Fantastic service and communication. Personally had a bad experience with Halfords but Nathan is a legend! I will recommend Spoke Shed and it's a unique service and experience. I had to change the chainset, chain and cassette. My Carerra Virtuoso road bike was ready within the hour. I will definitely be a regular here!

Nathen is honest and gives good advice, had silver service carried out, all us good with every thing working as it should, nathen sorted out the bottom bracket too which had some play and aligned the derailleurs and tensioned the brakes. 👍

Nathan came highly recommended and did not disappoint. First did a quick brake cable repair very quickly while I waited at a very modest price. Then advised on further service needed and tyres to be fitted. Never any upselling just straightforward and friendly advice. Service was spot on and bike rides lovely. Nathan is easy to chat to and gives sound advice about bikes in general and future maintenance. All pay channels set up including cash, PayPal and contactless. Would highly recommend this local, reliable, no hassle service.
