First order I placed
First order I placed, the quencher was damaged (badly bashed on one side - box was fine so assume it went in the box like that) - initially when I enquired they said they couldn't guarantee the same colour and would send a random colour - I ordered that one as I wanted that particular colour. Second order, I placed as an item came back in stock I was waiting several months for. Got an email 4 days later saying order is cancelled, no reason why - if I wanted to know I had to contact them! I also used a birthday discount code on the order, which when I try and use again said it's been used max amount of times! Extremely poor service from such a huge company.

The handle broke off of my cup I’ve had for two years and I use it every day. I sent a picture of it to the warranty claim and within like 6 hours they approved it and sent a new one.
Atrocious customer service
Item arrived unsealed and obviously opened and possibly used. I contacted customer service via chat and the representative abruptly told me they were going to open a damage case and just left the chat without letting me know what to do next. A short while later I received an email notification asking me to provide pictures of the damage, I replied stating that I never said the item was damaged. No one replied so I sent pictures of the unsealed shipping box and the torn wrapping. Later on that night I received an email stating that the case was closed as no damage was observed and that I should just accept and use the item as received. I then replied twice more statingg that my issue was not resolved and asked for their return policy and instructions for returning, to which no one replied. What a joke of a company. For the amount of money they charge for a cup you would think the least they could do would be to seal a package and better yet treat a customer with respect. I think they fail to realize that without customers they won't exist. What has happened to customer service nowadays?

J’étais ravie de mon premier produit Stanley, si bien que j’ai décidé de commander directement sur leur site officiel, stanley1913.com. Malheureusement, cette décision s’est transformée en l’une des pires expériences utilisateur de ma vie.
Le produit n’a jamais été livré. Il a probablement été volé dans ma boîte aux lettres… et depuis, c’est l’enfer. Stanley refuse tout simplement d’apporter une réponse claire : soit je n’ai pas de réponse du tout, soit je reçois des messages génériques et incohérents. Un jour, ils parlent d’un remboursement, le lendemain, plus rien.
Cela fait maintenant 11 jours que j’attends une réponse à mes 3 derniers e-mails. Toujours aucun produit, aucun remboursement, aucune solution. Le service client est inexistant, et la barrière de la langue (ils ne répondent qu’en anglais) ne fait qu’aggraver la situation.
Ce manque total de considération pour le client est inacceptable. Quand je lis les autres avis sur Trustpilot, je réalise que je ne suis pas un cas isolé… et j’ai maintenant très peur de ne jamais revoir mon argent.
Je déconseille vivement de commander sur leur site. C’est dommage, car la marque était prometteuse, mais elle est en train de se saboter elle-même par une gestion catastrophique de sa relation client.

I purchased 2 at target. The handle fell off my sons. I contacted Stanley about this problem. They contacted me and said it would be replaced. That was over 6 months ago. I have not received any more correspondence or a replacement. The customer service is horrible. I will not be ordering from this company again. They don’t take care of their customers.
GARBAGE LEAKING CUPS - DON'T BUY!!!
I submitted a warranty claim on their website about a leaking cup and they returned an unacceptable and appalling response. What is so "advanced" about this cup if it's not even leak proof??? Even paper or plastic cups from a fast food restaurant covered with a simple lid, do not leak like the garbage expensive cups from your company. NEVER BUY THEIR PRODUCTS!!!!

Thank you for reaching out. Our Quencher products are not designed to be leak proof. The advanced FlowState lid features a rotating cover with three positions: a straw opening designed to resist splashes with a seal that holds the reusable straw in place, a drink opening, and a full-cover top. This is meant to prevent spills and splashes as much as possible but may occur when the cup is not in an upright position.

Absolute scam of a business
Absolute scam of a business. It’s been one business week and the item has not shipped. There is zero customer service unless you attempt to cancel the order, where you’ll be met with a lousy response saying it can’t be cancelled. Going to do a chargeback through AIB to get my €60 back. Avoid this company at all costs.
Paket kam nicht an – Stanley behauptet fälschlicherweise das Gegenteil
Unterste Schublade. Ich habe einen personalisierten Cup als Abschiedsgeschenk für einen Kollegen bestellt. Das Geschenk hätte zu Händen einer anderen Kollegin in unsere Firma geliefert werden sollen. Aber der Zusteller – DPD – hatte den Firmennamen weggelassen oder nicht bekommen. So kam das Paket nie an. Es ist laut DPD in Tschechien. Stanley hingegen behauptet, das Paket sei angekommen – ich solle mal bei den Nachbarn fragen oder an meinem sicheren Ort nachschauen (beide Zustelloptionen habe ich gar nicht autorisiert). Schlimmer Customer Service, der noch nicht mal das Problem versteht – geschweige denn, behebt. Finger weg!

Forced to give one star (should be 0 stars). Their customer service is horrible. I returned a cup only because of the color. It was in original packaging, completely perfect condition. They received it a month ago on 1/17 (today is 2/17). After 3 phone calls my credit is still not processed and they told me today it will be another 3 weeks! Each person I have spoken to tells me that the previous customer service rep did not complete whatever steps are needed in order for me to get my credit. I will never buy directly from Stanley again. Horrible customer service!

Awful. SCAMMERS. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. My teen requested a cup for his birthday so several weeks before the big day, I ordered his chosen mug online and was offered free engraving. I didn’t initially plan to have it engraved, but since it was offered, I decided to put his name on it. I ordered the mug and was sent an email confirmation. However, that’s where the communication stopped. It never arrived so I called the company’s customer service number and was told that my order “was canceled” because they were “having problems with their engraving.” I HAD TO CALL THEM TO ASK FOR A REFUND WHEN THEY CANCELED THE ORDER & DIDN’T TELL ME! Stanley was just fine with keeping my money with the order “canceled” on their end, but they weren’t going to bother telling me about it. The agent I talked to was very nice and I hope she finds a better company to work for. This company scams its customers and I will not ever buy from them again and neither should you. I had my lead test kit handy so I could test it before giving it to my son. You’d think a company that just had a big lead scandal would be more considerate of their customers but this just shows how little regard they have for people and their hard earned money. We’re just profits to them.

Ik heb hetzelfde gehad als veel anderen. Mijn bestelling bleef ergens hangen. Ik raad aan om via Instagram een bericht te sturen naar Stanley Europe en de situatie uit te leggen. Zo krijg je het snelste reactie. Houd je bestelnummer en track and trace bij de hand. Zij hebben mij uiteindelijk de optie gegeven voor geld terug of een vervanging. Ik heb gekozen voor een vervanging en deze is zojuist geleverd. Het is natuurlijk niet ideaal, maar weet dat het op deze wijze kan worden opgelost. Via email reageren ze niet of supertraag. Ik geef het niet ontvangen van mijn pakketje en de stress die ik hierdoor ervaarde 1 ster, 4 sterren voor de customer service. Het contact had nog sneller morgen verlopen, maar ze waren redelijk snel.

Would be zero, but not allowed. Do not order from this company. Got a stanley cup from what I thought was a reputable company. Returned it as not what I expected. They received it back and said the bank would release the payment in ten working days.In the end I've had to put a dispute in with Visa and told that by doing this it is fraud by seller
