Warn your beloved creator about this and encourage them to use another platform for their merch. I've been waiting over a month for a hoodie. The support pages either link to the track order page or loop back into the first support page. The support chatbot also just repeatedly links the track order page. Don't bother. No matter how much you want that thing, you may never get it and the creator may never get paid for it.
Edit because they replied: You can tell by the copypaste response just how much they care. Customer service and fulfillment is the least of problems. I dont even want the item anymore. Pay the artists.

I would give zero stars if I could!
This “company” owes me and numerous other creators money from sales made, but greedily keep the payments for themselves and don’t even process orders for customers.
They lie and say it is a printer problem, and in other emails they will say it is another issue. This is the worst company you could do business with, they have gave me and my customers the runaround with the same old “just email us and we will sort it out” only to be met with silence.
If you are thinking about using them, don’t! Run for your life and thank me and the other creators who have left reviews here too, later.
Spring if you see this, stop stealing peoples money and not fulfilling orders! I hope more bad reviews roll in and show how truly awful you lot are!!!

Was waiting since December of 2024 for my order of staff shirts and decided after 5 months to cancel it and get a refund. Despite finally being told they would - nothing yet.

I made designs for my program at university in late February. Ordered a sample early March. They said it was delayed but I sent the link out to my program because we wanted our merch before the end of the year. It is now June and none of us have received anything. I have reached out to customer service 4 times asking for more information and I get the same reply every time, just saying that they’ve switched to new printers and all the orders are backordered. I requested a payout for the merch at the end of April and also never received it. This company is a scam!

I placed two orders - one in March and one in April 2025. It is now June and I've heard nothing except that both orders have a status of "in production". This seems like a long time to wait while you are holding on to my money. I just submitted a cancel order request. Will update here when I receive a response.
Update - I received a response within 48 hours cancelling my order and processing my refund.

Teespring has not given me any of My money for over 5 months.
Teespring is publicly advertising monthly payments, taking orders and creators' money, then privately claiming system upgrades and that payments are coming any day now. Every time I email, they blame upgrades and claim people are getting payments and that mine is coming any day now.

I’ve never had a worse experience with an online service. I ordered products WEEKS ago — over $60 worth — and not only are they massively delayed past the delivery window, but Spring has completely GHOSTED me. No tracking, no updates, no responses to multiple emails.
This is beyond unprofessional. Their support is nonexistent, and they clearly don’t care about creators or customers. According to their own staff, they lost a major print partner MONTHS ago and are still failing to get it together. Why are you still taking people’s money if you can’t fulfill orders?

I placed an order for 2 items on May 22nd. They offered a couple options for shipping; $10 for standard, or $13 for slightly faster. I selected the $13 option. When I went to checkout, it didn't give me a total at all and didn't show me any of the shipping charges. I decided to place the order anyways, and when I received my receipt, not only was I charged for shipping separately for each item, which was never disclosed to me before purchasing, but also the shipping charges were $10.49 and $10.99 respectively.
The latest delivery date for the first item was May 28th. As of right now, it is June 6th and the item tracking for both items say they are "in production" and have not been updated since May 22nd. I looked up the company online and saw the hundreds of other people experiencing the same things, both as a merchant and as a customer. I have requested a chargeback from my bank and will not be doing business with Spring in the future.

It’s a scam. I wished I read this earlier. THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY. DONT ORDER FROM THEM AT ALL. NO REFUNDS AND NO ORDER. SEE THE CONSISTENCY IN THE APOLOGY IN EACH BAD REVIEW WHEN THEY RESPOND. That’s all you will be getting back is the bs apologies but NOT HOUR PRODUCT OR REFUND.

One time I was able to get shirts from them as a gift, and though the sizing was extremely small, they were decent shirts. A couple months later, I tried to order two sweatshirts from the same seller for almost $100 total, and they were never sent. I had to reach out multiple times. First they told me that they would be sending them soon, then after waiting another month without any updates, I reached out to ask for a refund. They told me they would send my request to the cancelation team, email me following up, and refund me. It's been two weeks and none of those things were ever done. These items were supposed to be gifts for a birthday early in March, it's now almost June and I never received the items or any refund, though they of course instantly charged me when I placed the order. I don't recommend purchasing anything from this platform.

Ordered a shirt on 04/07/25. Said it would be delivered by 04/22/25. Never got any updates saying it had been shipped. Spoke with customer service on 05/05/25 asking to cancel my order and have my purchase refunded. The rep said he’d send the request to the refund department. Haven’t gotten a refund and have been messaging them for weeks now with no response. It’s 05/28/25 now and haven’t gotten a refund or any replies. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE!

This company used to be reliable...then they stopped fulfilling orders last November (over 6 months ago) and didn't notify anyone of the delays, meanwhile they kept accepting more orders. I can't get anyone to respond, or get refunds, working with paypal and credit card company trying to get my money back.
Clearly they completely gave up on caring about the creators that sell on their site.
Customer service is non-existent, their chat window doesn't seem to be monitored by anyone or anything. Switched to Printify and I'm so much happier for it.
PER YOUR REPLY: Let me get this straight. As a long-time creators on your page (over eight years) I've put in orders (an important point, it wasn't ONE order, it was over a dozen) for the last seven months that haven't been fulfilled, you kept taking my money without providing anything that I ordered and paid for, didn't respond to any messages asking for help, but the moment that I leave a review you're happy to help? Wow, leaving reviews really does work to get the attention of a company.
Too bad you didn't care prior to the review. I'm not changing a word. I'm still waiting for you to delete my page (which you don't even allow creators to do on their own), I've found a much better company to work with in Printify.

We used this platform (formerly known as Teespring, now operating as Spring) to create a merchandise storefront to raise funds for our hospital unit's Nurse's Week celebrations. Our staff designed and purchased a significant number of products, with the understanding that we would receive commissions on each sale. Initially, there were concerns with slow shipping and missing orders — multiple staff members never received their purchases despite being charged. I personally didn't receive any of my 6 items, some of which were the first orders placed from the store in Oct 2025.
More critically, when it came time to request our payout of nearly $600 in earned commissions (requested in late March), the company failed to deliver the funds. Despite repeated follow-ups via email with their customer service team, we have not received the payment nor a clear explanation of the delay. The funds were meant to support team activities and morale, and the financial burden has since fallen on staff members who covered costs out of pocket.
This platform seems to be plagued by poor communication, unreliable fulfillment, and a lack of accountability. We are extremely disappointed, and based on our experience, we strongly caution others — especially those using Spring for group fundraisers or nonprofit initiatives — to avoid relying on this company.
We hope this review helps others avoid the same situation. If this issue is not resolved promptly, we will consider legal remedies and file complaints with the appropriate consumer protection agencies.

I ordered a sweatshirt in January, with an estimated arrival of Thu, 6 Feb - Mon, Feb 10 (2025). It is after the middle of May and I haven't gotten my sweatshirt, or and updates on the status of my order.

Man, I wish I had read these reviews before placing an order. I ordered from a creator storefront over a month ago and was given an ETA window of approximately two weeks later. I contacted Spring a week after the window passed and was told by Gilbert that they were experiencing manufacturing delays. Two weeks later, I asked for an update, and Gilbert essentially said there is no update and asked if I would like a refund of postage or a complete refund if the production team was able to cancel my orders. That was a week ago, and I have yet to hear back from Gilbert or anyone else at Spring. It should be noted that Spring *guarantees* fulfillment within 10 business days of the order. After all this trouble and waiting, I decided to submit requests for refund.
Creators and consumers, take your business elsewhere because clearly Spring is a dumpster fire.
UPDATE: since Spring has replied with the same bogus response they’ve given everyone else, I HAVE been in contact with customer service for nearly TWO months. I requested they cancel my orders and refund me a week ago, and Gilbert still refuses to provide a date for when my refund will be processed. So I disputed the charge on my card. Thanks for nothing, Spring.

They have not fulfilled an order for almost 6 months. Support provides empty promises to fix the problem, but nothing ever changes.
Edit after the response: Here - no reply from support, no change on the order, no refund received. Their support seems built to run out the clock on credit card disputes. Do not order.
