Didn’t even want to give one star as this company should be deeply ashamed of themselves. I like many other endometriosis sufferers fell for the trap of these “magical” devices. I have yet to receive my items that were paid express postage for over a month ago. Was told it was shipped but yet to see the items let alone a tracking number. I’ve been contact them for a month and have yet to receive a response. I have since submitted them to the ACCC in the hopes others have and this horrible company is stopped.

Communication is not possible and emails are not getting answered. Product is not good quality. Scam. Trust the other reviews

Echoing other buyers' recent experiences. Was issued an email long after purchase that it was posted but with no tracking. When queried I was told there were delays in the warehouse and it actually wasn't sent, which seemed odd since I purchased like many others as a mother's day gift, as advertised, but they clearly weren't ready. Filed an official cancellation request with the company and PayPal. Another week and a half passes and I get another email saying it's on its way. I challenged that as it had been nearly two weeks since officially requesting a refund. I now have received my refund but it took far too long and was made far too difficult. If this isn't a scam then it has to be one of the most incompetent operations going, which is disappointing given their purported mission statement. I would advise buyers to avoid at all costs.

Buyer beware this is 100% a scam preying on people with conditions like endometriosis how they have been allowed to continue to operate is beyond me.

I've sent multiple emails and refund demands only to be sent bot written email responses about "running it up the ladder" and the straight out lies like my order has now been sent with no tracking given and no change in progress on their own website.

You can get the same device overnight from amazon for a quarter of the price.

Absolute crooks

DON’T ORDER FROM THIS SITE. I ordered a pulse in February and by May I still have not received my order. Whenever I try and contact customer service they reply once with a stock standard message and then never again.I have tried countless times to get in contact via different methods and I have received no help at all. Extremely disappointed. I can’t even get a reply let alone the product…

Took longer to ship than the unit lasted. Used for 4 months (a few days each of those months, less than 20 days total) and it now no longer charges. Absolute garbage product, garbage customer service. Get a cheap one off Amazon, better product and heaps cheaper!

Had issues but lovely gentleman sorted it out after lots of to and fro messages

Asked for a refund and got ignored the first one left it till about almost a week after,

I asked again and got an auto generated email reply saying there’s been a delay and their system malfunctioned, it’ll be sent soon.

Straight after that initial email I asked for a refund straight up as I’d not like the product anymore and still haven’t got it, that email has now been ignored again.

Don’t do the same mistake I did! I thought they were genuine until I started trying to contact them and kept getting ignored for a simple refund of the product..

Shipping took longer than stated on the website, from order to arrival was about 3 weeks, although customer service were apologetic and responded quickly when I asked about the ETA (although still took another few days to post).

At first try I was a bit underwhelmed by the unit, I thought that 70 degrees would feel hotter. Personally I like to feel like I’m burning my skin off with my wheat pack so maybe my expectations were unrealistic 😅 I absolutely hate the massage setting, it’s very noisy and it does absolutely nothing for me.

With more use I’m finding that I’m less disappointed by the temperature because the sustained heat and portability is so good. It’s growing on me, but hasn’t been life changing like my 5 star expectations from the website. Incidentally… still waiting for my 3 star review to be posted on their website. How interesting!

Terrible customer service. I paid for my item in January, and it never turned up. I followed up with the courier but they suggested I speak to Staci. After multiple emails back and forth, all seemingly automated and most promising to “issue my refund in the next few days”, I still haven’t received a refund or even an offer to send out a new item. Avoid this company.

Our company just purchased these for us in the office and they have been a lifesaver! Heats up quickly, strap stays on when walking around, we're big fans.

Avoid at all costs!
Mine hasn’t arrived no response from them so now following it up with Afterpay!
The same automatic email reply and when you comment on their Facebook page they remove your comments. Avoid scammers for sure.

Love my Staci Companion, use it every day for my lower back tightness and its a life saver

Have been trying to get a refund on a product for two weeks. I keep getting no response or a response that they are sorry for the delay with no real out come of when I’m getting my money back.
I bought the massager and literally sent it back the day after I received as it doesn’t heat up very much and the massage settings only make my pains worse. I have endometriosis and only bought it as they say it is amazing for that, it’s not. I reached out and was told to send it back and they would refund my money. I express posted it back the following day at my own expense for it to sit in a postbox for a week awaiting for someone on their end to collect. They have had the product in their possession for a week and still no refund.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

I got the Staci and it worked for a few months, then randomly stopped working. It is now end of March, and I sent it back in December. I have not heard anything for months regarding a replacement (which I was promised, I have it all in writing). It is a scam.

Watch out for this company, 100% likely a scam, don't reply, machine is terrible, very noisy and doesn't get very hot.
Good reviews are mostly likely fake!
Don't waste your time and money here.

If I could give zero stars 🌟 I ordered, in November 2024 and it has never arrived. Just keep getting standard response “we will look into it” - really how long do they need to look. Still more than happy to receive the product ordered or a refund but no response. Have even supplied them with proof from Australia Post that it was never picked up from them. Beginning to think it is all a scam - beware !!’ Does customer service actually exist / no telephone number or address available Tried multiple times for either an update or a refund, but just keep receiving standard response. This is completely unacceptable. Do not waste your money on this company unless you are okay with being ignored and scammed. I will be taking further action if this issue is not resolved.

i recently purchased a staci companion period pain reiief device. My daughter had purchased this device for bad period pain and she said it was wonderful and as she has a bad back she was using it for that and the heat and massage was wonderful for her back pain as well. As i have advanced facet pain in my lower back and i have to continually put a heat pack on it I thought I would give the Staci a go for my back pain. The heat and massage was great and I could walk around and still do things while it was working its magic. Thank you Staci this machine is going to allow me to go about my normal activities while receiving the relief i need without having to sit down for ages and being able to get heat and massage at the same time

I got the Staci for my wife who has Endometriosis. She swears by the heat pack. She uses it ever single night. It has change both of our lives. She is sleeping better, which in turn means I sleep better.

It’s lovely to have an option that is not medication! I’ve suffered from menstrual cramps for years and worry about taking so many drugs. Having an option finally that is not harmful to my body is so relieving.
