Sparktrust application detects and quarantines a ton more malware and,issues than Norton and SpyHunter. It helps my PC to run faster after routine maintenance. When all else fails Spark trust is the most reliable anti-malware- application that I have experienced. I also use Spy Hunter with RegHunter. If Sparktrust had a RegHunter as effective that would be great improvement. I have used Malwarebites but it treats and blocks Spy Hunter and Sparktrust as malware. Norton is almost like a malware itself in that it does not seem to stay current with detecting new or some existong malware and some viruses, bugs. More often I need to search for a fix or tool on Norton to eradicate a malware, virus or bug. I have 3 computers: windows 7, 8 and 10 and Sparktrust handles all. Norton is phasing out Norton 360 and requires Norton Security for Windows 10 even though I had Norton 360 license for 3 computers. Generally speaking, Spartkrust providing a good service for a reasonable price and about as effective if not more than the other application described above in my opinion.

SparkTrust does carry many programs, one being SparkTrust Driver Updater, if this is what you are referring to, all our software is downloadable only by the end user.
If you have installed the trial version of any of our other programs, and should you feel you do not require it, you can simply uninstall the unwanted software. Please do keep in mind, all of our programs are usable at the end users discretion. None of our programs self extract.
Before uninstalling any program, you must fully shut down the program you are removing. If the program is running in the background, right-click the system tray icon in the lower right corner, and select Exit.
Please follow these steps to uninstall a program:
1. Hold down the Windows flag button on your keyboard, and tap the letter R
2. Type or copy/paste in appwiz.cpl and press Enter
3. Right click on the software in question and click on Uninstall

I found this company about 2 to 3 years …
I found this company about 2 to 3 years ago when my present computer crashed without warning and my Norton was useless .......but because I went looking thru the internet and by accident found their site and used their temporary form ....it helped me from purchasing another computer !!!!!! I am very satisfied with this company from all angles because it is very efficient and it knocks out any malicious viruses that hook up to your system...like a 1.....2 punch and it is gone !!!!!! I've been using Spark Trust for years now and I don't hesitate renewing my computer runs efficiently and it's getting old but I know Spark Trust is keeping it cleaned up and performing well. If not I know it would be crawling and in need of replacement!!!

I renewed my yearly contract with them
I renewed my yearly contract with them. I continually received notices that it had expired. So I renewed it again thinking it didn't go through. I still received notices that I needed to renew it. When I got my statement I was charged with both bills. I continue get notices that I haven't renewed.I am very disappointed in the way you handle your business.
