Horrendous experience and still waiting….
Well…. I wish I had taken more notice of the negative reviews as I could literally rewrite them as my review but I didn’t and hoped I would have a positive experience.
I ordered a brand new V15 (not an exchange) and the communication before purchase was great! I paid through PayPal (thank goodness) and awaited delivery. The anticipated delivery date passed and I messaged, messaged again, messaged again and started to become concerned so then turned to email and emailed again. I finally got a what seemed computer generated response saying it had been dispatched and they would chase with their logistics company. I then emailed and asked for the tracking information and they told me they would ask for it. Why they didn’t already have it I don’t know. Then the communication stopped. Out of the blue I then received a Dyson delivery with a completely different name on it and on opening it was a complelty different item inside. It was a cyclone body for an upright hoover - no brand new V15 as ordered. I tried to contact and nothing!! I have opened a PayPal dispute and am awaiting a conclusion as I’m currently £450 out of pocket with nothing to show for it. So please think very carefully before using this company. If you want to spend money, not receive your item, have very poor communication and then have a lengthy wait to hopefully get your money back then crack on but I think I would rather learn from this lesson and always buy from a reputable, bigger company (even if they are slightly more expensive) 😢
In response to your reply, you will find several emails to the email address you have given sat in your inbox that have not be replied to already!! Including communication from PayPal. Perhaps you should look at these before suggesting I contact your ‘team members’ 😡

Avoid!
Ordered a replacement part for my Dyson. Wrong part arrived so I contacted customer services who advised I return it. I am nearly 90 days following return of this item with no refund. Every time I email I get a response saying they’ve passed it onto the relevant department but I never get a resolution or my refund. I would not order again from this company as they’ve confirmed receipt of returned item but won’t give me a refund!

I placed my orders on the 11th Oct for…
I placed my orders on the 11th Oct for two V15 Dysons with the trade in offer. One for myself and 1 for a relative. It's now been a month and I haven't received anything from Spares hut. The last communication was the 31st October and it's now the 13th Nov. I have had no choice but to report it to PayPal and open up a case for a refund. Please be cautious, even though you may or may not end up with your part or hoover is waiting a month and going through the anguish really worth it. They have no customer service and have no idea where your orders are or what they're doing. I am a very patient person but this type of behavior will lose you customers.
The company has emailed me regarding the orders but again I have lost contact. I will wait for the refunds on PayPal as the orders were not fulfilled. They did offer to fulfil one of the orders when we have ordered 2 vacuums but I don't believe them.
If anything changes I will edit the review.
Review update I have received 1 vaccum so far still waiting for the second vacuum.
PayPal refunded me the money for the vacuums although it's still to credit my payment method so I will have to resend the money for the delivered vacuum.
Waiting for the company's response. Upgraded the stars to 2 from 1 for half the delivery.
Just wanted to update the review. I have been in touch with Spares hut today managed to get a discount and pay for the vacuum. I have been told I will get an update about the second exchange tomorrow but I am guessing maybe another week or two.
The first vacuum we have had delivered i.e V15 DYSON DETECT ABSOLUTE is so amazing and my cousin is over the moon. Absolutely perfect and brand new. I am upgrading the stars to 3 as I feel they have tried to work it out.
Will update about the 2nd vaccum once it arrives. I actually told them to hold off the second order after I had received the 1st order until after the holidays.
I am just updating my review as I have now received the second hoover. I had a DYSON V15 DETECT TOTAL CLEAN delivered today instead of the V15 DETECT ABSOLUTE but I am still happy with it. I don't know what the difference is but I think it's only a tiny difference between the two. Absolutely thrilled about it. So happy with Spares hut. Contacted them on 25th January 2024 for the 2nd hoover and I received it by 8th Feb 2024.
Thank you for giving me probably the best hoovers on the market at a discounted amount with the trade in deal. I am so happy. It was a long process but worth it.

4th time unlucky with spareshut
I have had 3 dealings with spareshut before and all have been positive. This time ordered a Dyson clip in battery and waited 7 weeks. Sent 4 emails asking about it's whereabouts and even gave a further week, a week ago for spareshut to come good on my order.
I opened a dispute with PayPal this afternoon and they awarded me an instant refund.
Pay by PayPal and you have money back protection if it turns bad as it has this time for me.
I have emailed spareshut 5 times since they replied to this review asking me to contact them ASAP.
They have ignored me completely.
Don't buy from this seller unless you are prepared to wait at least 8 weeks for products which may or not be delivered.
If nothing else please make sure to pay via PayPal and your money is guaranteed and protected incase your purchase doesn't arrive.

Whether this is a scam site or just incompetence, they didn't send me my purchase. I strongly suggest you don't fall for their cheap prices and buy anything.
After waiting nearly two weeks for dispatch and still not receiving anything, I emailed the company. A few days later the reply said not to worry and my order was on its way. I waited another week and nothing. No dispatch email, no tracking number and of course no product.
Luckily, I had paid by PayPal who honoured their payment guarantee and refunded the money when told about the problem. Have to say well done to PayPal in this instance.
I personally feel this company is run by someone who has taken on more than they can manage. You can check companies house for info on their only director who is still quite young and maybe not got the hang of running a business yet.
In summary - stay away from this company. Save yourself the hassle.

Scam site??.Never received Dyson vacuum. Company doesn't respond. After reading some reviews I expected a delay but not 3 weeks!!!. It seems some of the positive reviews that state they have received items are also scammers and full of lies. Be very careful, I wouldn't touch them knowing what I know now. UPDATE - Dennis, until I get my item, it's still classed to me as a scam and find it hard to believe people are actually receiving items ( prove me wrong ). What happens if the delivery company turns up and you aren't in?? How do you give them the old Vac? Well dodgy if you ask me. Why deal with a company that won't even reply to emails.Not worth the stress imho.
UPDATE - A standard reply from them below. Have emailed on numerous occasions but never receive replies back. Let's try one last time 😀. UPDATE - As thought, sent email as per below request from them, no replies whatsoever. PayPal claim now in for money back. Hope I get interest on top of the money they have held for nearly 4 weeks !!!! 😀 SCAM!!!.
UPDATE - Received full paypal refund. If you want to take that gamble, make sure you are covered with credit card or paypal.

Scam, bought an Nvidia shield weeks ago, was supposed to be delivered between 24th and 30th October. No dispatch, no tracking number, no responses. Contacted the company several times, the silence is deafening and now the website doesn't even work. Definitely a scam. Beware.

New Dyson V15 delivery at a fraction of RRP
Super happy with Dyson V15 deliver as exchange of old one, at an absolutely amazing price (neither the exchange programme now anything less then 2x the price offered found elsewhere AND they gave me a £20 voucher for the delay).
Did read all reviews before - and was half convinced all a scam, especially once delivery date passed and i started receiving noncommittal generic emails from customer services which seemed to just smell fake. Yet - two weeks after long stop estimated delivery date - it miraculously appeared on my doorstep (incidentally without any warning from spareshut).
From my own experience, and many others here - sparehut is clearly a price leader, and by a big margin; why on earth do they set unrealistic delivery dates when just stating 2x longer would still get the sale done (i saved c £500 on mine!) and ensure a delighted customer and none of the angry emails..

I ordered a Dyson Hoover head 2 months ago. It never turned up. I contacted them multiple times to be advised its on its way and the case has been escalated. Multiple apologies but nothing ever came from them.
Asked for refund which never turned up either. I would not recommend buying from this company.

Still no Thermostat!
I ordered a Nest Thermostat on 19 October and got an email saying it shipped on 24 October with estimated delivery by the 27th but it is nowhere in sight! I have tried calling the phone number on the website which immediately disconnects, I have tried the chat feature on their website with no response and I have sent multiple emails in the past few days too with no response (their website says they'll get back to you by the next business day). The website states you'll be provided with a tracking number but this isn't true. I wish I'd come here first to read reviews and hope like others this is just a matter of waiting a few more days. Regardless the service is terrible so far. I'm hoping a bad review gets a response out of Spares Hut!
Update: The order never arrived and I had to make a claim through PayPal which the seller never responded to. Luckily PayPal refunded me. It’s hilarious that they responded to my review on here saying to email them. I emailed you plenty of times and got no response! And now they have requested more details about my order (9 March). Also a complete joke. Definitely avoid this company.

Please be very careful when using this company. Our order is now 4 weeks late and we have received only part of a hoover rather than a fully working device. The company has gone very quiet in responding to us and are not responding to PayPal either 😬

Out with the old in with the new
Hi. We purchased a Dyson V15 Absolute from Spares Hut through the exchange system for our old Dyson V8. I like others was a bit sceptical and a it's a to good to be true approach, but having read the reviews some good some bad we decided to go ahead. I can only say that I'm glad we did as on the 31st October a brand new Dyson V15 Absolute turned up and the exchange took place via DPD.
The new vac is like night and day to the old vac, the difference in power and technology is brilliant.
One slight grumble is the amount of time between replying to our emails / live chats, but all in all a fantastic price for the new vac and patience is a virtue.
I will have no hesitation in ordering other items from Spares Hut.
Update 9/11/23
For all the nay sayers out there , I have attached the photo of the actual Dyson V15 ABSOLUTE that we purchased on the exchange program at a brilliant price. Whilst Spares Hut are lacking in some departments i:e communication etc its unfair to call them scammers. The vacuum is absolutely brand new and was delivered by DPD who took the old V8 away. I don't take kindly to being accused of telling lies about my review, if a bad review is required I will say so and a good review if the product supplied is top notch.

Slightly messy but brilliant
My order was a bit of a mess as it seems the order got lost somehow, but it is fine this happens sometimes. Support was great after opening an investigation and giving me 2 options on Thursday evening for a replacement or a full refund. I opted for the replacement and the order was sent Friday morning at 9:15am, which was brilliant. I received the item today and I am really happy now!!
Absolute bargain and will be recommending SparesHut and happy to purchase again from here!

Unreliable Company - Possible Scammers
Terrible. Paid £72 for a hoover head, should have been delivered on 23rd.. no update, no response, Cancel button not working. No idea what I need to do. I'm going to have to try recover the money from Paypal.

SparesHut Have Woken Up, But Still No Refund!!!
SparesHut have finally acknowledged my previous reviews, seemingly worried about ‘tarnishing’ their reputation. Banning me from further purchases on their website is hardly a concern given their appalling customer service and mistruths.
I can categorically confirm no refund has ever been issued by SparesHut despite the returned items being confirmed as being delivered by Royal Mail. I doubt this will ever be received and I’d warn all potential consumers to beware when dealing with this outfit (just read the other reviews out there!)
What type of retailer doesn’t even let you speak to a customer services advisor to resolve these types of issue?!

I generally like to leave positive reviews, unfortunately on this occasion I can't. Order a Dyson hoover head on the 11th of this month. I was given a delivery date of the 15th to the 18th which was no problem.The date came and went, I gave it a couple of days knowing what the post can be like before trying to make contact. Sent emails, no replys. Emailed through pay Pal, no reply.had to escalate with PayPal and as I write this PayPal have also received no communication so far. We are 11 days in currently and paypal will make their decision on the 30th so 19 days in total of my money being in this businesses account and no item and not one reply. That's my experience with spares hut so maybe just order direct from Dyson and pay the extra £15 which is what I will be doing in the future.
*Update My order eventually arrived on the 25th 2 weeks from ordering. I have closed the PayPal case, however the review stands as no contact was made with me at any point until this review was left. PayPal never received any communication from you either!
