Fast efficient and friendly. Easy to work with, very helpful

Standout Solar are amazing to deal with. Straight up honest and super helpful. They're customer service is next level and we are already reaping the benefits of their solar system! Highly recommend

Standout Solar put the consumer first. For many companies "consumer first" are meaningless words...not this company. From the initial quote to the final installment they were excellent. Any query we had was quickly resolved. Some months later we even got a call to see how things were going...now that is customer service. We recommend Standout Solar without hesitation. I agreed to an in-home free quote consultation because I was interested in generating more energy with solar, to reduce my bills. The door knocker Mario wasn’t pushy and very informative, I met with Kai the Solar expert who explained everything really simply and made it easy to understand which I appreciated. The installers were punctual, neat and tidy and did a great job.

I was looking to add a second solar system to my house and I went ahead with Stand Out Solar because the Solar Expert was really knowledgeable and the whole process was seamless. I love the simplicity, yet detail info when using the app/web portal to keep track of my production & revenue & It's been awesome.

Standout solar are very genuine people and really serious to look after you.

We couldn’t be happier with the ongoing service from Standout Solar. They have gone above and beyond from the start. Lisa knows her stuff back to front and tailored a solution to our needs. Damien, the electrician who installed the system for Standout, is very knowledgeable and completed the installation to a very high standard. Knowing that we can contact Sam in the office for ongoing support is very reassuring. As I write, I am sitting here blasting the air-con on a 30+ degree day with not a worry in the world. Highly recommended.

The people who installed our solar where fantastic. We were very happy with everything they did.

Exceeded expectations.

The service provided was excellent, my solar system wasn't working as something had gone wrong with the Wi-Fi connection and Standout Solar brought it to my attention. I made one telephone call they came out and got it working again. Stuart did an amazing job, he spent some time but knew what he had to do, he is very knowledgeable and is passionate about his work.
Fantastic after sales service, thanks again Eleanor

Couldn't recommend standout solar highly enough, Lisa who came to our house to give us a quote was very easy going and upfront about the costs and process from installation to the 10 year monitoring of our system, we are very happy with our system..

Unparalleled customer service. Such a warm and friendly team offering a great and reliable product and services. Highly recommend.

What makes Standout Solar stand out from the others is their amazing service. Since we have been dealing with them, we have welcomed three of their team into our house and felt like they were old friends when they left. They have delivered on every promise, followed up with phone calls and visits, offered great advice on energy consumption and have been professional and friendly every time. Best of all it is less than a month since installation and our most recent electricity bill was $7.20 for the month! We were averaging $150 to $250!! We are a family of 3 and have a pool and a 6 person spa that operates daily... VERY HAPPYJAN!! We absolutely (and already have) recommend Standout Solar!

Friendly and knowledgeable customer services. Installation was quick and neat. My experience was very simple and easy from start to finish

Kai, Solar Expert, was experienced with presentation & informative about how solar worked & money savings on power bills. Josh, installer arrived on time, very polite & worked with us in how the installation was progressing etc. Customer Care Team Sam & Stef were friendly & professional to talk to. They even flew a drone to show how the solar panels looked installed on the roof.

We are extremely happy with the service, warmth and the significant reduction in our bills! All the installers were so respectful and helpful. Would recommend.

Best way to describe the service, quality and assistance from Standout Solar is a 5 Star "Fantastic".

I decided to connect my Wi-Fi to the NBN - I had previously been with another Wi-Fi provider. However, I was unable to connect the solar inverters to the new Wi-Fi. Try as I may i could not get them to work. I telephone numerous providers for assistance and many promises and appointments were made but - none of the providers arrived - on contacting them numerous excuses were made but still nothing happened.
I contacted Standout Solar and left a message on the answerphone - within the hour I received a reply, and an appointment made. The representative, Sam, arrived on time and quickly saw where the problem was with the three inverters and rectified it. She then reconnected the system to my mobile. At each stage she explained what she would be doing.
Once everything was up and running she left explaining that if there were any problems to call back and she would return. The next day Sam gave a courtesy call to enquire if all was ok and did I have and questions.

Service and contact like this is almost unprecedented with other provider(s), as i found out to my frustration. I wish I had found Stand Out Solar earlier.

The cost was reasonable and, as mentioned previously, the service, aftercare and willingness to help really is second to none. I rate them 5 Star and recommend them highly

The team at Standout Solar were all so friendly, accommodating and understanding. They went out of their way to ensure the process was uncomplicated, informative and completed efficiently. I couldn't recommend them highly enough. Thank you for outlining the best options for me with the limitations that my roof presented.

A lovely company, Sam from the office came out and showed me the best rates and helped me with my inverter, Lisa who came initially was so lovely and I have no issues for the past two years. Highly recommend!

Our experience with Standout Solar has been great. We were referred via a family member and from the first phone call to the follow up service they have been very helpful. Our electricity bill has been in credit for months and we have saved so much money so far. Great investment. Thank you to the team at Standout Solar, highly recommended.
