I was a creator and had a shop on their platform for years. Initially everything was working alright, but around half a year ago (maybe a little more) they started having huge delays on orders and I received a ton of complaints from fans. Now they have also stopped paying me (and likely many other creatos), I am still owed thousands. Keep away from this company.

ORIGINAL REVIEW: I'm a creator and had used Spring for years. They were once very reliable and solid. In the last few months they have simply stopped paying me and currently owe me hundreds of dollars and seem to be refusing to pay - providing only cut and paste email responses telling me they'll let me know when they hear from their financial team. I'm writing this in July and they've been holding onto my earnings since March. Disgraceful.

Terrible experience. Waited three months for my order and received a refund after a month of customer support. Every communication was a clearly copy and pasted email.

I have a podcast with 200k listens/mo, and used Teespring to provide merch for my listeners. On multiple occasions, they have fallen 2-3 months behind on payments - issuing cut-and-paste replies from customer service reps that say nothing and accept no responsibility. I have tried being patient, I have followed all their guidelines, but they simply do. not. pay. their. creators.
I highly recommend anyone else BUT Teespring/spring. Completely untrustworthy company now, and I'm sorry to see a once-solid partner come to this.
Edit: thank you, Teespring, for doing EXACTLY what I said you do: cut-and-paste replies that say nothing and accept no responsibility. I've reached out to Creator Support twice in the last week, and have yet to receive a reply. Your company is utter trash.

One half of my order was extremely late, other half never arrived. Very poor customer service and harmful to the seller’s business that was being promoted nationally. Had to dispute through the credit card after no response to complaint. Shipping fees were not refunded when offered.

I placed an order in April. In March I inquired about a shipping confirmation that I never received. In June I inquired again, I was told the same thing “we’re behind but we’ll get your order out to you.” On June 6th I asked for a refund. On June 9th I was told my refund was processing. This is June 30th, no merchandise and no refund. This company scammed me out of $200. Do not recommend this company to anyone.

It seems many others here have had the same issues as I've had. I ordered a tee-shirt back in January. After waiting a month, I received nothing and reached out to their support, who replied as follows: "We want to extend our sincerest apologies for the delays that some of you have experienced with your recent order xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx. One of our primary North American suppliers made changes that significantly impacted production at one of their printing facilities. This location handled a substantial portion of our core items, including t-shirts, hoodies, and mugs, which led to unexpected delays as we shifted production to other facilities. While our team worked hard to expedite this transition and minimize any interruptions, the process normally takes months. Unfortunately, this adjustment period affected a percentage of our daily orders, and we understand that any delay is frustrating when you're counting on us to deliver.
We are working diligently to resolve the issue, but unfortunately, we do not have an exact estimated delivery date at this time. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this has caused and appreciate your understanding during this time. If you're no longer interested in the order and you prefer a full refund, I can have this checked with our production team to see if they can still cancel it."
I suspect others here have received the same type of response.
Initially, I was willing to wait a bit longer and give them more time. I checked back with them again in April and in the latter part of May. At one point, they made it sound like things were progressing, so I gave them the benefit of the doubt. Since latter May, there's been nothing further, and I decided that this had gone on long enough and have now asked for a refund. I got no response from the person I'd been communicating with so I reached out to their live support which gave me a ticket number and said that a cancellation request will be made to the team in charge, which might take 36 to 48 hours. I can see where this is going.
To add insult to injury, the creator is still listing these tee-shirts for sale. So this entire setup is a scam!
Their MO appears to be to string buyers along with apologies, reassurances that they're working on the matter to ensure delivery soon and if you want to cancel at any time, just let us know (ha ha!) and there comes a point where it's too late to ask for a refund from one's bank or paypal after this amount of time has passed. However, there are other legal remedies such as filing a complaint with the State Attorney General's office - Consumer protection, Federal Trade Commission and the Internet Crime Complaint Center for internet fraud and Better Business Bureau -- ALL of which I will file complaints with if I don't receive my refund.
Jul. 1, 2025 - In response to your message, Spr.ing, this is a BS pathetic excuse! I already made a request last week to your support and put in a ticket. Stop the excuses. When the previous support person I dealt with gave me a partial refund on the shipping, it was instantaneous. I want my refund, NOW, or the next step will be to report you to the Federal Trade Commission, Internet Crime Complaints and California Attorney General's office. Taking money from your customers and not delivering is thievery and scamming -- plain and simple.

Ordered something nearly 6 weeks ago now and it’s still in the “production stage”. I suppose if you’re ok with waiting up to a year to receive one t-shirt you ordered, then cool. When I inquired about a refund the first time (~3 weeks), they said they were experiencing “delays”. Never got an update or an email or anything from them after that, so 6 weeks was enough waiting for me. Connect with live chat and demand a refund.

I have sold various items on TeeSpring, yet I have not received any of my payouts for months. I keep receiving the same genetic responses from their so-called customer service email. I decided to report the company to the BBB, yet, I doubt that will do anything. TeeSpring is a company that doesn't abide by their own written policies!! Beware!!

If I could rate at less than one star, I would. I had an order at the beginning of this year and months later and after numerous emails back and forth, still no order. While this has been going on, I've only been getting " soft " responses of they have product delays and they appreciate my patience with no potential date for when things would be delivered. Last month they stated that I could cancel the order and receive a refund which I did. But surprise, surprise, I've received no refund. When I've emailed them asking for my refund, I've been told that they are waiting for confirmation of the cancellation with this mysterious, unknown, slackered production company. My response is that's not my problem, I have canceled my order with them and they need to return my funds within 48 hours. Seems to me that this is fraudulent for them to hold on to my funds after I've canceled the order - and I have all of this in my emails back and forth with them. Do not order from them.********UPDATE********* They refunded my purchase to my bank account .

put an order in at the beginning of the year and contacted them on 3/8, 4/1, 5/29 and 6/5 for items or refund. Placating words but no action. Reported to my bank and they ruled against me due to waiting too long so I'm just out on a $70USD order. buyer beware - do not buy from anyone who uses spring including da share z0ne. Amaze, spring, teespring is NOT legit or trustworthy

Produce was ordered in Jan 2025 and was to be received by March 27 and I am still waiting. I have emailed them on many platforms regarding my order. They already took my money and I got nothing. Many ppl in my organization has had the same problems and they say they will refund in 14 days and nothing happens.

They make money on your content and patrons, and do not pay! Support is nothing but bots, generic messages. Shipping is slow, and items do not arrive or arrive months later.

I placed an order for two stickers. A month passes, no stickers are here. I email support. They say that it’s in production but they don’t have a time table. I email five more times with the same basic response. Another month passes, still no stickers, still no progress on my order. I’m done, I don’t want to email in circles any more. I ask can you please cancel my order. They say yes. 4 days have passed still no refund or confirmation that they have processed a refund. This company is so pathetic. Contacting support doesn’t do anything. Never use this company.

I am a creator and sell through my facebook page. u\Unfortunately I am realizing and only because I happen to notice 'Amaze Holdings' in my paypal account and looking up that this is Spring, that I haven't received a payment from Dec 2024 until now. And after Googling I realize my customers probably haven't received their items either. And since I have no way of messaging those customers and handling this in private I can only look forward to a nasty review or comment on my page any day now and a ruined reputation for future customers. So, what do I do? I can't even get Spring to pay ME as a creator. I have been with Teespring (Now Spring) for about a decade now. What a way to treat loyal customers!!!

Was good while it lasted, but some of my customers haven't gotten their order since November. They ordered it in November and still haven't gotten it and it's June. This site is a failure, I am absolutely moving.
