Everything went smoothly and pleasantly. It took a little time, but in the end - all the problems were solved. Overall - very good service and pleasant communication. I will recommend!!
The worst experience I’ve ever had.
I had a serious accident in November 2025. I rang who I thought my my insurance, but as it turned out the number for Admiral took me through to a 3rd party unknown to me, and spectra appeared.
I mentioned admiral several times on my initial phone calls and not once did they deny they were anything to do with admiral, until about 2 weeks later when I found out what had happened and questioned them on the phone. To which, one of their many employees who sound about 15 years old, uninterested and rude said to me ‘well yeah, we aren’t with admiral, and we would have defo told you that’ not understanding my concern and blaming it on me.
A few weeks on told me that the fault insurance was disputing having to pay for my hire car, and that I may have to cover some of the (£350 a day) costs. So I rushed to sort myself a new car, but giving I had to wait for my settlement I had to get family money to do this, and gave the hire car back.
This week I’ve now been told that giving the hire car back will delay my claim even further.
Whenever I ask for an update I barely get a response for over 4 days unless I continuously email or call, and overall they’ve made an already terrible situation even worse and I’d never deal with them again
Also- STILL NOT SORTED 2 MONTHS ON AND TOLD IT COULD TAKE YEARS
Poor communication which was is not very good never replied to any off my emails
Never had to make a claim before however i Rang up in the morning By the time i got home from work that same day a very nice car was already on my driveway for me to use . ( keys left with partner ) Communication was very good and I was happy with the price i got for my old car which was written off . Can't fault the service
We not happy what you guys did with us you take higher color of us before Christmas carposed to be pickup Before Christmas is still on as driveway blocking us away. Nobody came to pick up the car who normally is take higher car of the people through the Christmas I'm not happy about this guys. You know did well job you like us now we got which you with everything you didn't help us 100%
From day one Spectra Drive were knowledgable and arranged pick up of car, co-ordinated the insurance claim and hire car.
Fought our corner and dealt with the headache of claiming the right market value of our car.
Very pleaseant on the phone and kept us up-to-date.

Genuinely the most despicable company I have ever dealt with. They lied to me multiple times, manipulated me & threatened to call the police on me, after I had chased them for a resolution. The first hire car had a punctured tyre as did the second. Appalling customer service & I’ve heard so many horror story’s since talking with friends/family with spectra.

When you are lost and shocked right after accident, their quick response including a tow truck is what you need. You don’t have to wait hours on the road.
Liam and Mathrew have been so understanding and I do appreciate that manner so much.
Spectra has been efficient and very organised from the minute I called them which is extremely helpful when youve had an accident and lost your car. Throughout the process they kept me informed and provided me with excellent service with the hire car. Would recommend them !
Quick recovery of damaged car, given hire car delivery of hire car by a lovely polite couple, non Fault accident, took 11 nearly 12 weeks to sort from other insurance company being difficult, delt mostly with James Griffiths who is an absolute credit to this company he was very reassuring dealing with my issues and my over thinking , always answered all my calls and questions efficiently, thanks James, James fought my corner when the other insurance company wanted to give me less money getting me full value.
Good customer service, kept me up to date the whole way through the process.
Absolutely diabolical, this so called company is completely irresponsible, my car was a right off, they collected,they gave to salvage department,they sold it on, we got parking fines and ended up with a CCJ because they didn't do there job correctly, I'm currently waiting for Tom to get back to me the so called boss after ringing 3 times 23/9/2025 and sending 6 emails, spoke to them Friday and apparently they were going to resolve this issue and get back to me today, scammers and scum , absolutely horrendous people with no morals or manners 🤬

Turns up 7pm Saturday evening drove down the road today lost all power twice once on roundabout then again on the motorway
Very bad there is no 24 hour help line

I was impressed by the quick delivery of a courtesy car, the staff were very approachable, supportive and helpful.they did a great job from the start.James Griffith and Becki Watson were very informative keeping me updated along the process.The claim was sorted efficiently. Well done spectra drive team for the excellent service.
Spectra have been absolutely Fantastic in regards helping me with providing me with a cover car and chasing the claim. Very effective, fast and reliable. All staff like Lucy and John were so friendly throughout this experience. Thankyou so much.
We were in a non fault accident and were put through to spectre drive who got us a hire car the same day we spoke to them, dealt with all the claim and Liam james and especially chenise were fantastic and very helpful with dealing with our claim and sorting everything out for us
