I called spectra by mistake through Google search , I thought I'd called my own insurance Hastings. 3 days later I called my own insurance to query my claim to be told I hadn't logged a report 😲🫢🫢, any how after dreading my mistake , I can honestly say spectra have been amazing through every single step of my claim , courtesy car delivered next morning , got me £ 2000 more than I was expecting from my own insurance , I honestly couldn't fault them , I don't ever wish to be in an accident again but I wouldn't hesitate to use spectra again if the situation arose . Fantastic service , efficient , put you at ease from start to finish thankyou to James and Neil who have been amazing and made my process a walk in the park . Even allow extra time with courtesy vehicle no charge , my claim was a non fault of my own . Amazing service . Thankyou I'm a very happy customer
Honestly one of the worst companies to deal with, definately will not be using again if I get in a situation like this again. Kept on making statements that they can't stand on as a company, and when they recieved payment from the at fault insurer (from write off), keeps on making excuses why payment to myself not able to be made, or being delayed. Claiming to send emails requesting documents that were never received, claiming not to have received documents that have not been sent...they have had my money for over a week now and still not been paid, will be pursuing legal action if not received soon. Only thing they did well is get a good price for my car and get me into a hire car quite quickly but everything else has been a nightmare after that.
Superb action when my car was taken for repair. Quality hire car supplied within 5 hrs of my reporting an accident. James Griffiths was excellent all through my claim, giving advice and pushing through my payment as I had bought a new car on expectation of my payout. Big thank you to all at Spectra.

Spectra drive were great with the hire car I received one within 24hrs after an accident that wasn’t my fault. The car is perfect for my needs with my two children and in great condition, clean and tidy. My car ended up being written off and from that decision the process took forever. They were requesting documents and evidence from me which I gave them, but then they would ask me for them again and again. Eventhough, I had already sent the previously, but they obviously couldn’t find in their emails. I called regularly for updates because I felt like it wasn’t moving forward and each time I was just told to send over docs they already had. Finally, I called again for an update and somebody called James Griffiths picked the phone up. He was absolutely amazing. He sorted it all out straight away for me and gave me lots of reassurance about the next steps. He made sure everything he needed was on file and he did the final step so I could receive payment for my broken car. I later found out that some of their emails are automatically generated so if you need something, I would definitely call them rather than email.
Having never been involved in a serious crash before having spectra to guide me through all the process was invaluable.i had a courtesy car delivered within a couple of days and my car taken away to be assessed, eventually the engineer declared it a total write off . spectra took control of everything and secured the at fault companies insurance pay out very quickly and enabled me to settle with my hire company on a total loss basis and answered any of my doubts or queries efficiently and professionally.

James dealt with most of my enquiries. He was upbeat and came over as positive and reassuring. He answered all my queries and concerns and cleared up any issues which concerned me, no matter how small they were.
When James wasn't there, the other staff were very helpful. again answering any questions I had. Every one was efficient and had good knowledge of how the system worked

Terrible experience with Spectra Drive. They kept my car for 11 months just to repair a bumper from an accident that wasn’t my fault. During that time, they refused to give me any updates and kept sending rental agreements even though I had no car. I finally had to threaten to call the police before they returned it. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable. Avoid at all costs

The initial response of spectra was so fast and took all worries off of my mind. They were easy to contact and never pressured me with time, making me feel like my worries, concerns, and confusions were valid and they were happy to help, a particular thank you to Kieran who was extremely reassuring and friendly. The whole process took just under a month with the recovery of my car and supply of a hire car all happening on the same day. They were transparent throughout. The communication became less efficient once they received the money from the third-party insurer, and I had to chase to receive this, while also having no idea how much of the initial quoted figure they could recover. But the staff on the phone remain helpful and friendly. Thank you.
Spectra Drive have been a great help following my RTA. They provided me with a great hire car, have been in constant touch with me and Kieran and Becki are only a phone call away. I would recommend them to anyone without hesitation.
I was unfortunately involved in accident recently where my car was written off. This being my first and hopefully only accident I didn't know what to expect but spectre drive have been excellent through the whole process, keeping me up to date with what's going on and guiding me through my claim. I had the accident at 12.15 on the 9th February and I had a courtesy car dropped off at my home at 16.30 the very same day. I can't fault there service so far and would highly recommend them. Special thanks goes to Becki Watson who was in constant communication with me keeping me updated on the status of the claim
