This is the worst validation email process of any website I've ever used. Despite having back and forth with customer services, finally getting them to register my email address even though its definitely the same email address registered, it still doesn't work.

Just getting either no email sent back with a validation code or getting an unknown error code. So frustrating!

Very disappointed with the pictures from UTMB Snowdonia trail race May 2026. I did the mistake to pre-order the pictures to only find that the only spots that pictures were taken of myself was at the very end of the race. No photographers during the race at strategic positions - this was not communicated at the time of pre-ordering. Additionally despite these have been published a couple of weeks the high definition images are still not available for download.

N’achetez pas leur pack , les photos ne sont pas dingues et en plus ils ne vous donnent pas tout , il faut repayer derrière si une autre personne apparaît dessus

!!! SCAM!!!! Paid for the photo package but didn’t get access to the photos.

This company is a scam. Myself and my husband paid for the photo package when we entered our Hyrox event. It is now 5 days after the event and we cannot access our photos. I’ve emailed Support no less than 6 times and they just ignore me.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR GOODS!

Emailed customer services to tell them I didn't receive the gift card I had paid for. This was a charity gift so really unimpressed that we can not give this to someone who has raised almost £4000 for charity.
Very disappointed!

Wir sind mit der Familie bei einem Mammutlauf in Nürnberg mitgelaufen.
Geworben wird dann mit einer "Foto Flat" für 25 EUR. Tatsächlich aber sind das dann 25 EUR pro Person, von der man sich Bilder herunterladen möchte.
Großteils sind das nicht mal Fotos von Fotografen, sondern von selbstauslösenden Kameras gemacht und von daher bescheidene Qualität.

I did a women’s doubles in Lisbon with my partner last weekend and there are 3 of my stations missing - sled push (neither my partner nor I have photos), sled pull (they only took photos of my partner) and burpee broad jump (neither my partner nor I have photos). My partner and I have sent emails enquiring whether all the photos were uploaded (the photographer was in our faces during the sled push so there are photos) and we have had no response. Not even an acknowledgment. It is poor show considering we have paid for the photo package. Honestly it’s not worth it because even the images they have taken are unusable. For me it is the APPALLING customer service that is the most egregious of the two issues and for that reason I would advise anyone not to purchase the package or purchase photos from them. If you’re going with a mate or family member you’ll be better off asking them. Terrible service and terrible customer service.

Paid €15 for a single high-resolution photo from a race. Nearly 48 hours later, still waiting for the download link.

Their support reply was a generic message about processing 3 million photos per weekend. I get the volume — but the payment went through instantly, and at €15 per photo this isn't a budget service. The delivery experience should match the price.

In 2026, with the processing power available, there's no reason a paid photo should take two full days to reach the customer. If you can charge in real time, you should deliver in something close to it.

Such a poor experience. Waited for an age for high resolution photos. Wasn't able to search by bib number. Then if you want to search for photos AFTER paying, you have to get these approved! It's such aslo such a bad interface.

Absolutely terrible experience. Payed 40 pounds, waited 48 hours and still no photos provided. Scam. Do not recommend

4 days after the Hyrox event and still no photos in high resolution available. Race photos medium quality, some okay some terrible also the lighting is very bad. Defenitely not worth the money

Von 200 Bildern bin ich selbst höchstens 30 mal drauf. Habe 20 andere Bilder mit mir drauf gefunden ( Startnummer sichtbar) und gebeten die hinzuzufügen. Wurde abgelehnt. Frechheit die Hälfte seiner Bilder nicht zu bekommen. Die die man hat sind alle mit Wasserzeichen, und viel zu weit weg oder am Bildrand. Bilder sind unbrauchbar. Alles nur mit aufgestellten Kameras die in zu langen Intervallen auslösen. Keine echten Fotografen.

Kein einziges Foto vom Zieleinlauf. Der Rest nur lieblose, unscharfe Bilder. Due reinste Abzocke!!!😡😡😡

If you pay 70 euro for photo's as two athletes, it's unaccaptable you hav eto wait almost 48 hours to retreive them. The whole 'moment' is already gone by then.

The business concept is to take photos of sporting events and sell them to the participants. The employees are extremely inconsiderate in their approach and do not hesitate to endanger the participants. Attempts to contact support were unsuccessful.

Had an issue with the download of pictures - issue was resolved within minutes!

Useless. Nothing works on the website - GPX file upload doesn't work and there isn't even a bib number search. Totally useless

All my finisher photos are out of focus 😭. The photos of the other stations: overexposed, underexposed, out of focus... If they are in focus the k-value is not set properly what makes my face colour looks like I'm deceased 🤦🏼‍♀️.

Absolutely terrible. How can Ironman use this company for their photos??? I pre-purchased a coupon to download my photos. They say you can use a selfie search but it only showed a limited amount of photos. Also the GPX file upload did not show any of my photos. Then after hours of digging through the total amount of photos I found about 10 more photos of me for a total of 27 photos. When I used my coupon at check-out, suddenly there were only 15 photos in my profile. Where's the rest???
