer service is very poor, do yourselves a favour and avoid using this company.

Would give zero stars if I could. Ordered on 5 December. Parcel Tracking shows at Royal Mail hub in Northampton since 8 December, date today 21 December. No response to tickets raised via Stanley 1913 Uk. This is basically a company stealing from customers as the money has left my account for goods not received.

4 weeks and I’ve still not had my orders which are supposed to be Christmas gifts. Contacted Stanley 3 times now with no reply and £100 out of pocket
I have now gone to my bank to do a chargeback and get my money back that way!!!
Disgraceful company non existent customer service I’d avoid buying at all costs! Anyone else not getting any where go directly to your banks and they will do a chargeback back for you!
