Cool products, slow shipment
I ordered a few items through a separate website and Spring processes them. The items I ordered were really cool looking. Only issue is none of them have shipped yet and I have no idea when they will. It's been a few weeks since I ordered the first item. I don't know when I'll get the items.

They've stopped paying creators
They've stopped paying creators. I requested a payout before the cutoff day in December, and it's now April. They don't monitor their support chat, they have stopped replying to emails, they don't have a phone number. The last I heard was over a month ago when their email support person (or AI) acknowledged the problem promised to resolve it promptly. The company is defunct, it's clear they do not have staff anymore and are just hoping they can run off with creator revenues before the liquidators arrive.
/edit since posting this review I finally got an email response from 'Amanda', saying "Since acquiring Teespring’s assets in 2022, we’ve prioritized creator payments, distributing over $6M beyond legal obligations", in other words, Teespring was taken over by a company that does not feel they are legally obligated to pay out creators at all.

Spring has owed my company money for months
They've owed our club money for over two months. Support replies to about a quarter of our inquiries regarding the missing funds, but never with any useful information. At a certain point, this is just theft.

They do not pay their creators. I've been waiting four months for the money they owe me. They're also extremely slow about shipping to customers, which reflects badly on the merchants. They send infuriating, bot-generated emails telling you they'll be paying you soon, but they never do. Update: See their reply below. The same runaround, but still no payment. They have no sense of shame.

This company is a complete scam.
I'm a youtuber, and I was using Spring as my merch store. People ordered merch and never got it. I ordered samples of new merch and never got it. I never got paid either. Customer support is almost non-existant. NEVER use this company for anything. It is a total scam.

Order “in production” for over 2 months
I ordered merch from a creator I love over two months ago and have gotten the run around constantly since then about why my order is still in production and hasn’t shipped. I’ve emailed multiple times asking for updates and I get the same non answer every time. When I placed my order, it said I would receive it within two weeks — clearly a boldface lie. I won’t be buying anything else from them ever again.

I decided to buy some merch from a creator I support. This was 2nd jan this year, a month later and I haven't heard anything. Decided to cancel my order and they say they have 'forwarded my request' to the correct department, but even 1 month later my cancellation haven't even been processed. I initiated a chargeback with my bank, this is ridiculous.

The reason we created an online store was to help us pay for my wife's Psoriasis hand treatment. We sold the item but now Spring is withholding our earnings. We have 3 payouts being withheld by Spring. It's a shame, the treatment is expensive and by withholding our payouts you directly affect my wife's treatment.
