The program speaks for itself
The program speaks for itself. I haven't had any problems with the program, it takes care of all the important files for the computer to run cleanly. I ran HP tune-up before I ran Spark Trust. I then ran Spark Trust and it caught files that the HP tune-up didn't catch.

To begin, there is no need of a password when using your SparkTrust PC Cleaner Plus software. I am unsure as to what you are referring to. May I ask if you mean the software is asking for your license key?
Also, when searching our Support Inquiry database, using your account details, we were unable to locate any contact from you.
What I would like to do for you today, is send you an email from our Support Centre, and include steps to ensure your software is fully functional. I will also include questions you may reply with answers to should you require further support. Please check your junk or spam folder, at times our emails do get filtered there.

I would be more than happy to provide you with steps on how to maintain your login information.
Deleting saved passwords and login information is intended to increase the safety and security of your information. However, it is not a critical security step and generally can be disabled safely.
To disable this feature of your software and preserve login data in future scans, please follow the steps below.
1. Click the Settings button on the main screen.
2. Click the Privacy Settings button.
3. In the Internet Browsing History section, click on the Internet Browser that you use.
4. Remove the check box next to Cookies, and ensure that the box next to Saved Passwords is also unchecked.
Depending on the level of security you want, you can also deselect "History (visited sites)", and "Auto-Complete form data".

I have searched our client database, with the two different email addresses associated to your account, unfortunately, we have located no emails from either one. I would like to contact you, and will be sending an email to the two different emails, as we are unsure how best to reach you.
Please ensure you are checking your junk or spam folder, as our emails can be filtered here.
In the meantime, if your software is still asking you to renew, please restart your computer. Open SparkTrust PC Cleaner Plus, click on *About*. You should see the correct subscription end date.
If not, please take note of your license key, click on Unlicense, then OK to accept the refreshing of the key.
Once the field is empty, re-enter your key and click OK to confirm. The key should now be up to date.

When I bought a new lap top last year
When I bought a new lap top last year I requested if my copy of the software could be transferred to the new lap top. I quickly received from Spark Trust a download link and the installation key so I could install the product from my remaining time. The software has also been updated automatically with no interruptions of service.
