You order an item which is on stock and more than 2 weeks after that it's still in stock but you have no updates on your order.
You contact them by email or their Facebook page and you get no response at all.
Stay away and even if it's the cheapest one, avoid it.
By the way, they use UK domain and post things regarding UK shipping but it's fake. Everything is based in China. Be aware

I have ordered 4 cubes from this store and each cube has arrived well packaged and in working order.

I've read a lot of these reviews and there is a lot of negative comments.

My experience has been great, yes the delivery is a bit slower but the company is based in China.

I have had tracking information sent to me with each confirmation email to say the cube is on its way.

I had to get in touch with their customer service as my last cube was taking a bit longer and they did in fact email me back, And my 10x10 arrived today.

I. Would recommend this store, the cubes are great and they are cheaper which is nice to save a few £££.

As otherwhere noted, this is a Chinese business that ships from mainland China despite the name. My order shipped in about three days and arrived a further week and a half later, was exactly what I paid for (356M GES and bottle of GAN standard lube) and arrived in perfect condition and the only problem with the delivery was after it entered the country and was handed off to the Royal Mail. On top of that, shipping is free and the product prices are great so I'd have no qualms about ordering again as long as I wasn't in a hurry. Can't speak for their after sales service as I've had no need of it. Is that a recommendation? Yh, I think it is.

After I made my order I read the trustpilot reviews and got skeptical, but still continued.

I ordered a GAN 356M on 28th February 2022 and recieved it today, 15 Match 2022 so order took 15 days from purchase to arrive.
I didn't know they were shipping from China, makes sense why prices are cheaper than domestic stores.
The cube came in perfect conditions, no issues, packaging was perfectly intact and overall good experience. They also threw in a free cube stand!
On their site they give you their email if you want your tracking number which I asked for and got the next day which I used to track my order from dispatch to delivery. 10/10 experience, for more expensive cubes I will use this store.

I've ordered from this website twice, the first time was a cheap 5 pound or so cube and my more recent order was around 25 pounds (an mscube and some cube bags). My order came in about 2 weeks (which I thought was very good considering this company is based in China) and it was exactly what I ordered. I was given a tracking number and could see where my parcel was throughout its journey. My order was roughly 10 pounds cheaper than ordering from everywhere else as well so no complaints!

Das Wichtigste vorweg... ich habe die bestellten Würfel erhalten.
Folgendes hatte ich für meine Tochter bestellt: MoYu WeiLong WRM 2021 Maglev, YJ YuLong 3X3 V2 M und QiYi MS 3X3 Magnetic. Ich bin auf der Suche im Netz zufällig auf die Seite von speedcubestore.co.uk gestoßen und fand die angeführten Preise vergleichsweise günstig. Die Homepage machte auf mich einen vertrauenswürdigen Eindruck und ohne lange zu überlegen habe ich dann auch meine Bestellung aufgegeben. Und ja, auch ich habe erst dann festgestellt, dass es sich scheinbar nicht um ein Unternehmen aus dem vereinigten Königreich sondern aus China handelt. Und ja, auch ich habe dann recherchiert und war erstmal von den vielen schlechten Rezensionen überrascht und war natürlich besorgt, ob ich die Würfel für meine Tochter bekommen würde. Ich hatte die ca. €30 gedanklich schon mal angeschrieben. Da ich dann aber per Mail eine Tracking Nummer verlangte und diese auch 2 Tage später erhalten habe war ich erstmal beruhigt und dachte mir ich warte einfach mal ab. Und tatsächlich konnte ich die Lieferung verfolgen und es hat sich auch im Abstand einiger Tage immer wieder was getan. Die Würfel wurden am 16.02. bestellt und sind heute am 07.03. gut verpackt in Luftpolsterfolie angekommen. Aufgrund der Verpackung der Würfel mit dem beiliegenden Zubehör und meiner Recherche im Internet traue ich mich behaupten, dass es sich um originale Ware der bekannten Hersteller handelt. Meiner Tochter gefallen die Würfel auf jeden Fall sehr. Die beiden günstigeren um ca. €5 das Stück beurteilte sie als gut, den teureren um ca. €20 als sehr gut. Alles in allem hat sich die Wartezeit gelohnt und ich kann mich den schlechten Rezensionen (zum Glück) nicht anschließen und habe eine gute Erfahrung mit dem Shop gemacht. Für die Leute, die keine Antwort auf Mails oder gar ihre Ware nicht erhalten haben tut es mir natürlich leid und ich möchte dies auch nicht in Frage stellen.

At first, after reading the reviews from this store, I got scared from purchasing from here. But I took the risk. The cube came in perfect condition as well. I think this is a good site to shop from even though it doesn't always give you your cube.

I will not use this poor service again!
Sadly the whole business model is based on hoping you buy something and then when it turns up wrong, damaged ect. They won’t reply to you unless you involve PayPal and then return costs you more than you paid for the “discounted” item so they keep your money and you keep what ever they sent you. YES, my cube arrived as it should in one order(extremely late I must add) but if there are any issues with the order or product, they will not reply to any contact methods. They claim to be uk based but they clearly aren’t. I’ve had 2 terrible experiences including one delivery witch was destroyed in transit, left a review on here and it got “flagged” lol! However they won’t claim responsibility for this review site? I’m sure they read them, like any company, sadly they know what sort of service they provide and just shy away from trustpilot and have the cheek to put a screenshot of one of the rare positive trustpilot review on their website!

Impossible to contact, any issues with the order or delivery they refuse to reply to any contact methods provided. Even posting on their complaints page got ignored… no answer even after a month, anything to do with me requesting a refund for a product that was destroyed in transit? If you need a refund PayPal can only suggest to pay to send it back to speedcubestore in China? And sites like trustpilot taking down genuine reviews warning others of their experience is one of the only things keeping this shady company in business!

Bought a timer from them which stopped working after a few days. No reply to emails, ended up getting PayPal involved who insisted I send it back to China, despite them saying you could return to a European address. This would have cost almost as much as the timer! Very, very poor after sales service, will not be using again.

For me this was not a scam. I bought an item and I got exactly what I wanted shipped to the Netherlands. I read lots of bad reviews but just wait and the items will arrive!

It came 1 day late but that is fine for the cube I got. Great cube, decent service but when I did receive it, it did have a couple of scratches on the white center.

I bought a 4×4 from here for 25€ and the shipping was fine but when I did a couple turns with the cube it immediately crumbled in my hands.

Sent wrong cube (cheaper version). Did not respond to several emails. Had to get PayPal involved, then suddenly they responded.

Their return address policy is a lie, they say that they will supply a European address, but after backing and forthing they provided a Chinese address (written in Chinese): Bihua Chen, Datang Plaza, No. 83 Shengli North Street, Chengxiang District, He Cong, 135 5939 2265 Putian, Fujian 351100 CN.

Paypal refused to tell them to supply an EU address despite their return policy guaranteeing an EU based return address.

Stick to Amazon or kewbz.co.uk, customer is treated much better all round.

I received part of my order only, there is one item that has not been dispatched although I paid for it. I notified the company to check if it would be dispatched later but I never received any replies to my multiple mails, complaints on website etc. I have been trying for weeks. Very unhappy as I paid for an item and I am starting to think that I will never receive it! I will never order from this company again!

OK. My original comment was a bit harsh as I had convinced myself it was a scam.
The order took a month to arrive and the packaging was fairly mangled. My biggest gripe was no response to my mails or my comments on the website.
All in all a bad experience with a happy ending. Not sure how authentic the puzzles are as I have nothing to compare to but they seem fine. (Megaminx YuHu V2 & Dayan V2)
In my experience, they're all made in China anyway so, why would someone knock off something cheap anyway. Long waits and no communication people. But package arrived

Great experience with my order from speed cubes store. After reading. Lot of review on trustpilot and seeing some negative reviews, I can only guess that people who have been leaving negative reviews haven't researched before hand. I ordered my cube roughly 10 days ago and arrived home to find it has been delivered today (19th Jan). Not bad seen as it was shipped from China . I would happily buy again if I was an avid speed cuber.

Ordered a cube on the 3th of Jan 2022, now is 18th of Jan 22. I have not received the cube, received NO answers to my e-mails and no tracking number. This site is pretending to be a UK site (due to .co.uk web address). I think I lost my money. I would use AliExpress instead. NEVER AGAIN.

Ordered a Gan 12 Maglev UV from here. Arrived after 15 days, as per the shipping policy on the website. If you take out the 4 days where Royal Mail weren't working over Christmas, it was 11 days.

I've seen many negative reviews from people on here who, quite simply, don't read the shipping policy etc, before they order. What people don't seem to realise is that this company, based in China, is perfectly entitled to use a .co.uk domain name, as they are UK VAT registered. This ensures that your purchase will make it safely through customs from China. They are also entitled to ship with Royal Mail tracked 48, as this is the service used, once it goes through UK Customs control.

I have marked them down a star because of the lack of communication. Once you place an order, it will sit in 'processing' status for the entire duration of your order. You will not receive a despatch notification or a tracking number in most cases. It's a case of employing trust and patience, waiting for the order to arrive within the parameters stated on the website. Were the communication to improve, I would be happy to give them 5 stars.

All in all, I'm happy with this website. If you know in advance what your expectations should be, your experience will be all the better, and there won't be any need to write angry reviews that say "Scammers", purely because you either don't read the policies properly or don't know the reasoning behind slow shipments, because companies are shipping direct from China. Hopefully, this review will help to explain a lot of the frustrations expressed on this site. This ain't Amazon Prime, people!!
