I am a customer from South Africa. A defect thermo flask was sold to me. When I lodge a lifetime warranty claim for replacement, no reply or replacement on my claim. After numerous mails still no reply after 4 weeks from 06/09/2024. STANLEY absolutely does not forefull
their policy.
Extremely poor service
I placed an order on their website 8 days ago, paid for it, delivery was meant to take 2 to 3 working days, yet I still don't have my product. I've contacted their customer service and get no response...Absolutely terrible service!! Would not recommend them to anyone.

Stanley 1913 keeps trying to withdraw money from my N26 bank account. I've never had anything to do with it and I don't know what it's supposed to do! It's better to be careful and only pay in cash.

Would give no stars if allowed!!!! Customer service is obviously from another country…. Asked for a supervisor and was told that the supervisor was busy and that they would call me back today…. It is a new day and they have still not called me back!!!! Accidentally placed an order and called immediately to cancel and they stated that it was too late to cancel that the label was already created!?! My email that was sent right before I called stated that they are sorry but the delivery will be 7-10 business days for non customized orders. Can’t imagine why anyone would EVER CONSIDER GIVING THIS SCAM COMPANY A DIME!!!! Very disappointed and disturbed!!!!

Mislead in the advertising, because they say it’s not made from plastic but the whole cap + straw is plastic, they say it’s a healthy cup with no chemicals or other bad things, i try to return it on Facebook messenger they don’t respond, i send them

High Pressure Washer very bad quality!
I bought the high pressure washer and used twice the hose burst and started leak, i contacted their repair team who asked me to contact a company in Italy who is the manufacture of the produce (It's NOT a Stanley product), the Italian company did not response, and I then contacted Stanley UK repair team who denied their poor quality by saying it's an accidental damage to the hose, which is a joke. their repair team did not get the problem resolved, and asked me to pay £80 for a hose. Very bad quality and bad experience with them!!
Never received my order
Never received my order. No response to email or messenger. So no refund or anything. €60 down the drain. 😭
Extremely disappointed
Extremely disappointed, ordered a peony tumbler which came with several manufacturing defects, I was issued with a refund and went on to order another, again this arrived in a terrible condition with scratches all over the lid, after emailing backwards and forwards for over a week I am still no further forward with trying to simply get a new lid. Because of there terrible, patronising customer service team taking so long the tumbler is now out of stock so I have to either have a damaged one or simply return it.
They don’t deserve loyalty. I’ll stick to my old cups.
Poor produce
Poor produce. Even worse customer service for a $50 that degraded in 5 months. I definitely do not recommend this brand or company even though there is a lot of hype around them. They only care about money and not providing a quality product. Beware: your $50 cup will turn to garbage and they will not do anything about it.

Order a cup for Mother's day never received. Shows label created but not shipped. Contacted them and they it was resolved. Still shows never shipped! Now they say I have to wait 14 days to get my money back!

ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS that people…
It is ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS that people can go on the site and completely buy out EVERY SINGLE ITEM that comes out and then sell it for double. Stanley NEEDS to put a STOP to it and LIMIT it to one or two per person and the name on the card! They have ONLY done it ONCE that I have seen with the Chocolate Gold. It is WRONG!!!
Don't expect a refund if you return something!
I returned a product and was told it would take 10-14 business days to receive my refund. It has been over 22 business days and still no refund has been issued. I have reached out to them several times and keep being told that they are working on it. Highly suggest staying away from this company - very poor customer service.
Color fading on the cup/a lil of the name came off
My experience with the Stanley cup,the color is fadeing off the bottom of the cup in only 5 days of purchasing it and a little of the name came off,I ask if the cup was authentic and was told it is,so I want to know if this is normal after only having it a few days.
The order was canceled but they didn't refund it and sent my product, now I can't return it because it is customized
I bought 3 Stanley products, 1 was customized. I looked on another website and I found a color that I liked the most, I went to
I contacted Stanley and asked to cancel the custom product. I received an email confirming that the product would be canceled, I went to the other website and bought the product in the color I wanted. I went flying during spring break, and when I came back, to my surprise, the 3 products had been delivered and the refund for my product had not been made. I contacted Stanley who responded by saying that they could not cancel the product as it was customized. I wonder, how could they not cancel if I have an email proving that they said they would cancel? Well, I sent two other emails with prints of the emails showing that they had said they would cancel my purchase and so far they haven't responded and I was left with a product that I didn't like.
You need to think carefully before purchasing on the Stanley website, if you regret it, no matter how much they say they canceled your purchase, you could still be at a loss and not be able to return the product.

I ordered two Stanley’s back in Dec 2023 and they will not respond to my emails. Have not received them or an email about them. They are quick to take your money and then there is no contact from them

Refuse to issue refund and have stopped responding to my emails. I have been waiting over 30 days. Returned unopened product Feb 19, it is now Mar 24. If they are so busy and behind on refunds, as they say, that should be a red flag. Why are so many customers returning this product.
WAITING ON REFUND FOR A MONTH
I’ve been waiting on a refund for almost a month now on a cup that I decided I didn’t want anymore because it wasn’t worth it. Was told 10 days for a refund, then 14 days. Absolute worst experience ever. Will NEVER buy from again. I’ll make sure I tell my friends too. Ridiculous!
UPDATE!!! They have responded to my email, about a refund ONCE, I disputed it with my bank!

They say 10 business days for a refund it’s now going on a month!! What is going on there? This is absolutely insane! My bank is telling me to do a chargeback if it’s been so many days. They need to get it together! This is ridiculous!! This is a huge company people shouldn’t have to deal with this stuff!
Do not buy your bottle here!
I got my bottle but it leaked like crazy. I got hot water all over my legs . After contacting them I heard….. nothing. Do not buy your Stanley bottle here!
