Standout Solar Anmeldelser

Great staff. Very reliable with any questions I have had and when our wifi has cut out they have notified me and helped me fix this.

Since having my solar system installed September last year, I’ve had a great experience with Stand Out Solar. I found the after sales service is superb.

An honest company, did what they said and on time.
Everything was straight forward.

Highly recommend Standout Solar, They live up to there name for a Standout, very professional and excellent service. I have no hesitation in recommending this company for your next Solar system above any others out there. They go out of there way to make sure everything is working fine and really look after the customer.

Explained everything we needed to know. Always contactable if we had any questions.

The entire process with Lisa explained how it all works; the installation was faultless and the follow-up of everything has been excellent. Any queries have been promptly answered by someone. The only company that could answer all my questions.

Was very happy with the hole pro cess would highly recommend this company

How enjoyable is it to work with a company that delivers everything it said it would, and then goes over and above to try and deliver more than promised.
I was confused with all the cricket heads talking about the different solar options, the cheapest price, and someone else pays for it all? How refreshing to have Lisa and Ross from Standout Solar take the time to explain everything!
Our system went in on time, was finished on time and all the final Kw and outputs working off the system captured in a great APP on my phone. Love that the team is Australian and always available to take calls. Highly recommend, and have recommended to my friends.

From my very first interaction with Standout Solar, I have been extremely impressed. As a customer service professional, I pay attention to the interactions I have with service providers. The Gentleman I first encountered was very polite and helpful with my initial enquiry, Lisa was fabulous, and took the time to explain everything in detail. The after service we have received from everyone involved shows that the team at Standout Solar really care about their customers.

Standout Solar has been a fantastic local company to deal with. From the initial meeting to explain the benefit of getting Solar installed at our house.
Lisa was the sales representative and thoroughly explained our current Electricity costings we were paying and reviewed the option for my family to install Solar and become Electricity Bill Free.
The company has regularly updated me on changes in feedback tariff's which is an important factor when installing solar, Standout will research and give you the best Energy supplier to go with.
Ross has gone over and above from managing the install to his explanation of how to use the Solar App and report any potential faults or alarms with the System. I would recommend Standout Solar as a first class, professional and caring company to deal with.
You will benefit from the low cost variance of having Solar installed verse not and with Energy Prices increasing your Return on Investment in Solar will be well worth the investment.
Its a nice feeling when an Energy supplier is depositing money into your Bank account instead of the reverse!

Our experience with Standout Solar has been 1st class from the efficient installation to the continuing service they provide with making sure our system continues to run efficiently and make sure we are with the best energy provider for our usage. Highly recommend.

I’m very happy with the whole experience dealing with Standout Solar. The customer service provided was most definitely a 5 star service. The installation team were amazing they were so professional friendly and they even cleaned up after themselves.
Thank you standout solar for providing for providing an amazing experience.

Ross and lisa are Friendly and good with customers, the only company that convinced us and there were many companies that are before standout solar

Very helpful company down to earth and very friendly there honest and would highly recommended them to everyone to get solar through. They feel more like talking with friends then a company.

Lisa, Ross, Justin and the team at Standout Solar have been amazing from the start. They explained everything for us and were very informative.
Their communication throughout the process was excellent and have been in regular contact since our installation was completed several months ago. The app is easy to use to monitor our solar usage and we have saved a lot.
We highly recommend Standout Solar

Standout Solar has been lovely. Friendly and informative in what they can offer and how it all works. The continued monitoring of the system after installation is fantastic as they let me know if something has changed and affecting my system and keeping an eye out for better deals on returns for solar power. Solar power itself has been great, getting paid instead of having to pay, for electricity.
Would recommend highly contacting them to get started on solar power.

From the start of application, installation and follow up their service was great. Making sure the product is working well and if there is problem it was easy to approach them. I will recommend standout solar for your family to save energy and save more money.

Our son had Standout Solar do his installation, he spoke to us about the saving he was getting so we decided to go ahead with Standout Solar. The whole team where so professional from initial consultation to installation. They always kept us in the loop, even wet weather didn't stop them. Would highly recommend Standout Solar.

I had thought about solar for a while but just wasn't sure which company to trust. A friend recommended Standout solar. They were incredible! They walked me through the service and the savings solar provides. They answered all my questions without any high pressure sales techniques like I had seen with other companies. They organised EVERYTHING from switching my bills, my meter, an easy one-day installation- they even setup an app for me so I can watch my savings! They made the whole process so easy and comfortable. Best decision I ever made - I can now use all the electricity I want without the worry about the expense. Great to feel I am doing something more for the environment too. If you have been thinking about solar go for it with Standout Solar - I highly recommend them to everyone!

I had Standout Solar install a 6 kilowatt system on the roof of my house. the service was excellent, as was the price. Workmanship was also excellent and after sales service was outstanding. Ross made it so easy for me and had the whole process well under control. The panel installers turned up and worked non stop until the job was completed. My phone now tracks the solar input.
Ross rang to check that everything was okay so he goes the extra mile to see that I am happy with the product. I have no hesitation in giving the whole experience a 5 star rating.
