Very happy with my Staci pulse it’s eased my pain a fair bit, enough to help me be much more comfortable.

Was super happy with my staci companion. I have PCOS and Endo and it honestly really helped with my flare ups. I strongly recommend it to anyone who gets painful periods/cramps or has endo/pcos.

Paid for express shipping, still haven't received. I have emailed numerous times and no response. I just want a refund now. Wish I had read these reviews first. Can't trust everything you read on the internet. After looking closer at their FB page, most of the positive responses are clearly fake accounts . I will go to ACCC. Money is tight for a lot of people this year and I for one don't have money to throw away.

If I could give minus stars I would! Ordered the product on 19/11/24 it is now 18/12/24 and I still don't have the product! Tracking information has not been updated since 19/11/24. There is no way to contact them other than email and it takes forever to get a response and even then the response is not helpful. The courier company they use is just as bad I am only able to contact them through a chat box on their website with a robot replying for 2 weeks "your parcel will be delivered in 2-3 days, contact us again if you have not recieved it in 4 days" then you get the same message again! When I finally got an email response from the courier 11 days later they said they never scanned the package in so they probably never received it. Have forwarded this email to Staci yesterday morning and still no response for them. Worst customer service I have ever experienced!

Money back guarantee is a load of crap. Product does not heat properly, takes FOREVER to charge, also battery life does not last 4 hours as stated. The "massage function" barely does anything and is VERY LOUD. It also does not "fir everyone" the extender belt is not very long and kind of useless (im only a size 16 btw and I struggle to wear it). Disgusting that they aim this at women with serious debilitating diseases such as endometriosis. For the price tag I expect better quality and over all customer service. They refuse to communicate and provide refunds. Steer clear from this scamming company. Have contacted fair trading about this company.

Love the Staci products, both my daughter and I use them. The Staci is so discrete and quiet I can wear it at work and my daughter wears hers to school. Customer service is great, product arrived quickly both times we ordered. I love the massage on the heat pack Staci.

I have both the companion and the pulse of which both have eased my very painful periods. The pulse is so easy to use and sleek and really does offer relief for cramping and pain.

Probably one of the best decisions I’ve ever made was to purchase a Staci companion for my period cramps and my back pain.

It’s such a scam! The product came and didn’t work, it doesn’t heat much at all and the massage is so minimal, so returned it (which I had to pay for) they ask for tracking details, so I know it has been retuned to their warehouse over 13 weeks ago.
You do not get refunded. I fought for weeks to get refunded. I have ended up having to lodge a dispute with my banks and with ACCC to try get money back from them. My bank had to contact the company to get my money back through the dispute, which I have now received from my bank, but still out of pocket the postage return.
Worst customer service, worst product. There’s only one contact you can email and they don’t even respond.
Their website only shows 5* reviews, yet you can’t leave a review on their website. It’s all fake. I have seen so many reviews with the same issues I am having. It is really not worth the head ache I have been through and I have still lost money from the return postage.

I ordered a pair of Staci Pulse’s for my sister and I, we received them by the end of the week and I love it! It’s not too loud to use even while on the phone or watching my shows. Very happy with my Staci Pulse so far!

I wish I had seen these reviews before purchasing!!
I bought an item from this website nearly 2 weeks ago with the intended 2-3 delivery days. But no matter how many emails I send them asking for an update, I get no response, and I have not yet received the product. Assuming all the positive reviews are bots, cause this is ridiculous. Paid through paypal, so hoping they can assist with getting my refund, cause God knows this place is not going to address my email for a refund.

dont order they little never reply to you and its been 3 weeks no commuincation and order hasnt been shipped ive already reported them to afterpay and will be taking it up with consumer affairs

UPDATE: After countless messages asking them to cancel my order, it randomly turned up... If you suffer really bad cramps/endo, this item will not help you. I sent it straight back.

It is now 29th November and the item has been returned back at the Staci Warehouse for almost 2 weeks... I am still yet to see my refund.

I've been told the refund has been processed and please wait 3-5 days. It's been 9 days and still no refund... Reached out once again to be told they apologise for the delay in processing the refund...

WTF is going on!? This is the WORST company I have ever dealt with.

I placed an order on 4/10 and still haven't recieved this item. Have tried reaching out to be told they are having warehouse issues... For over 1 month?

Have tried contacting to ask to cancel my order and give me a refund. However no response.

Website reviews are 100% fake. Wish I read these reviews before ordering.

States to care for women that are in pain on their website though I’ve waited 2 weeks for an item that I don’t believe will arrive.
I only ordered the item because it stated it would arrive in 2-3 days.
I’ve emailed and they got back to me 3 days later telling me it would be collected by Aus post, 5 days later, nothing.
I’ve now received the item a month later even though I asked for a refund before it was sent, had to pay $18 to return as well as pay for the item, I’ll now have to fight to get my money back.
PLEASE DON’T PURCHASE FROM THIS HORRIBLE COMPANY

I had a really good experience with staci, the customer service rep was really nice and was happy to help answer my questions. I purchased a staci companion and i felt the difference after using it, it heats up pretty quickly and its really soothing and relaxing. It makes you forget about the pain/cramps.

This product did not meet my expectations. It is loud and small so does not give good coverage for pain. It is not suitable for moderate - severe pain. The battery life is poor and it takes a long time to charge. As someone with endometriosis and adenomyosis I thought I’d give this product a try given the return policy. I’m yet to hear back from customer service. I’m also unsure where the reviews on their website come from given even after purchasing there is nowhere to write a review. The email asking for feedback provides a link but that just takes you to the website. Proceed with caution. If you want this for mild pain, sure it might be effective but it’s not going to replace painkillers or other heat pack/products for moderate to severe pain. I tended to use on my “pain free” days when I have a 2-3/10 pain rating. Also the massage function stopped working all of a sudden and the device just shuts off when I put it on that setting. Save your money.

Horrible product does not heat up well and massage function is soo noisy and barely does anything.
Customer service was also a joke took them over a week just to reply to me

Still waiting for my return, product arrived to their warehouse almost a month ago and multiple emails sent!!

Ended up contacting consumer protection and received my refund immediately after they got in contact with Staci. No email from Staci, but the money is in my account. If you haven't received your refund, complain!
