Gastroenterology consultant/secretary QEQM failed to respond to phone calls, voice mails and e mails. Also no reply to web form sent. All a waste of time and hardly inspiring for a Private Hospital!

Excellent care.
Excellent care. All the nursing Staff were friendly and very helpful. My room was comfortable and clean. I had a private bathroom which was Brilliant after major surgery. Food was at a very high standard and a huge choice of dishes. Would definitely recommend spencer private hospitals.

Excellent care and attention from the beginning of my surgery till discharge. Friendly and attentive staff, nothing was too much trouble. Great surgeon, theatre staff and nurses, good food and efficiency everywhere. Brilliant experience.

Only had 1 night stay but from…
Only had 1 night stay but from admission was looked after so well nurses very friendly put you at ease,after operation the care was outstanding from recovery back to room being looked after food was great even though didn't feel hungry it looked appealing and well presented overall could not fault any of it highly recommended if needed another operation I would definitely choose Spencer wing.

I haven't used the Spencer hospital since November 2019 when my experience was positive. I can only hope that the NHS has referred me to the Spencer for the Pain relief clinic....?

The operation and Surgeon were tops
The operation and Surgeon were top notch, no complaints there. Most of the nurses were fabulous helpful and kind. A couple gave me some concern. The food was simply awful. I have stayed at other private hospitals before and the food there was EXCELLENT . The nurses who cared for me directly after the surgery were really sweet, I was a little disappointed when I asked to have my throat checked over as it felt like I had an obstruction there. The Doctor had no tongue depressor or torch available so used a teaspoon and her mobile phone instead? Was that observing infection controls and Covid safety? Sorry to raise these issues, I don’t enjoy complaining about such things

Happy wife happy life
My wife had an operation at the Spencer Hospital Margate.
She was very happy with the care and attention she received.
Only problem for me was the car parking.
A small consideration for the care she was given.
