I absolutely love my Staci! I have Endometriosis, Adenomyosis and PCOS and suffer with chronic pain because of these issues.
Staci has been an absolute God send, I'm considering buying a second one for when my first one is on charge.
Thank you so much for creating such an amazing product!

I was surprised how quickly the vibrations made a real difference to the intensity of my period pains. During the worst of it I still needed to apply heat, but this was an effective solution, especially on the highest intensity, for the bulk of my period. I love the portability of it and the ease of use as well.

Hey there my wife absolutely loves it used it nearly every day to help with back pain and uses it to help the pain and absolutely uses it when she has her period, is a life saver that’s for sure no need for heat packs when we have this, would recommend to anyone

Love my companion, works wonders with my period cramps and endo pain. My experience was pretty good, ordered on a sunday and got it on tuesday with express shipping.

Watch out - Staci get bad reviews removed for "defamation" when you literally write facts.
They take your money, and take months to give you your product.
Customer service are useless.
This brand has ruined their own reputation and try to take down honest reviews to make sure they can keep taking advantage of people.
Social media has no negative reviews because they delete them all.
And they've got their team on these sites to take down negative reviews

Maybe your staff should focus on responding to emails, escalating emails to higher up (like they claim they do), and actually getting the products packages properly and sent out!!

From the start to the end, it was atrocious.
Firstly, paid for express posting, hoping to receive before cramping. Not only did it take more than 10 days, I sent multiple emails hoping to hear anything, and then finally got a response on day 8 saying it had been shipped, but no actual reply from the company.

It's arrived, didn't work well so I wanted to return it. Again, over 5 emails over two weeks to try and get a response, when they guarantee 45 days to return.

It's now been returned, do you think I have my refund? Nope. They've acknowledged they've received it and said they've sent it to their accounting team (which I highly doubt they have, sounds like a one man band). This was 5 days ago, I followed up and asked if I can have the receipt for the refund once proceed, and their response was "of course we'll send it through when it's processed".. I replied asking why they couldn't just send it now since they have my return?

It's not a "Scam".. as they send out a product.. but probably the closest thing to it and one of the most frustrating online shopping experiences I've had to date.

The item arrived on time. The packaging was aesthetic and simple. Unfortunately, I decided to return it as it didn’t heat up very warm at all and the massage element is very noisy! Certainly couldn’t be worn discreetly under clothes. Customer service responded relatively promptly to the return request, however the language of “45 day risk free trial” on the website is misleading - the customer is expected to pay for the return shipping! Very disappointing.

Non existent customer service!
My product arrived while overseas so was returned to sender. I have been emailing for the past 3 weeks to try and get it resent (said I am happy to pay for the shipping) the company has completely ghosted me.
The tracking confirmed the product was returned to their warehouse weeks ago yet no emails and no refund.

Stay away people

I have endometriosis stage 4. The product is so weak and even the heating system is so weak. I rather use my 5 dollars heat pack. I will have to return it for refund. This is expensive but unfortunately it’s not working for me.

Please do not waste your time or money on this company. Ordered almost a month ago for my daughter. Multiple emails requesting a refund, different excuses from the company each time. Not interested in excuses, would just like my money back.

I order 2 items to assist with endometriosis at the start of December. I paid the extra postage for the express post which their site states will arrive in 2 days. It's now been a month since ordering and my product still hasn't arrived. They failed to provide a tax receipt of my items. I emailed them as thats the only contact I was provided and they stated that my parcel had been lost in transit. They offered 2 options, a full refund or a partial ($50) refund and the product would be re sent out. I requested the full refund. They did not answer for a full day and then replied stating they couldn't provide refund until I sent back the package. I dont understand how I am supposed to send back a package that they told me was lost in transit. I contacted them again but they have set my emails to go straight to their spam box. I have sent multiple emails and only recieve generic ones back. I have contacted ACCC, Fair Work QLD, ACORN and left reports. The company does not provided tax reciepts or an ABN. I have contacted my bank and charges are currently being desputed. I would not recommend buying from them.

UPDATE: RECIEVED EMAIL STATING PARCEL IN POST YESTERDAY 26/01/25. The tracking link provided is fake. Was also informed by trust pilot to edit my review due to it containing "defamatory" remarks. This company took my money and did not provide me with my product. I have been in despute with this company almost 2 months. Still no product or refund. Still no contact to resolve despute.

I have PCOS and extreme painful periods. I’ve been seeing this website since I was a teenager and have always ALWAYS wanted to try it out. I placed an order for The Companion machine. I paid for express shipping, which on their website says will take 1-2 business days to be delivered. It HAS NOT even shipped. I have sent multiple emails on multiple different occasions with no response to any of them. They’re website states that they typically respond within 24 hours. The only email i got back was an automated email asking “how it’s going”…. I haven’t even received it 🙄. If i don’t get a response back i’m going thru my bank to get a refund. How can you be a company that “advocates” for endometriosis and painful periods and be so bad at getting relief products out on time to your customers? Now i’m out $130, like this economy isn’t hard enough.
