Dreadful. I haven't received my order. I've emailed and emailed and they're ignoring me. They initially replied saying they'll look into it. Nothing came of it and now I'm being ignored. Over a month has passed and they've got my money and I haven't got my order. There's no tracking. I'm so disappointed. There's no way I'd order from Spares Hut again and I do not recommend them at all.
The only means of contact is via email and they're ignored. There's no other way to contact them. Dreadful service!
EDIT 30.12 - They replied asking me to contact them, which I did immediately. Guess what? I'm still waiting for a response!

If I could give no stars, I would. I placed an order back in October but didn't receive the item and chased several times. The phone number on the contact page doesn't work so the only way to communicate is through their 'live chat' which they rarely respond to. I eventually found out that my order was cancelled but they didn't bother to let me know. I was told I was going to receive a full refund, but I am still waiting.....

#HUT4113 ordered a Aqua optima water dispenser on OCT 18, 2023. No item was delivered been messaging got replied once and t hey said it was lost in transit. They said they will send me another item and will be delivered before December 4. No item was delivered until now. Been messaging them everyday but no more replies from them. So avoid this website, I have been scammed and lost £109.00.

Ordered a V15 Dyson exchange. No tracking number, no replies to email, no reply to live chat, Phone number does not work. Was going through paypal to get a refund but it turned up out the blue totally unexpected 2 weeks late. It was a model that had been imported from an Arab country as the box was all Arabic writing but a V15 nonetheless.

Order placed for a Dyson battery on the 23rd November with anticipated delivery date before the 4th December 2023.

Progress of order not updated on the sellers website.

I tried to contact the seller and get an update with zero success as they don’t respond and their customer phone number disconnects.

Obviously something has gone wrong as previous reviews were positive.

Reported to PayPal for a refund.

Based on my personal experiences I would advise caution if you want to use this seller at this time.

Response received here on Trust Pilot from the seller asking for me to contact them so that they can resolve my outstanding order issues.
As I have previously emailed the seller directly 4 times and chatted on their app. on numerous occasions and have been either ignored or have received empty promises that my order will be dispatched on such a such date/or that they will look into the order for me (but they never follow through on their promises), I will cut my losses and not waste any more time with this seller.

Ordered a Nvidia Shield Android TV Pro from this company. No delivery or Tracking . No response to emails. This company is clearly fundamentally dishonest and I have reported them to PayPal to get a refund. My advice is to avoid them. I see from many other 1 star reviews that others have suffered similarly. I hope PayPal get the message about this company.

Update 19/12/23 Unbelievable - the "company" has asked me to contact them when all previous attempts have been met with stoney silence. Luckily I have heard from PayPal who have found in my favour and refunded my money. Advice as before -Never use this company

If I could, I would give no stars. Do not use this company it is a scam! Now reading reviews it looks as though I’m not the only one! I ordered a replacement head for my Dyson on 9/11 - estimated delivery on the 15-17th guess what no sign of it. Telephone number doesn’t work. Email, I’ve had a response saying that someone will look into it and get back to me on Monday - guess what no response - no tracking number - no hoover head. I await help from PayPal. Save your self time and money - do not use!

they have not refuded me nor contacted me so tommoro paypall will refund me 7th dec . do not use this company they are scammers be aware.if youve paid using paypall get them to get refund open a dispitue if not contact bank use charge bk visa they will get your money bk for fake goods , goods not arrived and refunds dont let spares hut get away with it . i will fight now to make sure paypall withdraws there services from this disgracefull company 7th dec paypall had to refund me as spares hut were stealing from me i will keep onto paypall to withdraw there banking with them robbers

No part for over 3 months, no refund. The company have stopped replying and appear to have blocked my email address.

Promised a refund on an item I ordered in September (3 MONTHS AGO!!) and no refund in the timescale they advised. Steer clear - they don’t have the parts and they will keep your money.

Ordered a replacement battery for Shark Hoover, never received battery. can only contact them through email as phone lines don't work, I have received numerous emails from them including 2 saying they had processed the refund but I never received. This all started when I purchased battery on 15th October and I am still waiting on refund. anyone reading this should avoid this company like the plague as they are obviously a cowboy outfit

Live chat also tried many times. Absolutely no response. I now suspect this is a scam site.

Please do not buy from these I ordered a part for a Dyson it took weeks to receive and it was wrong so I asked for a return label/address that again took two weeks they received the item and said they couldn't refund my PayPal as they were having issues and asked for my bank details still no refund!it took 6 months disputing this with paypal even though the part was returned and spare hut had acknowledge the return they still didnt refund me paypal finally agreed to return my payment as all my emails were ignored by spares hut

Either this company has staffing issues or they are fraudulent. I purchased an item to the value of £89.99 on November 9th and was notified that my order would be with me between Tuesday, 14 Nov–Thursday, 16 Nov.

My order hasn't arrived. Their website does not allow me the luxury of cancelling.

Their phone number +44 333 335 5871 is dead, as the well advertised chat function is useless. I had ONE email from them on Saturday 25th November that reads:

Hello, I’m sorry about the delay in responding to your enquiry.

I have asked our fulfilment team to update your order with the tracking details as soon as possible.

They normally reply within 24-48 hours. As soon as the order is updated, I will email you directly. Please let us know if you receive the order in the meantime.

If they do not reply tomorrow, then it will be on Monday morning. I do apologise for the inconvenience that you’ve had shopping with us and hope to get any outstanding issues resolved as soon as possible.

I have obviously not heard from spareshut.co.uk despite numerous attempts to email them, chat online etc...

I've managed to chat with what appears to be a human on their chat service which reads as:

Hello Jonathan, I’ve just passed this feedback to our manager. I will also check your order now to see if there’s any updates available. I can only apologise about the experience you’ve had shopping with us.

I will also forward this enquiry to our accounts team, who will be able to process your refund and help with any other outstanding issues if there’s no tracking details available on your account.

Please give me a few minutes to check this.

I will eventually receive a refund as it was paid with using PayPal and I've filed a complaint so I am really reviewing SPARESHUT.CO.UK to impress on people that this company should be avoided at ALL COSTS.

REGARDING THE REPLY FROM SPAREPARTS

The email address is the email address I have used since the beginning of this sham! They do not respond so it is highly suspicious that they would reply to a Trustpilot review!

Everything that could go wrong did. I will never use this company again. Simply awful

I'm disappointed with the company's service. My order was severely delayed, communication was poor, and all I received were unfulfilled promises. A frustrating experience overall.

You told me that weeks ago, I contacted your customer service and no response. I just want my £79.99 back

Do not order from them. I received an incorrect item which is incompatible with my Dyson hoover. Despite numerous emails and trying to call their published phone number I am several weeks down the line with no idea how to return the item and get a refund. Customer service is absolutely dreadful. I am now stuck with an item I cannot use and no way to get my money back. The phone number does not even ring. Avoid, Avoid, Avoid. (the one their chatbot gave me!)

PS - if your experience is anything like mine they will respond on here saying they are sorry and to contact their customer service at contact(at)spareshut.co.uk to discuss. This is a pointless exercise as contact at spareshut never responds to messages. So you may as well not bother.

Ordered an item over a month ago and it still hasn’t been dispatched. Does not respond when we’ve asked for an update, we have resorted to starting a credit card chargeback to get our money back. Could be a few months before we see a refund.

9 March 2024 update: still no response from Spares Hut, thankfully we were able to recover the cost of the item back via MasterCard.
