I ordered a few items and it said it would be delivered within 10 days . It’s still stuck in printing , far from the date expected . Customer service is not real people . I waited to talk to a rep via live chat and it had me listed as “next in line “ for several hours until they randomly emailed me an automated script of the chat that just showed a bot saying I would be next . I don’t know how to get my money back and I already emailed them to try and still have not heard back. I know they will have an automated response to this to reach out to their fans email, but I already did that .

Placed order on June 2nd. Tracking says it's been "printing" since June 4th.
I sent in a support ticket last week on the 15th, auto reply said I'd receive a response with 24 business hours, but have yet to receive any updates.

Don't order from them. Your order will be "in production" forever. This means they take your money but the status of your order never advances. Try the live chat and nobody comes on (for hours). If someone would answer I'd just like to know when it would be done. But they won't give refunds either once it's 'in production'. I have gone through my bank, thank goodness, even though it's on a debit card, they will let you dispute the charge. From Spring there are only 'bot' answers as it appears no one works there. Zero customer service!!!!! They deserve to go bankrupt.

I placed an order in May 2025, and I got delivery date beginning the June. The order was not completed and evermore none contacted me about delays. Now two months later that still cannot cancel my order and didn't refund the payment. The worst online shopping experience I've ever had.

I ordered a blanket back in February, almost 6 months ago, from this company. Every time I reach out, there's never a person. Just a bot that isn't helpful at all. Then when I receive an email later, they say the same response. They received an increase in orders in January and they are working hard to fix it and get orders out soon. Never an update or estimation of when my order will be done. There's also no phone number listed to talk with an actual human.
I first reached out the end of April. Then I just reached out again, mid July. Same response. How long does it actually take to print a design on a blanket?
I told them I was fine with waiting, but the most frustrating thing is the communication being trash, and the fact that there's no update or timeline. I just want to know ETA. It's kind of ridiculous. My order tracking hasn't updated since February. It still just says "in production".
Don't buy from them unless you want to wait 6+ months for your order.

I'd give negative stars if that were an option. Everything about my dealings with them has been awful. Ordered 4 items over 5 months ago & so far, have received 1 of the 4 items. Order status - for all 4 items - still indicates "Printing" with an estimated delivery of end of February (it's July). My numerous attempts to reach them for an update have been met with bot replies. "Live chat" is not monitored by anyone. And no phone number listed for them anywhere. Do not engage with this company.
*07.17.25-Editing to add that I did as instructed in the reply below & followed up directly with fanhelp at the email address indicated. As expected, this just instigated the same bot responses as I've encountered since I first tried to contact them. TrustPilot - please do something about responses from companies that feign concern for the customer experience but in reality, do absolutely nothing to improve.

Avoid at all cost. They ride the wave of their former good reputation and run the company swiftly into the ground.
I visited Wintergatans merch shop and bought a poster and t-shirt at May 11. Delivery time said May 27. Since I knew it would be hard for me to pick up the goods at a later date I made sure they knew that and that I want a refund if they can't deliver at said date.
I got confirmation of a refund at end of May. A week later I got a notification that one of the items was shipped. They said they didn't have time to stop it. I accepted defeat on that part and went through a bunch of extra effort to be able to pick the parcel up.
Still no useful update about the refund of the other item though. I asked how the progress looked in the middle of June with an "we do what we can" answer in return without any hard dates. At the end of June I asked again, with the same kind of reply. July 10 I asked again and made sure they understand that my patience is running thin.
Then I started reading reviews and quickly realized that I wasn't the only one with these kinds of problems. That made me ultimately dispute the purchase with my bank, a progress still ongoing.
If you get your parcels, on time or not, good for you. Though it seems to become less and less common. Reviews say they haven't gotten their goods in time and some still wait six months later. And God forbid you want a refund. All you get is reassurances that it's in progress, but no estimated dates.
Also, if you read the replies of the reviews on this page they are all a variation of the same scripted message, which makes me think they are AI generated.
Never again, stay away.

Today the dispute through my bank, and by the extension the credit card company, was successfully finalized and I got my money back. I filed the dispute at July 14th, and today is August 30th. 47 days for the whole process.
According to my bank the company has a maximum of 40 days to respond, which means they either used the time span to its fullest and responded the last day, or most probably, just ignored the dispute and don't respond even to any actions raised by banks.
Either way, just stay away from this company.

Delayed payments, delayed shipping of products, and nonsensical domain registration that makes it near impossible to transfer off their platform. As close to being a truly fraudulent offering as you are likely to find among ecommerce platforms.

REALLY AWFUL company experience... I thought they were completely trustworthy. I've had people ordering shirts over the last 2 1/2 months and the orders are just starting to trickle out to customers now. I've put in several requests for payouts and I haven't seen a single penny. They owe me over $1000 which I have already paid out believing that Spring would be sending me the money. A couple of weeks ago I was able to chat with online support and they admitted that there were issues with payment but they were catching up now. I tried contacting support since then and have only gotten a canned response. I can't help but think this company is going down the toilet. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. You do not want your name associated with them.
EDIT #1: See the canned response below. Note that I emailed them and was told I would get a reply within 24 hours. I’m still waiting. Same issue with the online support chat - crickets.
EDIT #2: Four months after I set up my store and placed my own order, and almost one month after my review here, I finally got my products. However, out of the almost $1500 CAD that they owe me I’ve only seen $89. I have numerous purchasers who have not gotten the product yet.
EDIT #3: I had a couple of email exchanges with Aaron Day - Founder & Chief Executive Officer. He was defensive at first, with a sort of attitude at tone you would expect from a 15-year-old. I pointed out the abysmal Trust Pilot reviews, and he was a little apologetic after that. A little while later, I got an email from their senior support person saying that orders would be filled in 10 days and that I will get my payout by the end of the week. Surprise surprise, I didn’t see the payout at the end of the week.

I’m a creator on Spring and have requested three PayPal payouts over the past two years — none have arrived. They all appear in my dashboard, but no funds were received.
I’ve already sent several emails, but support keeps replying with automated messages that don’t address the issue. I’ve asked for confirmation or a timeline but got no real response.
As a creator, this is extremely frustrating. I expected basic reliability and real support.
P.S. As you can see from the comment here below by "spri.ng", they suggest I email "creatorhelp§spri.ng"—something I’ve already done 2–3 times, with no success.
At this point, you can understand how all of this seems very dodgy.

I ordered a hoodie from one of my favorite content creators on YouTube. The order has been stuck on printing indefinitely. They have an option for live chat with a representative, but nobody ever connects to the chat. At this point I just want a refund.

Placed an order 6/12/25, was told it would be delivered 7/1/25. It is 7/11/25 and the order has not even been printed, let alone shipped. Contacted customer support, took 2 hours to talk to a real person because their chatbot talks in circles, only to be told that my shipment is delayed indefinitely and there is nothing they can do. If you go on r/teespring, there are people who placed orders in December that still haven’t received items. I have never once received notification of my order being delayed, even after my conversation with support.

As an update i reported this scam of a company to my bank and got a refund via that way as the customer service from this company is just a sham. "We have escalated the issue" is the copy and paste response youll only get

I ordered June 7, quoted arrival was June 19-23. It is July 10 and it's still "in production." Contacted support but not optimistic for a solution because of what I've heard from others.

I have been a seller on Spring (formerly Teespring) for several months. Since [write the month, e.g., May 2025], my account has generated over $232.09 in sales, but the payment has been withheld without any proper explanation.
I have contacted support multiple times, but received only automated or generic responses. No one from the team is taking responsibility or resolving the issue.
This is extremely disappointing and unprofessional. Holding a creator’s earnings without any justification is unacceptable.
If this is not resolved soon, I will consider filing complaints to consumer protection agencies and warn other creators to avoid this platform.
I hope Spring sees this and finally takes action.

I ordered a hoodie on 12/28/24. I received that hoodie on 6/30/25, OVER 6 months from placing the order. I communicated with Teespring from late January forward trying to get updates and was told they were overwhelmed and working on the issue to get me my product ASAP but I could have a refund if I didn’t want to wait. At first I waited because I really wanted this hoodie because I love the content creator I ordered from & the artwork. But as time dragged on, when I did start asking for a refund they ignored that request until over a month from when I first started saying I wanted a refund, my product shipped & then I had to wait i er two weeks for it to get to me. The artwork is great, but the hoodie is sized on the small side of expectation, the printing quality is middling, and the experience atrocious. I’ll never order through TeeSpring again & I would never recommend anyone else do so either.

Every time I reached out i received countless run around emails about the holidays there was an unexpected high volume of products. Not sure what holidays we were speaking of in March/April but ok.
I finally asked for a refund in MAY... it is now July 7th and I haven't seen anything except the same excuses in their emails.
