Absolute scam of a company. Ordered a product almost 7 months ago and still have not received product from them. Any time you try to get an answer from them, they just say its 'in production' and that they're sorry. Would NEVER use again, and certainly don't recommend.

It used to be ok but it kept getting worse. Payouts have been 3+ months late, and my customer orders are being shipped late as well. There's no visibility to customer orders, so I have no way to follow up or give them updates. Spring customer service keeps giving the same canned response to issues and nothing is resolved in a timely manner. The Fresh Vine Wine acquisition just made it worse, and they keep releasing new updates and upgrades without fixing the problems.

Absolutely terrible experience. I placed an order with Team Spring, but due to delays, I canceled it — well before anything shipped. They confirmed my cancellation and told me my refund was being processed. That was over five days ago, and I still have no refund and no real communication.
They even asked me not to reply to their emails so my ticket would "stay in the queue," which feels like an excuse to ignore customers.
At this point, it’s clear they do not respect their customers' time or money. I would not recommend ordering from Team Spring. Be cautious — their customer service is slow, unhelpful, and leaves you chasing after your own refund.

This company is just flat out ripping people off! I ordered some stickers in early February, and they've been "in production" for almost 3 months now. I'm assuming I'll never see my order. I feel bad for any creators that have had their reputations tarnished by associating with these pirates!

I have 26 customer orders from December 24th to March 8th that have yet to be shipped. That is over $740 worth of merchandise. I have an email thread with 10 emails since March 29th and nothing has been done. I also have not been paid for any sales since January 2025. This company does not care about their customers or their creators and the customer service are kind but are not helpful. Terrible company and incredibly frustrating.

I haven't received payouts I am owed since January. Supporters of my channel have been complaining of orders not fulfilled after months of waiting. Customer support promised fixes and they never come.
I would not go near this company again. I am parting ways and instructing my viewers to request refunds/chargebacks and then I'm replacing them with a company we can trust.

I ordered $160 worth of hoodies January 18 2025. It is now April 23 2025 and nothing. Still says “Printing” and support is unresponsive. If that’s not a scam then I don’t know what is. I just want my money back at this point.

Stay far, far away from Teespring.
I payed extra for fast shipping and my package has been delayed over and over for more than 2 months. Customer service does not respond to my messages. Yesterday I was given a tracking number for my shipment, but the tracking number is not even valid according to the courier who supposedly has my product. I have no idea the status of my order and have been kept completely in the dark the entire time.
Truly sad considering I used to use this company to supplement my business. I can say now that I wholeheartedly regret ever associating with this company and this will be the last time I ever use their services.

A fan spent $60 dollars on a crew neck sweater from my shop 5 months ago, then messaged me to say they haven't received it yet. I check my sales history to find I HAVE NEVER SOLD A CREW NECK SWEATER, meaning TeeSpring stole $60 from one of my fans without even making an order. Absolute scam of a company, I hope they get investigated.

I order a cup after two months nothing has come.
The terms says that they guarantee 10 business day tracking information after the order was place. Well I have my order back on February, until April 9 they provided tracking.
Package was sent back to the sender on April 18.
All this BS for a coffe cup.

Zoren was really nice and helped me cancel and refund my order.
Their orders used to take a few weeks to a month. During that time, they gave an excuse of "unprecedented demand." This year, for my most recent order, it's been almost 2 months and my products still aren't shipped. They have a chat system on the site that used to connect you to a real person. Now I just get a generic email days later, so you can never really work through the issue in real time like you used to. They will not give any specifics or even an ETA on when my order will be ready.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

I am still waiting for a payment that was due months ago. I emailed and messaged with the company and, of course, they are “looking into it.” This was over two weeks ago and zero follow up. Additionally, most of the 400+ orders were never fulfilled (apparently they are ALWAYS changing vendors, changing systems, etc.) I will be heading to LinkedIn, BBB, and allll the other places to warn others as soon as I get one more form email with zero details and lies from them.
