Not shipping or printing products

***UPDATE*** PLEASE NOTE THAT THEIR REPLY BELOW IS BS. IT IS THE SAME GENERIC EMAIL THEY HAVE BEEN SENDING FOR SIX MONTHS. THEY NO LONGER REPLY TO EMAILS EITHER.

Not shipping or printing products, not paying creators, zero assistance or attempts to rectify the situation. It's been more than five months and they only reply with a generic "We've been having technical issues and are processing payments" which is a lie. NO ONE IS GETTING THEIR PRODUCTS OR THEIR PAYMENTS

Never showed up!!!! Customer service is terrible.

I placed an order in early November for items that were meant to be Christmas presents. It is now mid April and they still haven’t arrived. I did get an email not too long after the order telling me it would be delayed and refunded my shipping charge. However, every time I email them to ask about a delivery date I get the same line about “issues with their printing partners which is causing delays”.

I wish I can give less than 1 star. Squad University are selling some cool t-shirts. I place an order for 2 T-shirts back in December as a Christmas present. Have not received any t-shirts nor a refund.

SLA / Customer Expectations BROKEN

I placed an order for three hoodies. I reached out after my SLA was broken with an excuse that they are switching printers. It'll ship in a couple of weeks, but there is no exact date. UPDATE 4/25/25: still no new SLA, even after two support chats told me not to worry. I recommend not spending any money with this company.

I placed an order in mid-February and it still hasn't been dispatched nearly 2 months later. When asked, spring support said they had no estimated date. This is completely inexcusable. Do not buy from them.

Still waiting on my refund

My order was in processing for a month before I asked them to just cancel it. They claim after 10 business days, if a shipping label isn't created, you are entitled for a refund of shipping costs and I was told I would receive the refund in 3-5 days. The 5 day mark was 10 days ago. I reached out and told them. They said the refund would be deposited soon. I told them it's been a mo th, just cancel my order. I'm still waiting on my refund.

Item forever "in production", never to be delivered

The item I ordered immediately went "into production", but it remained in that status well past the anticipated delivery date. I reached out to customer support and they said they would refund it immediately, but they never did. I finally did a charge back once I lost faith that the product or refund would ever arrive. I'm bummed because I really wanted to support the creator who designed it.

Requested a payout in January and still haven't received it now in April. Don't use this page and take down any listings.as they are screwing over people buying products too.

Also if teespring replies with the following they didn't even read my post and had a bot replying:
