Can you guys please give me my money back!!!!!!! I’ve been requesting this refund for a month. I sent the product back to them and I also had to pay for the return!!!! anyway I sent an email and the girl called Natalie said if I send the photo of the receipt they would make an exception to pay for the return. Here I am still waiting for the money I paid for that useless thing plus the return!!!
I just checked and the parcel was delivered on the 4th of September. I just want my money back and it seems they don’t wanna do it!!!!! Why is it taking so long and why no one answers to my emails? I would write as many bad reviews as possible until someone process my refund.

Purchased this as a gift for my wife, item arrived faulty. Contacted the email Staci provided and was told i need to pay to return the item (against Australian Consumer Law). I questioned this and received no response. Absolutely horrible customer service and a product that in my experience does not work at all (barely getting to a luke warm temperature)

UPDATE: Thanks for the generic auto response reply to "email you". I've been doing that for months with plenty of generic useless responses and no action. "this has been escalated to management, then crickets"

This product does not work, it is falsely advertised and the customer service is atrocious. An absolute joke

Purchased a month ago and they never sent it. Sent emails upon emails and they just kept ignoring me. Very disappointed as it was supposed to be a gift for my gf but they chose to be unreliable and ruin the surprise.

I bought my daughter one and she loves it. It works wonders helped her alot with the discomfort

I ordered my Staci Pulse Tens in the middle of one of the worst endometriosis flare ups I’ve ever experienced. I also have a cyst on my ovary that was causing so much pain I ended up in the hospital for three nights. The pain has been ongoing for over 5 weeks, and I was hating having to take prescription painkillers constantly.
My friend told me she’d used a tens machine for her endo pain before, so I jumped online and after reviewing a few brands I decided the Staci Pulse looked like the best option. It arrived in a week, and I can honestly say it’s been a lifesaver.
Previously, I’d been taking two heat packs to work and ended up with a burn scar on my abdomen from the constant heat while I tried to get relief from the pain, and now I just put the tens pads on in the morning and clip it to the top of my pants and turn it on throughout the day as often as I need!
I only need to charge it every few days and I’m using it almost constantly.
It helps so much with the pain, with the way it distracts my brain from focusing on the pain and provides a different sensation for it to focus on instead. I don’t take painkillers, I just put the tens on when the pain becomes too strong, and I can continue with my day as normally as possible.
I would 100000% recommend it for anyone with endo pain or period cramps.
It’s become my best friend.

I have PCOS and Endo the Staci Pulse is a must for anyone suffering. Instantly makes me feel more comfortable. I would recommend this to anyone even for ordinary menstrual cramping.

I have the worst PCOS pain, especially on day 1 of my period and am so sick of taking a million painkillers! I brought this for my daughter who has terrible cramps. I am also a endometriosis sufferer. It was almost immediately effective discrete enough to wear at school under her uniform, and it's a super fun colour which she loves! Considering getting the Companion Device as well!

Staci Pulse has been a game changer for me. Endometriosis usually cripples me but the Pulse helps so much that I can actually walk and even go to work when having a flare up. The pain isn't completely gone but it becomes manageable. This is so much better than taking strong painkillers that make you sick or addicted. I do wish it had longer cables as well as the short ones so I could put the device in my pocket rather than clip it to my waistband.

I get a lot of people at work ask what the device is, which is great because it leads to a whole conversation and most people know someone who has painful periods so I recommend the Staci to them.

I bought the Companion as well and it's fantastic for all those times I don't have easy access to a microwave for a heat pack. I like to put it on my lower back to heat and massage while the Pulse is on my belly, and it helps me get to sleep. It turns off automatically after half an hour so I don't worry about falling asleep with it on

My Staci Pulse is genuinely the best thing for my endometriosis!! It’s compact and discrete, which means I can wear it to work, uni, and around the house. The battery lasts all day and the different levels of intensity and types of pulse makes it perfect for anyone. I seriously would not be able to function during my period without my Staci!!!!

I’ve purchased both the Staci Companion and the Staci Pulse and LOVE them both and have found them incredible for back pain as well as period cramps!
