I have given them a lower rating because of their occasional offers of a free test, which tries to force a payment. Their Driver product is not much use - it suggests updates that are quite unnecessary for my PC.
It is frustrating that my ONE DRIVE/ cloud is disabled each scan, even though I click on "ignore"
The PC Cleaner does a good job.
{It is annoying that competitor MalwareBytes that I also have loaded is always trying to take SparkTrust out /off my PC; you'd hope the two companies would speak to each other}

Thank you so much for reviewing your recent SparkTrust PC Cleaner renewal. I would like to take this opportunity to address each of your concerns.
In regards to the offers you refer to, the instructions I give you should address each as we are unsure on whether you are referring to the Product News feature, or whether you've installed the free scan version of any of our other software. Please be assured, none of our programs self extract.
If you wish to disable the Product News feature, please open SparkTrust PC Cleaner Plus, click on the Settings tab found in the top right hand corner of the programs main window. Once on that page, click on General Settings. On this page, you can customize how your software will run. Here you can click to remove the check-mark for the 'Show Product News when application starts'.
If you've installed any of our other programs and feel you do not require it, simply uninstall it from your computer.
Before uninstalling, you must fully shut down the program you are removing. If the program is running in the background, right-click the system tray icon in the lower right corner, and select Exit.
Please follow these steps to uninstall a program:
1.Hold down the *Windows flag button* on your keyboard, and at the same time tap the R key.
2. Type or copy/paste in the blank field: appwiz.cpl
3. Then press Enter
4. Right click on the program and click on Uninstall.
In regards to MalwareBytes, we are currently experiencing a false positive detection by MalwareBytes and are working with the developers of MalwareBytes to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
To resolve this issue, I will send very specific steps to you in order to ensure both programs work well together. This will come from our Support Center as it will carry your license key information. Please do keep in eye on your junk or spam folder if you do not see this email in your in box by end of day today.

In reviewing your account details you have not purchased SparkTrust Driver Updater. What you have recently purchased is a renewal of your SparkTrust PC Cleaner Plus.
Please keep in mind, these are two completely separate programs requiring individual purchases should you require both.
If you have installed SparkTrust Driver Updater, this program is designed to update drivers. If your current computer is working well, and all hardware is fully functional, you do not need to update your drivers. Also, depending on your systems Operating System, you may not require it. If you have a newer computer, you may already have the feature to update drivers within your Windows Updates. Please look into this, and if that is the case, you can simply uninstall SparkTrust Driver Updater.
Also, just to clarify, SparkTrust PC Cleaner Plus, which is the program you currently subscribe to, this program does not carry a driver updating feature. This program is designed to help optimize your system.

I would like to take this time to address your concerns, as it appears you may be confusing your recently renewal of SparkTrust PC Cleaner Plus for another program.
In your feedback you refer to updates to drivers and something is requesting additional payment. SparkTrust does carry another program called SparkTrust Driver Updater, this program is designed to update drivers, however is a completely different program from what you currently subscribe to. If this is what you are referring to, yes, each of our programs carries an individual cost. However, if your current computer is working well, and all hardware is fully functional, you do not need to update your drivers.
If this is the case, simply uninstall any programs you have that are mentioning driver updates, and you should be fine.
Also, just to clarify, SparkTrust PC Cleaner Plus, which is the program you currently subscribe to, this program does not carry a driver updating feature. This program is designed to help optimize your system.

I renewed my licence on 12 August
I renewed my licence on 12 August, well within the reminder. Order ID SPTS-G1208171717-17FUG. My Credit card has been debited with £28.80.
Since then I have received several emails telling me that my licence was about to expire. I have not had any sensible reply from Sparktrust except to say that I had been sent some sort of reminder but had not been charged again. The system has now failed because it is said that the licence has expired. I am totally disgusted with Sparktrust particularly as I have not had any relevant replies to my emails. I am about to put the charge in dispute with my credit card company.

I would like to take this time to address each of your concerns. I can confirm that you did in deed purchase a renewal for your SparkTrust PC Cleaner Plus subscription, this program should be working well for you. In regards to the emails you are receiving, without seeing them I can only guess, they may be associated to other programs that you've had subscriptions for. I do see you've had SparkTrust Privacy Cleaner as well as SparkTrust Driver Updater. As each of these programs are completely different, you would receive renewal reminders for each one. These may be the programs that you are receiving renewal email reminders for. I would be more than happy to look further into this matter for you.
In regards to contacting our support team, I searched our Support Centre using the email address associated to your account, and have found no such contact from that email address. May I ask whether you used a different email address to reach out to us?
Please also be assured, we do carry a 30 day refund policy on any renewal. If we are unable to resolve the issues you are concerned about, we will certainly honour that. Please do let me know how you wish to proceed, I will be happy to assist any way I can.
