Worked fin for me took 2.5 weeks and there was some communication but it is a bit sketchy probs won't order from there again

This shop isnt a scam it is a legit website however couple of things to note:

They are based in China and send from there
The typical delivery is between 3-4 weeks
Communication is non existant
The products MAY be fake/counterfeit. I brought a cube which was the same brand as some I got from kewbzUK. Some of the stickers fell off as soon as I opened the box. The overall build seemed not as good as the ones from KewbzUK.

In short only get from here if you cant find what you are looking for at Kewbz which is an awesome site. Also consider AliExpress. I got some stuff from there. Theyre also from china but if you wait a couple weeks can save alot of money.

To summarise, not a bad site but only worth if if you cant find anywhere else.

Everything about this says scam. But it is NOT A SCAM. Terrible customer service, no tracking number and no response to three follow up emails. But item arrived (little delayed due to Christmas). This shop is cheap and my order was fine, but I wouldn’t like to have to deal with an incorrect order...

This company pretends to be in the UK yet is is in China. So when there was a problem with an item I purchased, even though Paypal offered a full refund, I had to return the item to China so it wasn't worth it. The Company did not want to help at all and were rude.

No, this isn't a complete scam. It may have been misleading but they have confronted about being sent from China. They now use a different parcel company now, and they come in a week and a half delivery time if you are in the uk. The cube I ordered was a Moyu WR M 2020, and is in fantastic condition. They even sent me a gift of a 2by 3 shaped in a Christmas tree!

I was really worried after paying for these cubes from PayPal only to discover the money went to China. Then I read the other reviews on here and then realised I had, had no communication. I was just about to contact PayPal when they suddenly arrived though the post, boxes a little creased but otherwise fine. The order took 11 days to arrive so I'm not sure if I was just lucky or if they've speeded up their delivery. I do wish they improved their communication through...an email to say the order has been dispatched would put peoples minds at rest.

Cubes arrived at my UK address 11 days after ordering. I never received a tracking number. But I'm quite happy with the service.

Scam site. Spent £50. No confirmation, no response to emails at all. No sign of the cube arriving, and money taken by one Bihua Chen via PayPal. I'll be raising a dispute with PayPal to try and get the money back.

i'll try to be as much explicit as I can.
I order five cubes from this very seller. I first was afraid cause my payment was send to a chinese paypal account. Plus, at first, I didn't received any confirmation of my order (was is spam of the mailbox).
I asked for a tracking number of my order and they gave it to me after like one week.
I received my order after exactly two weeks but on item was missing.
I simply told them and explained one item was missing, they sent in the day and i got it 2 weeks later.
Really good thing.

Bad Experience. I have ordered 5 different cubes and the amount was deducted from my bank account. But only 4 delivered and missing one item. I have sent an email with the order id ad it’s been 2 weeks no acknowledgement or response from speed cube store . My son is really disappointed ☹️ as he didn’t receive his Megaminx.

YES, it is not a UK company at all.
YES, the cubes are cheaper than most other websites, but it is not a scam (for me anyway)
I have ordered puzzles twice from this website, first time, I ordered 4 puzzles which add up to £30, it was suspicious since it said on PayPal that I paid to a Chinese company. However, it came within 2 weeks (United Kingdom) as they said and the second time, I bought 2 puzzles which add up to £10, it also came in 10 days I believe. Overall, scary experience but it works for me.

It's not a scam site. I bought some cubes thinking it was a UK site and only after ordering found out they were coming from China. They are great official cubes but they took 4 months to arrive. The seller responded to all emails very promptly but even with the COVID-19 pandemic, 4 months is a very long time to wait and I gave up waiting and ordered elsewhere. The site is misleading being a .co.uk. with nothing suggesting items are coming from China. There are UK based sites that offer the same cubes at very similar prices, many cheaper, so I don't see the benefit in using this site for future orders.

i have nothing good to say about this company im like 90% sure their cubes are fake when i did buy from them it took nearly 4 months to come and if you look it says .co.uk but the whole company is based in china.
i feel like i just got lucky that i actually got my order but i dont think they were real because it was a cube that everyone has good things to say about but i had to use a decent amount of force to turn it and the plastic felt cheap. if you are from the uk i recommend using kewbzuk. its legit and the people there are really nice if you have a problem just ask them on something like instagram and they will message you back on the same day with all the info you need. saying this is probably going to make everyone think i work there but i dont i just love the company XD

Cheap cubes that are obviously copies. I did panic that they weren’t going to arrive. The store is based in China, not the uk. Took a bit longer to arrive than expected.

I ordered a couple of cubes in April for my Daughter's birthday in May. It wasn't until after ordering that I got an email to say the items had been dispatched from China.

I don't remember the site stating this and it is deceptive to use 'UK' branding throughout the site when the items are shipped from China.

Absolutely no communication from the seller either. Did not respond to email queries (the website also shows different email addresses to what was shown in the PayPal receipt too).

The cubes turned up today. They are genuine, but took three months to arrive. Only one of the cubes I received was actually what I had ordered though. I received a regular GTS2M when I had ordered the stickerless version.

The prices on this site look attractive for the high end cubes but only if you're willing to wait for them to turn up.

I ended up ordering my Daughter's cubes from Kewbz (actual UK website), got quick delivery and excellent service too.

Yes, it's chinese.
Ordered a YJ megaminx (note: YJ is chinese, and so are almost all good
puzzles ;) ), didn't receive a tracking number so I wrote them an email to provide it. And they did. It shipped from china, but why would it ship from anywhere else? These puzzles ARE MADE IN CHINA. I got the package in 20 days (to Hungary). Genuine puzzle, good price.
From my experience IT'S NOT A SCAM, IT'S GOOD.

It is a store based in China. We have used it in the past and the order took about 3 weeks. This time, we ordered items at the beginning of April - we expected it to take a while due to COVID but after receiving notification that it was on its way at the end of April, we were hopeful. By the end of May, there was no update on the tracking here in UK or in China. I emailed the company and no response. I contacted them via Paypal as I paid using Paypal. They did respond but kept trying to fob me off. Eventually I had enough and escalated the case with Paypal who weren't any better tbh. Nearly 3 months later, the items arrived in the UK and within 2 days was delivered (thanks Royal Mail!) - unfortunately, we only received a 10ml bottle of lube rather than the 100ml we ordered which was GBP10 more expensive so we're still out of pocket.

First thing Speedcubestore is NOT REAL. They originate from china too! Dont use the website! Instead use speedcubeshop (the real one) it sels great cubes and ships world wide.

.co.uk URL but from China, 7 weeks and still no cube. Vendor not interested. Bought from Kewbz insted who where brilliant
