I ordered the Staci Companion Period Pain Relief Device on the 30th of April 2025. It took around a month for the product to arrive. When my partner turned the product on, it was so noisy that she asked me to return it. They say you get a 45-day risk-free trial on the website. It's now been 3 and a half months since paying for the product, and I still haven't received a refund. I would not recommend this product, and their customer service is terrible.

I ordered this in early July and its now been over a month and it was still not shipped.
The customer service is terrible, they never reply to their emails or messages. I sent 5 or 6 in a row after being told there was a warehouse system issue, with no follow up or clarification on where my order was or if they were working to rectify it.
It took an email threatening to go to the ACCC if they didnt respond to confirm the refund I asked for, for them to finally email me back. Apparently they have processed a refund but not hopeful it has much truth as their customer service and business is horrible. -10 experience and I will never ever buy or recommend this product to anyone. Go and spend your money elsewhere. I have reported them to the ACCC and will be following up with CAV if the refund does not process.

I have now been waiting on my order for over a month. They say they have shipped it, yet the courier has not even scanned the package for over 7 days.

After multiple emails, they are still refusing to actually reach out to the courier to check, trying to
"reassure me" that it's on the way.

Based on the other reviews I'm seeing here - this feels like a huge scam. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! I ordered ahead of my endo surgery base don their (endo awareness month) & won't have it in time now. Praying on people's weakness's & illnesses to make more money & then not delivering is absolutely appalling.

I really hope this company gets shut down for fraud soon. I have reported the company to ACCC.

Ordered the product and waited 3 months for it to actually ship. When it arrived, it barely even got warm. After 4 weeks of requesting a return address, I received one, shipped it, and they have not replied to an email or sent a refund in over a month now. Avoid this company like the plague.

This company appears to be a scam.
Do NOT trust the "Australian owned" and "will ship same business day as purchase". Their reply emails also have odd time stamps on them so it looks like they are NOT in Australia.
Unacceptable - false advertising scammers.

Ordered product came no problem, girlfriend didn’t like it so I asked to return under their 45day money back they said ok send it back and we’ll issue the refund, I sent it back and now radio silence it’s been over a month, no response from email, accounts email, their social media account responded but when I said who I was and my order they have since not responded again, blatantly stealing from people and not a care in the world about it, afterpay can do nothing to help me and sided with the merchant

Very disappointed. I paid extra for express shipping due to upcoming surgery and didn’t receive the product for nearly 4 weeks. Despite multiple attempts to contact the seller, I received only generic, AI-generated responses with no real support.

When the product finally arrived, the quality was extremely poor. The materials felt cheap, the heating function barely warmed up, and the massage setting was ineffective or completely absent. Not worth the money and absolutely not suitable for post-op recovery or any real therapeutic use if you have a period.

If you’re considering this product — especially for medical/recovery purposes or just everyday menstrual help— I’d strongly recommend looking elsewhere. This felt like a scam and a complete waste of time and money!!

The lowest setting works great - the heat is comforting and the fact there is a hands free setting makes working with cramps a lot easier.
The other two settings are terrible - it is so loud and is like a hydraulic machine. I can’t use either settings in public because it draws so much attention when I am at work, and at home it disturbs other people in the house.
This is great in theory but doesn’t deliver on the promises. I only wish I had a flare up sooner and realised how bad it was so I could get my money back.
I also wouldn’t recommend it for anyone size 16 AUS plus - the “extension strap” is so tight I have to squeeze into the thing.

This product didn’t work for my wife and we organised a refund. Straight away they communicated with us and we sent it back at our own expense following the instructions they provided. Since then we’ve heard nothing. Numerous emails, messages on their social media. We had one response on instagram and silence ever since. These guys are dodgy as, don’t bother wasting your money for a glorified hot water bottle.

Needed an urgent order, Jordan gave me a call and was able to really help us out. Amazing service thank you!

Happy with my experience and order from staci

I bought this product because it advertised adjustable heat settings from 50°C to 70°C — but it barely gets lukewarm. It absolutely does not deliver the performance that was promised.

Their website also claims a “45 day risk-free trial,” which sounds reassuring, but turns out to be misleading. There’s no mention that customers have to pay return shipping. When I contacted them to raise these concerns, I was told I’d need to pay out of pocket to return it. I followed up asking for a fair resolution, but they never responded.

Really disappointed — especially from an Australian company where I expected better transparency and customer service. I would not recommend based on my experience.

Paid for express shipping back in April, I’ve not received anything. I emailed to ask them to track the package in May but received one response saying they are looking into it.
I asked for help through Australia Pist who told me to take it up with Staci and that they may be using a dropshipper.
I’ve sent five emails since and still heard nothing.
The service is gobsmacking disgraceful. I have reported them to consumer affairs and would like my money back.

Brilliant product - I got the Staci pulse and it has helped my period cramps so much. Couldn’t live without it!

Product broke after 6 months. Wont refund despite posting back at their request. Lost money on product and two lots of postage. Will take them to court!!!

What a terrible product and so misleading!! The image they put on the site implies you have rollers and heat is suffice! Do not buy from them, they takes ages to deliver (weeks) and you end up with a loud noisy machine that doesnt perform the way they describe!

Absolutely Disgraceful Service

Paid extra for express shipping — it’s been over 5 weeks and I still haven’t received my item. Customer service is practically non-existent. I’ve repeatedly requested a refund for the express shipping fee and asked for tracking details, and every message has been completely ignored. They’ve taken my money and delivered absolutely nothing. This is not just poor service — it’s outright theft. Disgusting experience. Avoid at all costs.

Probably the best decision I’ve ever made was to get a Staci. I had done my research before buying and looked at all the options and decided to try the Staci companion.

My order arrived in about 3 days (I chose standard shipping option) and luckily for me it was the perfect time of the month for me to test it out.

Initial thoughts were that the heating was great (I have endo so I’m usually always attached to a hot water bottle) and I was able to target the heating while moving around compared to having to stay in bed with my hot water bottle.

The massage sensation was also pretty nice, it felt like a soothing relaxing experience compared to a deep tissue massage but overall I’d say it really did help.

I’m a bit bigger so I used it with the extender strap it came with and I didn’t have any issues.

Overall I’d rate it a 9.5/10 because I’d say it’s really helped with my endo flare ups and being rechargeable makes it much easier
