Found Spoke Shed on Google after phoning other bike shops in the area that where fully booking for 4 weeks. Nathan was able to build my bike that day, for a very reasonable price. He is very knowledgeable and experienced and provided a great service. I will definitely be back.

I hadn't had my bike serviced in years so thought I'd go for the silver option but Nathan advised that my bike was in good condition so I'd be wasting my money a little, so went for the bronze instead. Very honest and helpful! It was really easy to get an appointment and drop off/pick up my bike around my work commitments. Would thoroughly recommend!

Went to Spoke Shed after hearing great things about them through a couple of local WhatApp groups and so glad I did.

Nathan is such a nice guy and did a great job on both the bikes I took in at a very reasonable price. He also helped with a number of questions on new kit I needed and sent links to products he recommended.

The best bike workmanship I've had! Where do I even start with Nathan & Spoke Shed.

I think I have actually lost track of how much work Nathan has done for me after first of all rethreading a bottom bracket tube for me after a bike frame was painted and it just went from there.

Nathan has upgraded and serviced many parts on my previous Felt F85 bike, he helped me with sourcing parts and compeltely built my Trek Emonda ALR and changed parts on that a number of times.

I have had a Pinarello completey transformed by him after a new wheel set and brakes and all new cable inners and outers.

Nathan is also currently building my 1980's Dave Quinn 531c steel frame bike and helping me source parts constantly.

I have been to a few of London's 'Popular' bike building shops when urgent and have still had to take it to Nathan to rectify others workmanship that got me out of a stuck hole.

I have asked untold questions over the last few years, I've had frame advice, parts advice, fitting advice, indoor trainer advice etc. It just doesn't stop. Spoke Shed is the go to!

I honestly would say meeting Nathan was a pleasure he was extremely polite, professional and new what he was talking about . He fix my boys bikes reasonably priced . Overall I was happy from the first moment to the hand over of the bikes. I would recommend him . Well done !

Best bike shop iv ever been to and trust me iv been to a few all over london which preach dreams with terrible work , so glad I these guys got some quotes and went for a visit asked him some questions guy was a river of knowledge knew his stuff and a passionate rider himself , price was amazingggg couldn't believe it we need to support small businesses like this! Nathan at Spoke Shed built up a bike for me that was due to be a gift as the store I purchased it from had no build availability for weeks. He done a great job with a very prompt turnaround; I will most definitely be using him for servicing work on my own bike in the future!

I ordered an unbuilt bike from Halfords to avoid the current waiting times. Nathan Elliott from Spoke Shed was available for a home call out in under 72 hours. His service was much more detailed than the services I've had from retail stores; he had the bike build and tuned both the brakes and gears, all in around an hour. For the next bike I buy I'll definitely be coming back to Spoke Shed!
